Hi, I would like to build a report of lifecycle state changes for cad documents and WTparts. Number | Revision | New lifecycle state | Date of change Is there a table where I can get the information for the events? Thank you for your help 

Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: I want to add a column with the released/assigned ECN in the search windows results and in the active workspace.Description: Hello, I am working with windchill 12.0.2.15 for releasing using ECN a lot of parts for production and it will be useful if in the search result window and in the active workspace to have a column with the ECN number released or assigned next to the number and name columns.Right now, the only information to identify that a number is assigned to an ECN is a red triangle in the search result window.I tried to add all the columns available, and none of them are with an ECN info. Thank you,  

Hello All,  I Have this message "Error Occurred communicating with Windchill ..." when I try to launch creo View in windchill 11.1 (M020) . I follow the CS415933 (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS415933)for using the TLS V1.2 in apache Config but it still doesn't work. Have you an idea ? thanks a lot

In our ThingWorx Navigate platform, we have Windchill Auth configured (ptc-identity-provider-authenticator), which can create user automatically and add users to ThingWorx groups. We have a requirements for few apps where we can not give access to all the ThingWorx platform users to get access. Only subset of the ThingWorx Platform users can use these apps. I am looking for ideas how to automate user provisioning for these apps. Right now we are manually adding users into ThingWorx groups.

work group manager does not let you work with offline workspace.this feature is available in the PTC creo environment but not in the work group manager

I have manually created representation for Creo cad file using the "proebatch.bat" option.Is it possible to attach the manually published output files to Windchill object directly?If not possible directly is there are other ways to do this?

I am looking to create a Peer Review on a document or a dynamic document. The following link/post seems indicate the Windchill 11.0 software will be able to accomplish this task.   https://community.ptc.com/t5/Windchill-Questions/Peer-review-of-documents/td-p/545404   However, the post seems to speak to the Windchill 11.0 M030 release. I followed the steps and I noticed that I do not have the 'New Review' option from the context menu. I checked the version I am running and the release version is Windchill M030-CPS06.   Any suggestions?

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: Our Creo models have a parameter called UNIT_OF_MEASURE. This describes the quantity unit for the model in an assembly. Typical values would be Each, Gallon, Inch, Foot, etc. It’s synonymous with Windchill’s WTPart attribute Default Unit. The CAD designer sets the Creo parameter UNIT_OF_MEASURE in the model, and this is displayed in a repeat region table/parts list in a Creo drawing. Our CM / Doc Control group then looks at the Creo drawing, then transposes those UNIT_OF_MEASURE values to the Default Unit attribute for the related WTPart. This is a manual process, and 2x the work (CAD designer sets the value in Creo, CM person sets the value on the WTPart). I’d like to automate this process, so that when the Creo model is checked into Windchill, the value of UNIT_OF_MEASURE (or something like it) is carried over to Default Unit for the related WTPart. Is it possible to bypass the Jasper report UI and simply download the report to PDF?Currently, there are a few options for report format that are presented when we execute the report action.We would like PDF output by default and the report to be downloaded following the execution of the action. Is this possible? --Kirk Wemple

Hello,We want to implement certain conditions for the creation of Change Management objects. Currently, only users with the Change Leader role can create change requests and change notices. We've enforced this restriction through policy administration.Additionally, our customer has requested the following:Change Requests can only be created when the Problem Report is in the "Accepted" state.Change Notices can only be created when the Change Request is in the "Implementation" state.Alternatively, the creation of Change Requests and Change Notices should only be possible after the execution of the "Create Change Request" and "Create Change Notice" actions.How can I achieve this?

I need to retrieve the API of all objects affected by change notifications in WTpart through programming, because I need to control whether the WTPart objects of the affected objects already have other changes when creating a new ECN. If so, the current change will be canceled and the customer will be prompted that there are already other changes in the objects. Please complete them first before initiating the change

Dear Team,I have a question related to Part & CAD Centric.If I use 'Part Centric' when creating a WT Part, I can enable it with 'New CAD Document'. Before creating a WT Part, I can select which type I want.But if I go to "CAD Centric", I can create an EPM Document with the WT part. but I want to select the WT part type. How can we select it, or where can we select it? Regards,Aj

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS17When upgrading to SW 2021 from 2019, there was no 2021 option. I reinstalled the WGM and add the 2021 option. Removed the 2019 option and tried to add the 2021 option but there was no option. Removed and installed the WGM with only the 2021 option. But only the 2019 option is available. How to we get the WGM link to the 2021 application?
