Hello,    In my company's ECR and ECN workflow for the CRB and CIB reviews I have added four people to it. Right now i have it set to where each person has to choose an option before it moves on in the workflow. The only problem is if three out of the four people say approve it moves on in the workflow. Is there someway or somewhere that I can change that function so that everyone has to choose an option and they all have to approve it otherwise it goes back to be clarified amended etc.

Hi Developers,   I'm working on PTC Navigate 1.5.0 and Thingworx 8.0.1   I'm having issues similar to this article. The rest.properties file also seem to be proper as mentioned in the article. The configurations on the "ptc-windchill-integration-connector"are as shown in the image   I have observed the following in my composer:  "ValidateConnection" service is giving "Success:200-OK" "GetEndpointList" service is giving the below error   Unable to Invoke Service GetEndpointList on ptc-windchill-integration-connector : Your route exchange has failed. HTTP operation failed calling [http://<IP>/Windchill/servlet/rest/swagger.json] with status [404 - 404]       3. When i tried loading the below URL i got HTTP Error 404 page not found. http://<IP>/Windchill/servlet/rest/swagger.json   I have tried reinstalling the patch twice and it was not helping. Hello,   I created a SOAP WS with attachment parameter following this article: http://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/whc/whc_en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center%2FIEUG_WSFUseSOAPAttach.html%23 In the client side I passed a DataHandler object. But, when I read the DataSource in the WS task , it's always null. Who have idea how to fix such issue? Is there a full sample for created SOAP WS with attachment?   Thank you.

When using any app (Example: View Drawing) when launched, the system takes you to the search page. How do I get the cursor to automatically be in the search bar. I want users to be able to start typing right away when they see the search bar, no need to click in it before typing.  Not a coder, but I believe this is something to do with autofocus?

Hello my company uses Solidworks with Windchill and Creo View. When I open a Solidworks drawing in Creo View it publishes it as a .pdf and when I try to do a markup it doesn't allow me to use the markup tab. Does anyone know of a way that I can fix this or use the markup tab with the Solidworks drawings?

Good day   Issue 1   When you insert let’s say component A in the Parts List Structure the viewable does not generate.   Issue 2   When you insert component B the viewable shows the rest of the components but not component B     This is completely random components and we can’t figure out why. We have a windchill account set up for our FTC team and are having some issues with the most current version of the part showing up on separate computers.  We created most of the design on a single computer before getting the windchill.  We managed to get the assembly and parts on the windchill initially.  Now when changes are made from a computer to the design and saved to windchill the other computers don't see it, only the computer that made the change or the new part.  The new version is there (like revision A.2), but only the computer that created or edited the file can open the latest version.  Even if we find the latest version in the workspace and it shows up in the preview window, when you select open it reverts to an older version.  We have tried several different approaches with no luck.  We can go in from a specific computer and manage to get a single part to update, but it seems like there should be an easier way to do this.  Some wa

The "Recover All Iterations" option in the "Options" drop down of the menu bar is now checked by default. I've seen this error here on the website and looked at Knowledge Base articles about it, but they all seem to be pretty old.  It occurs when opening WGM 11.0-CPS11 for Inventor on Windows 7 & 10.  I just dismiss it but wouldAnyone seen this script error lately?  Any idea about how to get rid of it?

Hello,   I had a few stumbles while setting up Windchill 11 M030 publishing on a test server. Specifically, I sent a couple of parts to the Publisher before I had the thumbnail worker online.  Error is "No Thumbnail Created by Server", "WARNING" Unable to generate server thumbnail".   Now those parts have a viewable, but no thumbnail.  I tried re-submitting them from the job monitor.  This results in a "Representation Already Exists: default", followed by "end job".   Is there a way to either completely regenerate both the rep and the thumbnail OR just generate the missing thumbnails?   Thanks for any advice.

I'm trying to digest the customer communications with the aim of figuring out how to get around this with the fewest problems.  I deal mostly with Windchill, Pro/Intralink and Creo. So far, I'm thinking that staying with the products released before January 2019, however the Customer Letter seems to indicate that they are removing the JDK downloads....? Is there a way I am able to create a template for an ECN which allows me to assign users and reviewers to a change task in the template? Right now i am able to create the change tasks but it oenst allow me to assign anyone to that task.

Hi,   I am fairly new to customization of windchill, I have small requirement. - Add Menu to Header action menus on top right corner,      -  I am do this part of the problem. - then when users click  this menu , he should get windows explorer with mentioned folder     - I am stuck at this part,  after opening he should be able to work as normal as he work in normal windows explorer when opened directly.   I tried href hyperlink in the html and calling this html file when users click on that action menu but it is not working.   please guide how I should go ..  

When I go to initiate workflow process on the ECR workflow on the first task (Submit Change Request) when I try to complete it a java.lang.NullPointerException error pops up. How do I fix this to allow me to get through the rest of the workflow?

Hello,    Someone at my company has gone in and modified the out of the box workflow templates instead of doing a save as. Now the ECR workflow specifically is messed up. Is there somewhere that I can get the out of the box workflow templates to import back into out Windchill database?

I hope this is the right place to post this question, if not moderator please feel free to move.Checking in modified parts and I'm getting a failed reason of "family table validation failed", please contact PTC", funning thing is the model associated with the failure doesn't have a family table . Has anybody seen this before? I'd contact PTC myself but my Windchill/Creo 2.0 administrator is on vacation.Thanks! Stacy
