How to download mail server extension zip file in thingworx iot market place.I went to the following link ThingWorx IoT Marketplace » Mail but i cann't able to dowload the zip file.

Hi, The highlights are declared in 'transltr' the first element of 'mfmatr'. When I try to publish my technical publication, i find that the highlight is apprearing after the title page. What can I do to make it appear before the Title page ? Thank you in advance.    

Hello,   I downloaded and installed the most recent version of Creo, following the PDF instructions.  I turned off my internet connection and disabled my firewall and virus guard before my installation.  At the licensing section of the install, I used the student key provided and then logged in using my credentials, the 'Success' message appeared, but the next button was greyed out.  I clicked the 'Skip License' button, assuming that I could register the license at a later stage after I'd installed the software.   However, this is where the problem occured... there doesn't seem to be a licensing manager and every program that I open shows a warning message about a missing license and then won't let me install a license, before it closes the program.   I assume I need to reinstall the software and ensure that I'm connected to the internet for licensing during the install?  I'm reluctant to do this, whilst I've got my firewall and virus guard disabled.&

While attempting to install a student version of Creo/ProEngineer Wildfire 5.0 from online I encountered a problem with the license configuration. I have an valid user account and internet access. I entered my PTC username and password on the License Configuration page of the setup.exe. The instructions then indicate for me to select the "Generate License Files" radio button, however, the username/password fields as well as the selection button is grayed out and doesn't allow me to proceed.Any help would be greatly appreciated.William Duncan

Hello,I´ve filled the form for the free Version but did not recieve a confirmation mail. How do I get the program and the license now? Can I install it on Win 10?Thanks a lot

How can we move a license to a server machine when it is a school license. The school has a school license and at the beginning the server machine was not working, so they installed the license on a computer were was used like a server machine. Now, the school has the server machine working and I would like to know, how can we move this license (pc macadress) to another macadress (to server machine).

Using CREO Parametric 5.0 (5000): After creating a part model, and starting a new drawing using the default c-drawing template an error appears: "The file C:\ProgramFiles\PTC\CREO5.0.0.0\CommonFiles\templates\c_drawing.drw was created in a commercial version and is not compatible with this version of CREO Parametric Student Edition"   It is using the built in templates, so how do we get CREO to allow this template to open up? It will start a drawing without a template, bu then no default views are added. This version was installed using the PTC Student (University, not K-12) install guide as found on PTC.

Hello,   I am having issues with creo 3.0 finding its license server this year. I have been using this same server and license for a while without issue.  I also just tried to install creo on my workstation in my office. I then used both the server name and ip address after 7788@ but both came back as unreachable.  I double checked to see if the service was started which it was. I rebooted and made sure I had all available updates installed.  I am looking for the tool to trouble shoot the server but I am unable to locate it....Can anyone show me where it might be?  I think its a .bat file.     Thank you for any help....

I have an academic license and I am trying to install Creo 5.0. I run it and nothing happens. I tried many things (run as administrator, run in safe mode, run with other compatibility ...). I tried to format my computer, download the setup again, but nothing works.

Hello,Some time ago I purchased Wildfire 4.0 "home edition" from Journey Ed. The machine this was installed on recently became a paper weight!! I would like to install the sofware on my new machine but get an error saying that the program has already been registered.How do I go about getting a new license file (or at least the restriction lifted?) I sure hope this can be resolved as the software cost over 300 USD at the time!Thanks,John

I had a query out re the student version of 5.0, but we are now trialling the Academic version.   Just a quick question is there a list of what is and what is definately not included.     We have been try to test the CFD functionality and the access icon seems to be greyed out, is this a setp issue or is it not available in the academic version.     Best Regards

I am a student from Maharashtra, India requiring to download the Free Student Edition of Creo for Second Year Engineering Study (SE) purpose. Sadly the registration form is not accepting my phone number(showing it as invalid) and hence I am not able to register thereby not able to download the software. Please guide me.

Hi there.   I have been trying to install Creo software onto my laptop, which I have done previously on an old laptop that is now broken.    I have followed the instructions found at https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo5_schools_standard.pdf word for word, but whenever I try to enter the licence key it asks me to log in, followed by an error. (Screenshot attached)   I was able to install the software by skipping the licensing, but obviously I am not able to run the software.    Any help would be much appreciated!

I’ve installed Creo 4.0 on my own machine not opting for the schools install as I prefer to use the full menus not the schools tab option. My IT tech has instlled a trial on my machine and the school tab was on the ribbon. I’ve asked him to reinstall the standard version without schools tab on ribbons he said he’s reinstalled he believes the premium lab version And the schools tab is not on the software but when he adds the floating licence it reappears.So is the schools layout linked to the licence file and if so how can I remove this option so I get the standard layout allowing students to see all the options when sketching etc.

I was downloading creo 4.0 student version. I paused download and turned off computer but when I tried to resume it, it showed that 'error 404: page not found'. I am using Google Chrome browser and initiated download by clicking on the download manager link and no third party download manager is installed on my computer.

somebody please help me... I am getting this error while i start sketching. And there is no problem elsewhere.

  I have installed version 4 of PTC Creo student and when I run a simulation I get an error, (which does not appear to the rest of the class): "unable to get required I believe simulate license. Please, contact your sales representative" How can I solve it?  

I have Downloaded Creo 5.0 Student Version Done the installation as per install_creo4_schools_standard Document using setup.exe, got the License by login to my Account During installation, After Installation Encountered Licence Request Failure, Tried to Reinstall the Software Facing the same issue, Even Installed setup-schools.exe Still the Problem Remained, Kindly Help

Where do you get the product code while installing Creo4? Guide says enter product code XXXXXXX in simple licence entry.
