Vuforia Studio

I cannot seem to get a step sequence to show an opacity change in the Hololens. It works fine in the preview and all the other step animations show correctly just not a change in opacity.

All models in Creo Illustrate show a trail and graphic distortion when they´re moved around.

I am using the select widget to select the sequence to play.  I would like to have this list default to a specific sequence.  Is this possible?

I want to use TEXT AREA widget for comments from users in Vuforia Studio. If some user want to give some feedback on model or design I want to display it on mashup. but I don't know how to use this widget and how to submit text to thingworx. How can i use this widget?   please find attached image for reference  

I experienced, that when using an image target it is having some offset time by time and is realigning as soon as the image is detected again.   Using the spatial anchor instead is much more stable.   From a technical perspective, that most not be because you could just register the scene with an image and then fixing it with AR functionality of the device as if it works with the spatial anchor.   Is the image target functionality still developed? How could I improve my experience by using the image target because it is needed to set the orientation of the 3D models?   I use the latest Vuforia Studio, Vuforia View App, iPad 6. Generation, Target Image has a Vuforia Rating 5 out of 5 Stars.    

Hello,   I am working on fan model where I just want to rotate the fan blades continuously and not its outer cover until I click on stop button. So, can anyone suggest any solution for the same? 

I have signed up for my vuforia studio trial. I have no emails with my experience service URL. It has been 2+ days since my trial started, I cannot use the software still. Where can I find or request my URL?   Thank you

Hello Sir/Madam,   When I am working on VS (Google Chrome) my screen faded out in every 10 to 15 seconds.After that I have to restart VS every-time. I reset settings of google chrome but it didn't work for me. Please find attached screenshot for reference. Any help will be appreciated.

Got stuck with the installation of experience service. What Should I do when it is asking me for the Thingworks Server URL and credentials? Can't find anything in the document; it only gives an example but where do we get it from?

Hi everyone, I'm creating an experience in Hololes. I can't select different sequences in the same model by connecting them to panels.   When I create experiences for Tablet I use a javascript that selects the correct Sequence (figure) and that's fine. It doesn't seem to work here. Hi, I'm connecting my 3D lable to a Thing and displaying live data... This is working fine. What I can't seem to figure out is how to get the Data and a Lable to Display on the canvas eg "Tank02 Level: {data Value}"... As soon as I go to preview the Label Text just gets replaced with binding data...   Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated... Thanks, Paul.

I cannot finish the vuforia studio installation, on my mobile PC. This PC's OS spec is windows7 32bit.   Vuforia studio does not support this OS version?   Can you check a log file?   Thanks, best regards,        

Hello, How can I show sections of 3D model on a button click. I am trying to show sections from Creo Illustrate 5.1 but when I publish that model I can see only section view of model after loading. I want to see section on a button click is there any way? and how can I highlight same section?

Good morning , I'm looking for an experience with Hololens. By carrying out the survey with the Trackinq model the digital model is moved a few centimeters from the physical one. The same experience made for tTletlet overlaps perfectly with the model. There are adjustments to be made to optimize the Hololens experience.   Other: With Hololens you can share on another screen when using Vuforia View. I have proved that TM is not detected if I am in sharing mode. Matteo

Hello All,   I know this sounds super simple, but I can't figure out how to create a play / pause function. I want a button that toggles between playing and pausing the animation. This is what I've tried so far and it's not working. I've attached the Chrome Dev tools error. Hello, My 30 days of trial have expired, but I have a partner account now. When I try to publish an experience I get the error for my trial license having expired. What do I have to do to fix this issue? and put my partner account into the vuforia studio that is installed on my PC?  

To evaluate AR in our company we had setup an own Thingworxs and Experience-Service on a local mashine.All is working so far besides loading the experience in Vuforia View. What is the correct procedure to update Vuforia Studio on a Mac? If I click on "Update" I am asked for a username and password. This leads to https://studio.vuforia.com but I do not have a trial account (as PTC partner). So how can we get an update/the installation package for Vuforia Studio?

good day!   I started to use Vuforia Studio from this May, but I have some beginner trouble. Could you give me any support?   Q1. About the suitable situation for recognize the thingMark by iPad and Hololens. Now I think some factor. ThingMark size or brightness and color of surrounding, angle between Thingmark and iPad or Hololens etc..   Q2. About easy to disappear the playing data. Moving the device when playing the AR data, the playing data disappear easily. Is this the error of data or way to playing AR data?     Thanks
