Hello Community,I have set up Vuforia Studio including the whole ecosystem on a private network. Here, unfortunately, I can not reach the server of Vuforia Experience Service via a second laptop. When I try to ping the server through this link, it does not respond.http<s>://<hostname>:<2019>/ExperienceService/ping I can however access thingworx with the second laptop.http<s>://<hostname>:<8080>/thingworx I have already opened the ports in the firewall. From the computer on which I have installed both software, both servers can be accessed without any problems. The problem is that I can not access the Experience Service with the second laptop on which I wanted to install Vuforia View. Many greetings   

In the latest experience we're working on, there is one step in the Creo file that does not View properly. The problem comes in that it does not show this problem in Creo Illustrate or in Preview, only when you use a device. I'm beginning to think that this is a Vuforia View bug, which I'm not sure I can do anything about

I have a data grid which is bind through thingworx service. I want to add click events in different cells in data grid so that by clicking particular cell we will toggle through another cell.

I am running into issues where after I publish a project once or twice, I run into a "uh oh publish failed" error that can only be avoided by creating a new version of my project either by save as or export/import. Is there a way to avoid having to do this every couple times I publish? Has anyone else run into this or is this just my computer? Hello All, I have created a simple AR experience in Hololens where i have a 3d panel on which I placed 3D buttons on it.Now i want to convert the exact task into the mobile experience, where 3d buttons will be converted to 3d images which could be visible in mobile. Please provide solution to this, will be very thankfull! Regards,Dhaval.   

Is there a way to add other node modules to Vuforia Studio?

I have a new font that i want to set to rows text of my grid,"font-family": ["ZCOOL QingKe HuangYou", "cursive"] I tried the css and grid configuration, may be somewhere i am getting wrong. css is working for labels, but how shall i write css for grid rows font?Can anyone please try this and help me set this font to my Grid Row Text?Thanks in advance.    

Hello @RolandRaytchev  and other PTC officials, In a current project going on, I want the animation steps in one figure to be played as we will be keep on clicking play 3D button since i have attached the play binding to it. However when i check in Hololens i can see just first step playing.I am also planning to add two figues in a creo illustrate file (production and service) as when required to be called. But it seems Hololens acts strange for performing even small tasks which would otherwise be done effortlessly in mobile experience.Also transparency applied in illustrate does not work in Hololens. PLease help me with this.       

Hi Team,I was wondering if it's possible to create a water effect on my model, as shown in the picture below. Could you suggest a shader and guide me on how to implement it on my model? I'm not sure what I need to add before importing it to Vuforia Studio. I usually use Creo Illustrator to create animations. Can you please guide me? @abfdls @JörgDapperheld 

Hello, do deleted assets in the deleted assets folder of the Vuforia Editor disappear after a certain amount of time?

I'm trying to use hololens 1 and vuforia view. I've tried to set experience service via the URL QR code but nothing happens. The screen only shows me the green vuforia view splash screen and seems to answer some voice commands but I can't find the way to make it work. Any advice?Thank you  

I have a Vuforia studio connected to a Experience server. I create a simple project with a label that is connected to a Thing with a property that those value is not shown, but this problem only happens in Vuforia view device. Value is correcly updated in preview. What could be the reason?  Preview: Value 5 comes correctly from External data    

Hello. We've packaged Vuforia Studio 9.9 into a .msi and intent to deploy it to student labs, for which we need the silent switch to go in to the install command. Can someone assist please.    

The builder-setting file contains the contents of personal settings for Vuforia Studio. Settings such as not displaying the WELCOME message and whether to read meta information when importing files. Is there any documentation that explains all the parameters that can be set in the builder-setting file?

Hi! Is there any way to invoke Vuforia View 'Reset Tracking' function from my own button? This functionality behaves in the exact way I need it to behave, but I just need it to invoke it outside of the default Vuforia View dropdown, via the button inside the experience.

We've been running into an issue lately where our HoloLens experiences that initiate via ThingMark launch with a slight-but-noticeable angle on the z-axis. We've been unable to figure out how to fix this or why this is happening. Has anybody else run into this issue?

Just like the preview mode, when building experiences with studio, it would be handy if users can view or consume experiences in a browser. The Windows view app (desktop installation) seems not to be capable of showing 3D content.

I see that Vuforia Object Scanner can be used to build model targets (https://library-archive.vuforia.com/articles/Training/Vuforia-Object-Scanner-Users-Guide.html)  for Vuforia Engine (Unity). Is there a way to import those objects into a Vuforia Studio app? Any alternatives?
