Dear PTC Support Team,I created my account yesterday and successfully activated the 30-day trial license for Mathcad Prime. The application initially showed that I had 29 days remaining. However, after closing and reopening the software, I lost access to the full version.Additionally, my local license file does not appear to work, and I can no longer use the application.This is extremely urgent, as I need access to Mathcad to complete my thesis project in order to graduate from university.Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.Thank you in advance for your support.Kind regards,Florin Poppopf34620@gmail.com

I am making a spline in a part based on a large collection of points I am creating from a file.  When I assemble this part into an assembly I want to know the location of these points relative to the assembly coordinate system.  Is there a way for me to measure the x,y,z distance from the assembly coordinate system to those points all at once instead of having to do hundreds of individual measure commands?  Creo Parametric 8.0.5.0

Creo Parametric 10.0.5.0 I am trying to create a plug weld. I have had success with several on one side of the weldment, but when I try to create the plug welds on the opposite side the weld seems to project to the opposite side. I have tried using the opposite surface of the red surface, but it just projects to the opposite side of the weldment.  

to whom it may concern... Hi there, I recently installed Creo Parametric 10.0.8.0.As it turned out, the debug console, you can activate by adding "set CEF_DEBUG_PORT=9222" to your start command is broken in the latest release of Creo 10. Usually, You get debug information displayed, when You open "http://localhost:9222/" on the computer running Creo Parametric.In 10.0.8.0 that address just shows a blank page (NO "This site can’t be reached" error !).In 10.0.7.0 everything works as intended. I tested this on several machines. Also tried to install both versions parallel. But to get the console working again, I had to uninstall Creo completely and reinstall 10.0.7.0 again. 

I entered registration data to obtain a download link, received the link, and downloaded the installer. Hello mathcad 10.0 Prime User,I wanted to ask if someone knows how to use the the "solve-block" to find two missing variables in an equation. Or if there might be a different way? I have previously installed Mathcad on my computer a few times over the last few years, when a class required it. I am trying to install the free version because I am teaching a class, and although I have entered my credentials several times, clicked download and waited a few hours (checking spam too) I haven't received a download link. Any ideas on how to get access to the free version? Thanks!

HeyMy file for my exam crashed while saving and now it wont open. See picture. Can you help me recover just a fraction of the data? Also Im not able to attach the file for some wierd reason.

I am having an issue with printing Creo drawings. Every time I print a drawing, the print comes out with a very thick outline. I am attaching pictures to better explain my issue. The left picture shows a drawing view, and the right picture shows the print view. I recently switched from SolidWorks to Creo and never had this issue with SolidWorks, so I don't know how to fix these outlines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.drawing viewprint view

Hello everyoneI've had the same problem as descripted here twice this week:Unable to activate Excel componentI work with an embedded excel table which contains a function. At a certain point I get the error message "Excel is busy; can't activate Excel. Make sure that cells are not being edited in Excel and try again in a few seconds." but there is no instance of excel open. Upon restarting mathcad and/or my computer the problem remains.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?Could someone please check the appended file so I can exclude an error of my sytem?Cheers!

Does FIND stop searching for a more accurate solution when it finds a solution satisfying CTOL?  For example suppose I want to find temperature to within .5 F and I set CTOL to .5.  Will Mathcad stop searching when CTOL is met or will it continue searching until some smaller CTOL is achieved?  Note: my Solve Block is solving for 1 unknown with units (BTU/min).  My constraint has units of degF.  I found that units can be applied to CTOL but then FIND does not work.  Also I have a case where I set CTOL to .4, but the FIND solve block found an answer (solution) at which the error is .53733 which is larger than CTOL.  So why is FIND returning a solution? PS:  My constraint is 0 =ABS(T1-T1x)  +  ABS(T2-T2x) 

Hello! I am working in mathcad prime 9.0.0.0 and am wondering why mathcad calculates end result units like this:why do the units on the results automatically display as such? To me it would be logical for it to display kip x ft as the unit since those are the units of the values being multiplied and is also a commonly used unit for moments or torques. Is there a way to get it to automatically show kip x ft as the units? 

Hello, I just wanted to ask if there is a way that I can adjust my line thickness while using the HLR mode? let's say there are some parts in the model where I want thicker lines and other parts of the model with thinner lines. Thank you 

As a disabled user with only one hand, I need a way to setup Creo Parametric to only use Mouse buttons for PAN. This is the only function that I cannot seem to find a work around from Shift + RMB to PAN in my model. Yes, I can use the Pan icon and have been doing that, but it is extra clicks and impacts productivity. Other CREO PTC applciations have the ability to modify and control the Pan/Zoom/Rotate features (Creo View, Creo Elements etc), Creo Parametric does not have this ability for those of us that need accomidations due to physical disability and limitations. When will this be fixed for the user community?

I am using Creo Parametric 5.0 5.0.6.0How to configure installation so run Node Locked license before running Floating Server License? A user has a Node Locked license, but also needs access to Floating Server license pool.When user runs Creo, floating license is pulled first. The goal is to pull Node Locked license first.

I have a customised table for fetching all parts all parts from model tree . But the error in the table is it does not display alphabetically / in order of the model tree. E.G:- it goes like 001,003,002. but I need it configured as in order. Can anyone help. Attached is the file.Thanks in advance
