Hello, I got Chalk installed on my iphone and got several colleagues invited. They activated their accounts. What else we have to do to start the call? I assume they can also install the chalk on their phone and then we can call each other. Is there a way to us PC? for remote assistance, one of the caller should be in office and have a PC. it is much easier than using phones. But I could not instructions on installing/using chalk on PC??? Thanks!

We are just getting configured, have 5 users to host, have them set up in the admin panel, and have the box check for being a host, yet the site https://connect.vuforia.com/ does not recognize them as a host. Any advice or help?
When in a Chalk call and a cellular call comes in the Chalk call is interrupted. Even if the IOS device is set to Do Not Disturb the Chalk call is still interrupted. Is there a way to ensure the Chalk call is not interrupted?
Is it possible for the remote expert to send a link via chalk to service or operating instructions that must be followed? Some regulatory requirements require these service and operation references to be followed. It would be important for the remote expert to provide these through the Chalk session.
Hi, I am looking for an answer on two questions that relate to Chalk video performance and network connectivity: When two users communicate with Chalk, is the video transmitted directly from user device to user device, or rather is an intermediate PTC Chalk server used between the users? The Vuforia Chalk Best Practices topic in the Help recommends "high bandwidth connections" for best performance which is neither specific nor objective. Assuming iPhone 8 devices for each user, what is the maximum video size (e.g. 4k, 1080p) and frame rate (e.g. 24, 30, 60 fps) that Chalk will transmit video, and also what is the minimum? What network bandwidth is recommended to obtain high quality video at the maximum video size and frame rate? Thank you, Mike

I went through some links provided in ptc community also but people have given solution to add a button or navigation button which will navigate to Vuforia chalk from studio. Hi, I have issues at login. I'm the primary admin and can assess the admin center without issues. When I try to login in the app I get the error message: "Something's not right. Please try again. Invalid email address". I've tried to reset my password, which was successfull but I still can't log in. Could you please check? Thank you.

Recently my Chalk app which is part of a Chalk for Business account has stopped showing the "Start a Session" option. It now only shows "Join a Session" like the free account does. I have a customer having the same issue. Is this something anyone else has seen?
I have registered as Partner and Admin, but I can login as only user not as Administrator for my Organization.
When attempting to use VuForia Chalk I am able to successfully connect two IOS devices using cellular data. When I attach both devices to our corporate network the call connects but no video or sound is available. I have a feeling it has something to do with our firewall. What do I need to allow in order to use chalk on the WiFi network?
In Vuforia Chalk on iOS there is a "Join Session" button in the "My Contacts" section. Can anyone tell me how to use this? A 9-digit code is required and I am asking myself how to create/initiate such a session. We are using Vuforia Chalk for Business (as a PTC partner). Thanks for your help.
Will the API available for Chalk? After the video calls, we would like to send the pictures to our server to save them. We also want to attach our our work order with the call and add the duration/initiator/receiver info. In addition, we would like to have the capability to save videos, not just pictures. Hi, Am using creo parametric 3.0, in which is it possible to create a labelled dimension (say thickness = 10mm) a dimension and use the dimension value in the subsequent features of the model, so that i can change the thickness once and it will change in all places. FYI, using relations is a good option, i feel like, that requires more manual work, (defining the dimensions and then giving relations). Thanks in advance. Regards.

As Admin I have a contact that is Activated and has the app but when I call them it rings on my end but not on their end. Nothing appears to be happening on the call receiver iphone. I am calling from an ipad. It doesn't matter if we're using an ipad to call an iphone does it?
Currently Chalk is allowing our admin account to call a colleague but they do not see the incoming call. When that colleague calls the admin, we see the call come in but when we answer it, it tells us the server is down and try again later. Is anyone else experiencing this today? Thanks!
