I have performed many demos for Chalk, as I work for Rockwell. I use my phone, and the desktop app, to show the session. sometimes the desktop app does not allow for me to draw an AR object in the desktop app
We have some quality issues with Chalk. Chalk sessions disconnect or fail. In Detail, the Problems occurs during starting the Connection. As a result no Connection is established between the devices. This problems are located in Germany and it is not a bandwidths problem. Do you know about this performance issues? Is there a roadmap for hosting the chalk server in the EU Cloud?
[ISSUE]Access to Vuforia Chalk service from certain countries are restricted using Amazon CloudFront Geo Restriction. When affected a message like below is likely shown. "The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation." [ENVIRONMENT]Any Vuforia Chalk Service [WORKAROUND]No workaround is provided.Using VPN might mitigate the situation.
[ISSUE] If a Chalk User is registered with non-English characters, Vuforia Chalk app on iOS will prematurely exit when "Start Session" is clicked. This "Start Session" is only used by the user with HOST privilege. #This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the upcoming release. [ENVIRONMENT] Device/OS : iOS (iPhone or iPad) Vuforia Chalk version: 2.8.3 [WORKAROUND] Delete a registered user and once again add a user using English characters only.A user name is cached and updating the user name doesn't fix this issue. It's also best to Log out from Vuforia Chalk App before deleting a user. Microsoft 365 Remote Assist uses TEAMs for directory/ users. Vuforia Chalk works with what ? Does Chalk work with Azure AD Cloud ? Any special installation set-up or other Azure Domain Environment required ?
Hello,One question came up from a client who is very particular about data processes. I understand that AWS will host the user's contact info and do the enterprise management. For the Chalk sessions themselves, does AWS function as the SIP server? Is there a SIP server somewhere that routes the call between contacts?I need to be able to precisely map where the data contact points are - thanks for understanding and helping.

Im testing Vuforia Chalk, but in Android 9 Motorola (MotoG6 play) branch doesn't compatible. I see only for Samsung. In what time is planning work for more smartphones branch? For your help, thanks
Dear Support Team, I would like to start to use Vuforia Chalk in this free access campaign. I have already created an account for chalk, and got an email from the system about becoming a Business Admin in Vuforia Chalk. But unfortunately I missed the 7 days availability of the invitation and now I don’t know what can I do. If I try to login to Admin Center I got the following message: "You are not authorized to log in." I tried to register again to Vuforia Chalk, but no new invitation. Hi, Is there no other way to start a session from Chalk Desktop other than sending an email link or a Connect Code. Why are there no contacts in Chalk Desktop? How to start a session from Chalk app on mobile inviting someone using a desktop? If a lab engineer starts a session it would be more convenient for the office engineers to use Chalk Desktop. As it is now I get the call from a lab engineer in my mobile. Thanks Magnus
Understand that Vuforia Chalk allow user to save the AR annotations as images at the end of session, where are those images save by default? Secondly, can Vuforia Chalk record the remote session as video?
Hi. I tried to sign up by iOS app with iPad pro 10.5 inch. Regarding the sign up phase, I couldn't complete registration of my email account with the message "Something's not right. Please try again" even verify code was correct. And I couldn't retry with my this email address because message "Email address already in use" and I also couldn't sign in. Could you reset my email address account in Vuforia Chalk?

Hi, I have two individuals want to do different action. Both of individuals have registered 3-min free trial account. Case A. We have valid paid chalk subscription and want to register one of them into this subscription. Although I sent chalk invitation to this person, invitation did not reach. I think existing 3-min free trial account makes conflict. I believe we need to delete 3-min free account for this person to register existing subscription. How to delete account? Case B. The other person is our customer who wants to register the new free trial program. Can this person register free trial program till end-June without deleting existing 3-min free account? Thanks.

Hi, is there any limitations in the total number of session that a Host can create in the yearly subscription?. Also is there a restriction with the amount of different people that the host can contact for each new session, I understand is 1000. Can this be reset?
I have a customer who is part of a large company and they would like to be added to their Chalk subscription. Is there a way for them to lookup their company Admin if they aren't a current user?
