Hello,   We have an application that is polling Things every 500ms using the REST API. On our ThingWorx server, this is causing the the localhost_access_log to grow exponentially, as it's logging all of these calls.   Is there a way to turn this logging off or at least limit it?

Hi all,  I try to create services for joining 2, 32 bit int as a high_byte and low_byte. Like join() function in picture below. But seem like in services can't left shift 32 index. I try to use (3 << 32) the result is always 3 not 12,884,901,888. But when I use (3<<2) the result is 12. What is I miss or it have another way to join 2 32 int into 1

hello everyone   Iam having an issue with Dashboard widget  responsiveness functionality, it works well when using gadgets without changing width of gadget, but if the size of the gadget is smaller than the default size of the columns selected(rows * columns); it will leave white space in the shrunken space.   for example, if i create a 1 * 1 gadget which has a default size of 240 * 240 and change it's size to 200 * 200, the difference in size which is 40 * 40 will be filled with white space.   the problem with this is that Thingworx uses fixed size for each row and column(240px per row or column) with out calculating the total width of gadgets in the row; which will reduce the number of gadgets in row if the actual gadget size is smaller than default.   I tried changing the width of the div containing the gadget using custom CSS but that didn't solve the issue.   is there a way to fix this issue?

Hello everybody, I am successfully using Creo Product Insight. Now I want to move on to Creo as a Service on that same maschine to automatically analyse my model and send the result back to ThingWorx. I followed this PTC videoguide: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS285051?&sourcearticle=CS318055%3F&source=ArticleViewerRelated   I can start the service sucessfully and when i create a new analyticsmodel and upload the creofile as a ZIP, the service starts Creo but does not open the model. I have the visible option on. I do get 2 messages when I start Creo this way -> see appendix  <- but i dont know if they have anything to do with the problem.   I am on Creo 6 and Thingworx 8.3.4         I would like your help to fix that problem and is there a way to enable CAAS for a model that i uploaded from Creo when i was using the "normal" Projuct Insight features?

So that I can let them Show e.g. in a widget which shows them in a structure like a Navigation tree on the left side of a mashup. Hi, I installed the "Platform Analytics"  in graphical mode , there was no error raised during the installation.  However,  the thing PropertyTransformThing was NOT generated after the installation.  Then I checked logs file and found two kind of errors:  org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'mapDB' defined in class path resource (configuration.log) twpas-property-transform-service:Unexpectedstatus SERVICE_STOP_PENDING in response to STOP control. (install.log)   Does anyone knows the reason ?   I've also tried install Platform Analytics in a different server , but got the same error .  ------------Environment---- Windows Server 2016 Thingworx 8.5.5    

At every mashup change from menu I get the log above on the browser logs I read old topics and seems was related to a google map extension, but seems not be the case (I removed also google map extension) The pages are opened correctly, I have no errors on thingworx script or application logs Sometimes the property name is not 'hide' but a property used on the pages, got from a data entity   It this something known ? Hi, From an administrative point of view, i want to be able to reset my server to its initial state, i.e., i want to delete all things, mashups, thingTemplate, ThingShape etc .. I did a service which returns all of my entities and call from a script "http DELETE" on all returned entities. The problem i'm facing to is i have some dependencies between things. I tried to sort the list but  there are circular dependencies and it doesn't work. Does anyone have an idea to achieve this ?

Hi,   When trying to export data project trough the mashup GitBackup.Main.Mashup the export button keeps loading and I get no answer. I tried executing the service ExportProjectData directly but I get the following message "Error executing service ExportProjectData. Message :: unknown protocol: about - See Script Error Log for more details" I checked the ScriptLog but the message is almost the same as above, giving no further detail on how to troubleshoot. Hello, I am trying to create 48 Numbers of properties for a Thing Template in Thingworx using RestAPI.  While creating each property I receive 200 Ok response.  (Used AddPropertyDefination service) Error:  some of those properties are not visible in Composer. However, GetInstanceMetadataAsJSON gives all 48 properties in response.     Note:   Problem is similar to article: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS314694 but this is for thing template.  

We are running Thingworx 8.5.5 and have found that the permissions page does not allow scrolling.  If I have more permissions defined than what will fit on the page, I cannot see all of the permissions, nor can I define any new permissions.   This occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and MS Edge.   I've not been able to find any other reports of this issue.  Has anyone else seen it, and are there any workarounds?
