I’ve installed Creo 4.0 on my own machine not opting for the schools install as I prefer to use the full menus not the schools tab option. My IT tech has instlled a trial on my machine and the school tab was on the ribbon. I’ve asked him to reinstall the standard version without schools tab on ribbons he said he’s reinstalled he believes the premium lab version And the schools tab is not on the software but when he adds the floating licence it reappears.So is the schools layout linked to the licence file and if so how can I remove this option so I get the standard layout allowing students to see all the options when sketching etc.

I was downloading creo 4.0 student version. I paused download and turned off computer but when I tried to resume it, it showed that 'error 404: page not found'. I am using Google Chrome browser and initiated download by clicking on the download manager link and no third party download manager is installed on my computer.

somebody please help me... I am getting this error while i start sketching. And there is no problem elsewhere.

  I have installed version 4 of PTC Creo student and when I run a simulation I get an error, (which does not appear to the rest of the class): "unable to get required I believe simulate license. Please, contact your sales representative" How can I solve it?  

I have Downloaded Creo 5.0 Student Version Done the installation as per install_creo4_schools_standard Document using setup.exe, got the License by login to my Account During installation, After Installation Encountered Licence Request Failure, Tried to Reinstall the Software Facing the same issue, Even Installed setup-schools.exe Still the Problem Remained, Kindly Help

Where do you get the product code while installing Creo4? Guide says enter product code XXXXXXX in simple licence entry.

Hello!   I have quite an interesting problem: As Creo 3.0 (Student version) stopped working today on my desktop and notebook although everything worked properly yesterday I decided to install Creo 4.0 (Student version) instead. At the licencing-part I started to struggle. I used the licence provided in the pdf and it said "unvalid file or format" but then i tryed it with the internet provided by my mobile phone and it worked and Creo started. But now as I changed back to my normal internet I get the error "Invalid host" when starting Creo 4.0. Does anybody know what is wrong here or what I can do?    Thank you in advance

Hello, I got the Thingworx Trial Edition and installed it. But when I tried to use REST API, it seemed not work.My test url is: http://10.66.15.150:80/Thingworx/Things/AngelThing/Properties/TestNumber?method=put&value=23&appKey=dab2dc0b-c371-4b9e-8…I tried to use the PUT method but the data seemed not update.Here are the screenshots.It likes a GET method, why? What should I do?BTW, when I used this REST API method in the Thingworx 5, it worked.

Hi, I am responsable for the installation on 500 student laptops. On most of the laptops Creo works fine. But some students have a problem. When clicking on the desktop icon creo parametric starts ( i can see the process starting in the taskmanager ) but it end directly ( disapeers in the taskmanager ). No idea why this happens. To make things more stranger. Some studens are able to work at home but not at school. Any idea's/suggestions where to look for a sollution ? Kind regards. Hello all, I have CREO 4.0 student edition installed, and I got to know CREO Parametric 5.0 was released. Can someone tell me when will the Schools Edition of CREO Parametric 5.0 be released

Several students on my robotics team are having the same problem I am, where Creo will no longer start up on our computers.  When we click the icon the round blue swirl goes for a few seconds and then nothing.  One student has a batch file that tries to start the program many many times, and he is able to get that to work, though he usually has to close about 5 windows which have all opened.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, most recently on 2/18.  I am running Creo 3.0 M110, on a windows 10 home v 1607, 64 bit laptop with a student license.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Salve, io non riesco ad installare il programma Creo. Una volta scaricato il pacchetto, lo estraggo da winrar, ma quando apro setup e vado a installare il programma... non so quale licenza mettere e quando vado avanti alla fine, nell'ultima fase dell'installazione, non mi installa tutti i requisiti! Come devo fare? Che licenza devo usare per installarmi Creo?

Hi, I recently successfully downloaded the most up to date student version of Creo 4.0 but I can not open the program. I previously had the 3.0 student version and never experienced any problems. Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting techniques I can attempt to figure out this issue.   Thank you

Is there any way to purchase a license for Creo NC to add to the student version?

Too simple I guess.    

All the install pdfs link from https://www.ptc.com/en/academic-program/products/free-software/creo-download/thank-you fail with the subject error?   I found a copy of the creo4 install pdf linked in reply to one of the questions here, but I'm trying to install creo1, and the instruction do not match.   Another questioner here asked about installing creo2, and it was suggested here install creo4  and the creo2 and point the creo2 install at the licence from creo4.   But, the reason I'm installing creo1, is the creo4 will not install on this OS.   Can someone post a working link to the creo1 install pdf please?

I have an old Wildfire student  version and had to change computers a couple of times. Last time they gave me a license file and it worked great but then my computer died agin and I think they put in a new CPU so now when i try to install it give error. I have my old host ID, the original License number and cant seem to make it work. Suggestions?

Hello,   I am trying to install Creo 4.0 (student version), using the instructions provided in one "install_creo4_schools_standards" pdf file, where I am provided with the product code  "BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12". However, when I enter this code in the "Simple License Entry" box and then enter my account information, the setup remains stuck on "processing..." (as shown in the picture).   Does anyone have any idea why that might be?

Hello Folks,   I need to drive a testbench with LabView. The test scenarios are written in a language that can be automatically translated into Labview diagrams. Is this an API that allows creating "Labview diagrams" from another software ? or with Labview itself?   Help me out on this!   Thanks Gnanasekar
