Is it possible to do a rolling upgrade going from Thingworx 9.4.0 to 9.4.1?  Specifically I'm looking at upgrading a HA cluster.  The matrix on Upgrading ThingWorx High Availability Clustering (ptc.com) does not reference 9.4.x and I was unable to find any other pointers in the Help Center.

I have imported MQTT and Google map widget extensions, after importing , got message successful.  It appears in Manage --> installed extensions.  But it is not showing in thing template for MQTT and mashup (google map widget).  Once i restart the Tom cat service, all tensions are deleted automatically.  Thing worx platform version is 9.4, MQTT is 3.0.1 /latest also   

Excuse me, can we input data manually at mashup screen in grid table and storage in Thingworx. Thank you 

I am working on file upload widget. Uploaded files are stored in Repository. Written a service to check if uploaded file exists in repository. Calling that on mashup. It returns either true or false. If file exists confirmation popup appears.   Issue is My confirmation popup appears more than two times. Service is triggering multiple times. I have binded the validation event for file upload to my file exists service.   Please provide a solution.

I cleared Thingworx Extension and restarted Tomcat, but Thingworx doesn't work. Restarting Tomcat and accessing the Thingworx address on the web will recreate the Extension that you deleted from C:\ThingworxStorage\extensions. Can you fix the problem? 

Hello community, I'm trying to understand what it means to enable the redundancy filter when working with signals in Thingworx Analytics. The documentation reads as follows: "The Redundancy Filter operates by calculating the mutual information for each feature with the goal variable. It then iteratively ranks the features, in combination with previously-selected features, according to the amount of information gain they provide. Features that provide more information gain are ranked higher. During training, this ranking is used to improve feature selection for the predictive model. The number of features indicated by Max Fields is selected from the top of the ranking." I haven't found any more details and I don't think it's thoroughly explained, some statements seem a little ambiguous. Can someone shed a little more light on this functionality?       

Hello everyone,I have this problem, I have properties on Thing of the DateTime type and I discovered that even though these properties are marked as persistent, they are refreshed after pressing save with the current date. How to turn it off? Is this a known bug?   

We have configured several signals in KepwareEX and their corresponding connection with Thingworx through an Industrial Connection.We want to read the values of a tag from a mashup dynamically, that is, without having to have a Thing with a defined property and linked to an Industrial Connection signal. Would it be possible to do it only with the source of the corresponding tag?

I've been trying to install Thingworx 9.4Java - 11.0.21Apache tomact - 10.1.15Postgres 16.0-1After deploying Thingworx.war in webapps, when I start the server, Thinworx is not starting. I get error message FAIL - Application at context path /Thingworx could not be started. I've attached apache logs along with post.   

hello hope it's going allright.i am an intern at Mertay Makina Metal and  student at Bursa Teknik Universityi have a project to learn about plc and sensors. i got a project that should measure a distance between sensor and ground. and then the sensor will be connected the plc after all i should be able to pull sensor values from plc to my computer and plot or write these values on the screen. i do not know how to connect these components and i do not know how to read sensor values from the plc.i will use kepware to acces plc an receive sensor values . i am here to have your help. will you be helping me.i added  a picture about the project like simply drawn. İf you answer i will give more information about the projecet.thank you a lot.   

I am trying to bind the 'ButtonType' property of a button with an expression. The expression is auto evaluated when a property value changes.The output of the expression is a string with output value as 'Secondary' or 'Danger' depending on the scenario. But the button type does not seems work, it is always in black color instead of changing the color based on expression output.

Hi, I have a problem with embed thingworx9.4 in angular, I have followed the configuration that appears in ptc (https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Composer/Security/AllowingEmbeddedMashupsiniFrames.html) but it keeps blocking the connection. I attach images of the current configuration and the result of the console. The console shows me the frame-ancestors 'self' and the allow-from, I guess it should only show the allow-from.     

I am attempting to display a Mashup in SalesForce through an iFrame and have set the below properties to the iFrame: referrerpolicy="origin"sandbox="allow-downloads allow-forms allow-popups allow-same-origin allow-scripts"ancestors="self" Along with this we have also whitelisted the SalesForce URL in ThingWorx that is mentioned in this documentation. After doing the above changes when I am navigating to the iFrame I get the below authentication display which passes successfully and I am able to open the mashup in a new tab.  However on that mashup if I attempt to invoke a Remote Session I get the below error:  Refused to frame ''because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src https://company--test.sandbox.lightning.force.com". I am a bit confused as to how this issue is coming in the new tab window? I have imported the DPM extension in thingworx and successfully showing all data in DPM dashboard. Now i want to push alerts or data from DPM dashboard over an Email. is it possible to do so. if yes how to do it?

Initially posted in this topic   I am using s7-1200 plc , i want to write the plc tag value from thingworx to kepserver after that plc.  It is a memory tag and boolean.  from remote thing if manually i can set the value true/false, it is changing in kepserver, but through button widget not happening.  How to update the tag value using button widget.  Pls help me out

I am taking logged data from 10 properties of 10 things. I am using the "QueryNumberPropertyHistory" service to fetch logged property data for things. The output infotable contains "id, timestamp, value" fields. I tried to combine two infotables by using the "Left Join" query. But when I tried to use the same query to combine three infotables, it wouldn't work.Can anyone please help me achieve the required output? 

Hi,i want to write the plc tag value from thingworx to kepserver using button widget.  I have added the properties of tag, tested by changing value 0 or 1, in kepserver the tag value is changing.  But when i tried with button widget, no success,  I dont know how to bind the button widget output to remote thing properties? or should i need service to write the value? Thingworx 9.3PLC s7-1200KepseverEX is used.
