I have Creo M030 but cannot get it to run due to a licence issue.  Cannot find out a way to download a new licenceHELP!- I think I can use an explanation mark in this context.

I am using a great book, Parametric Modeling with Creo Parametric by Randy Shih.In one section (pg. 4-8), it talks about locking and unlocking constraints on a sketch.The book tells that by right clicking we can activate lock or unlock given constraints (L1, H, V etc.)Well, this would be great if I could get it to work, but I don't seem to get the same menu options when I do this.  I also do not see the red circles that the book talks about.  Is there some setting or version of Creo that doesn't allow this?   I am using  Creo 2.0 academic version.In general, it would be very nice if there were a way to see the pre-existing constraints on a drawing sketch.  I have never been able to see this until I try to modify a sketch and it give me the violation window, where I then must choose to delete an existing constraint or live with the sketch as is.Is there any way to see and edit the existing constraints on a sketch?Thanks.

We created a nice panel with all our sponsor logos on it.The images are imported jpeg files for each logo.The issue we are having is when checking in this panel into Windchill, the images do not seem to come along so when other team members open the part on their computers, there are no images on the panel, only blank outlines where the jpeg files were inserted.Does anyone know how to get this to work so anyone can open the robot model and see the jpeg images on the panel?Thanks so much

  I am working on project Smart Parking System ,I am uploading the status of parking spot on mashup.I want to give other people access to this data.But when I copy the link of mashup on other device it asks for username and password but does not give access .I am posting the screenshot of error.Is it possible to access mashup from other device ?

I have downloaded the free student version a few times but when I extract the files from the compressed folder, it shows the folder as empty. Any ideas?

Hi there!! Now I am designing bevel and sun and planetry gear for my university project. I am facing a problem that , the gears which I drawn using CREO 3.0 ( Student Edition), is not mesh properly in the assembly window. Can any one suggest me a valid idea to comeover this problem and also suggest me how to draw ring gear. Thanks in advance.Waiting a better solution.

creo3.0 is not working on windows 10, it keeps giving me this message "the program can't start because ucore46.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.", i did reinstalled the program several times but its still not working.please help

I´m installing the student version of PTC Creo Parametric but I havent received the license number?

Hi!I just downloaded the student version of Creo 3.0 to my windows 10 laptop and when I go to try and open parametric it gives me a warning message that the license request failed for the feature? I went through the given set of instructions to set up the program and the license code I was given was approved so I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be awesome.Thank You!

     Recently I found a edge SDK named JAVA SDK in the marketplace, but when I send the request access message, it displayed "ERROR", what can I do?

Dear Sir,We have the academic license of CREO 3.0. I would like to integrate MATLAB - SimMechanics with the CREO. is it possible to do the same? Also, can we use intelligent fastener with the academic license?

I have downloaded the Creo 3.0 Student Version on my Windows 10 Computer. I can start the Install guide, but at the second step i have to fill in the license. The problem is that i cant fill in my license because the gap is grey. The Antivire is off and i startet the setup.exe as an administator.

I am having a difficult time working on Thingworx with my partner for this project. It seems everything he edits:  mashups, Things, or anything of that sort I can not access it again and I get a error message that I have attached above.  Even if I created it, once he edits and saves I can no longer edit it again. We just started to notice this problem and weren't having any trouble before. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Rachel Kmetz

Hey guys,As written before, Creo crashes every time I try to see the results of an analysis after it's done.I can repeat this with every simple workpiece. If anyone want to see it live i can do this on Teamviewer.Where is the problem?Anyone can help? I have created local thingworx instance as well as cloud instance ..Downloaded the apk and installed in my andriod device . And imported the .xml file and created mashup .. binded  with IMEI and checked the Appkey ... etc ...But i am unable to get the data in the mashups ... There are no logs for it that is the reason i could give any logs here ...only thing i am getting in mobile device is to check the IP key etc to .. which i did for multiple times .  could any one help please Adrian Petrescu​   Veronica Mihai​let me know anything i am missingThanks in advance ...

Hi,I got a problem while launching PTC Creo Parametric 3.0 M070 Student Edition connected with the Quality Agent, error code - 0x0000000b (see at the picture). After opening the PTC told me that application hadn`t been closed properly and suggested me either to open new session or to load the last opened one. But whatever I chose he gave me the window like at the attached picture and PTC Creo is shutting down. And after that my CPU is loaded fully on 100% by two processes named "qualityagent.exe" which i have to close manually.Should I update the Quality Agent for anything new or to do anything else?Kindly help me sort this problem out.
