Looking for query to extract the Family table data from database need query to join family table generic with its instance  Using Windchill 12.0

Has I'm reaching out to inquire if anyone within our community has experience or knowledge about successfully integrating Windchill PDM Link with Oracle JD Edwards, particularly focusing on a one-way flow of Engineering change information into JDE.Specifically, I'm interested in understanding if anyone has accomplished this integration and, if so, which plugin was utilized – ERP Connector or ESI? It would be immensely valuable to know about the implementer or the team who managed to achieve this integration successfully.Despite my efforts to research online, I've struggled to find concrete references or documentation regarding the integration of Windchill PDMLink with JD Edwards. Therefore, any guidance, insights, or  firsthand experiences shared would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Fresh Install of Windchill 12.1.2.7 with Creo Parametric 10.0.2.0 After doing a fresh install on a new server, I originally installed the Creo View Adapters / for Clients -9.1 for Windchill.  When running "Windchill version" in the shell, it popped up and I saw the software under "add or remove programs".   Turns out that Creo View adapters 9.1 have limited support for the future, so now I want Creo View adapters 10.1 on the server. I brought the CDs over, unzipped, and ran the installer in the 10.1 folder, and successfully installed.  I checked the "windchill version" output and the CMD box still says 9.1!  Okay, I thought I would overwrite with the 10.1 install.  I uninstalled the 9.1 adapters, ran "Installed Re-Released Components" as shown here: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS80628. I had the correct staging directories loaded up for the 10.1 adapters, the installer ran successfully, rebooted the server and Windchill

Is it possible to prevent publishing of Windchill parts, documents, or CAD based on state (e.g. disallow any Windchill object from being published if it is moved to Discontinued state via ECN)? --Kirk Wemple

Hello PTC Community team/members, I have created one customized action for WTPart but whenever I share any WT Part to Project Link that same action also visible into Project Link. Can anyone know how I can hide/remove that customized action for the team/role. Attached picture for the reference(yellow highlighted action, I want to hide).

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS30The Event manager only show pending status for some actions (add to workspace, move of CAD document). When the task is finished, nothing change into the event manager that still display a pending status.Strangely, their is no start date for some actions.

Hello We have Customized BOM Management in that we are facing issue to get the non-latest version Structure. When the new object is added to the latest version it will show in the non-latest version also by default windchill functionality to overcome this we have to take baseline before revise the cad objects.ArticleArticle - CS388641 - Latest version of child part is shown on older version of parent part on structure tab in Windchill PDMLink (ptc.com)As per the article we tried baseline and filter to the older version.We could not be able to get it via code, whenever we tried to download a non-latest version. we get the latest structure only.Help us with a code to get the filtered structure. 

Hi,  I have process plan and operations with Manufacturing view. There are parts allocated to operations, in structure allocated part shows design view. How can we see default view as manufacturing in structure tab for allocated parts ?Is there any preference can be use to achieve this?

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS24When i used "Import from Spreadsheet" after the validation, nothing happens.In this particular case, i need to add the Service View on the existing parts, the validation it's fine but then when i click on finish and i search the new view on Windchill nothing happens.The strange thing is that i don't have any errors.

I created a new Report and it returns the correct data when I run it.  When my users run it, they get nothing returned.  The users do have access to all of the resulting objects that I see in the report.  Is there something I need to do elsewhere in Windchill to get the users to see the output that I see as the Admin?

Hi All @HelesicPetr I have a custom table(in a wizard popup by a custom action) which collects all the required dependents of the main EPM and lists them. In the table, I need to have a new column to display the Reference Type between  main EPM doc and the dependent EPM doc.I tried data utility but I'm not able to get the main EPM doc into data utility as it's called only for each dependent doc.  My requirement is to have a column for Reference Type where each component(row) displays their reference with the main epm Doc as shown in the attached pic. Any idea or workaround?  

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1.2.6.Why is the timestamp off from what is in the SQL database to what is presented in Windchill? I do not know what the database is using for the time zone since it is 3 hours off from EST right now. So that isn't even UTC time. I have a task that in the database is showing created December 9, 2023, 12:16 AM and in the interface it shows 2023-12-08 19:16 EST, which is only 3 hours and not the standard 5 for UTC.I am trying to setup metrics using Metabase and this is throwing averages off on some items.

However, when looking at the Occurrences table no value is displayed for this attribute. I wonder if it is in general possible to use calculated attributes for Uses Occurrence Attributes.
