Created Bulk item in Creo defining units of measure as "FT" (feet).In WIndchill Model Structure, the units of bulk iitems were converted to "metres" despite changing the system unit preference to 'USGS'PTC Support stated htis is the intended functionality.Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Sometimes I have the need to overwrite the dimensions. How do I go about doing this,because I tried to do it in the properties but it doesn't take away the original dimensions. Any help is appreciated Thanx

Can the default folder for tools be set seperately.I have a folder for form tools wich is pointed to in search.pro.Its a bit frustrating to allways select that search

I can manually create a new parameter and add a double quote to it, but not programmatically.My current workaround is to manually create a parameter with a value of " and then use this parameter any time I need a double quote character.DBL_QUOTE = " (manually created - doesn't work in a relation)STRING_PARAM = DBL_QUOTE + "BLAH BLAH BLAH" + DBL_QUOTEYes, I NEED the double quote in the final string. The ASCII value (34) is critical.Thanks!Tom U.

Everyone,We could use some advice regarding what other companies, particularly those in consumer electronics, are using for accuracy values in Creo. We've been using relative accuracy as a default, and of course that comes with a lot of issues. We're exploring values for absolute accuracy, and we thought to reach out to the community to hear your experiences. We've heard that Motorola, for example, uses 0.003 mm. What I have is a bushing from a customer with slots and holes in it. the holes and slots are dimensioned in the "unfolded" detail view of the bushing. I was wondering (being new to Creo) if there was a way to model the flat view and then "wrap" it"?Thanks In advance.Scott

I gave the default speed and feed for each tool and when I call the tools for operations like Roughing,finishing etc.. the default value doesn't get updated.Give me some suggestions how I solve the issue.
