How to make fix constraint to multiple items at a time?

Hello All, I have a rectangular datum target annotation that is set at an angle parallel with the geometry. The CAD model in the attached picture is correct, but when I go to my 2D drawing the hatched area shows up horizontal and not parallel to the geometry. The views between the CAD and 2D are simply flipped in my images. ...Has anyone else come across this before or know of a possible solution for this issue?Thanks!

Late to the game of printing/saving pdf's. Is one of these better than the other? Or do they do the same thing?

I have been messing around with the stroke to reduce file size and somehow change a setting and now the pdf is only the bottom left portion of the D size paper. What did I change to make this happen and how can I fix this?

Hello everybody, I have the task to figure out the floating licenses in my company. They already had a running license server with a single floating license key running. And Im trying to get that license on my computer.  I can ping the server and the server can ping my laptop, both computers are set to private network, and the server had created windows firewall exceptions for ptc_d and port 7788 by the official distributor call center. I then tried my co-workers laptop and he was able to activate the floating license on his PC. I then turned off all firewalls and windows defender virus detection on my laptop and it still says unreachable.  Ironically when i tried, my co-workers laptop is unable to ping or get pinged by the server which is weird.  Is there anything i am missing? As even official support could not figure this out and help me.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.2.0Material Files - Are there any formatting or other requirements (such as required parameters or parameter groups) that must be satisfied in order to ensure that the files are valid for use?Background-as part of the company transitioning from Solidworks to Creo, the existing Solidworks custom/customer materials database is to be replicated as a company Materials Library. The sldmat file is an xml file and a java utility (outside of Creo API's) was written to parse the file and write a .mtl file for each "material" element in the sldmat DOM.visually the resulting mtl files appear as though they should work. Initial testing result is that the newly created mtl files are visible to Creo but when attempting to assign to the model an error indicating that the [MATERIAL] is not Valid. sHere are the errors that I facedSelecting a generated material file results in a message stating that the file is not valid

I am using quick print to an assembly drawing to pdf because standard print creates a pdf file size of around 50Mb. How do I print all sheets using quick print?

Dear all,we have bumped into strange issue, or possibly we're doing something wrong.We have a Windchill product in which we use client's configs including fonts, in their case Arial.Suddenly some drawings started using different font which caused text overspilling its respective table cells.Anyway, during investigation we learned that for some reason we were missing Arial in the default Creo folder on worker machine (../common/text/fonts) and in the config.pro there was no other folder specified (pro_config_dir commented out).We copied over the Arial font to the folder, and drawings started using the font all right, BUT it's displayed in a very strange way.Attaching an image to illustrate it (picture 1) - the "futher" you are the more the font looks as if it's bold.And it even prtins out this way on a paper.But when I zoomed in typed fragment of text in Word and overlayed one with another (picture 2), it looks all right.Arial bold should be proportionally different from plain Arial, bu

When doing a "Save As" pdf, the read opens unless you uncheck "Open file in Acrobat Reader". This last for as long as the session does. Is there a config option to "uncheck" this permanently? Thanks, Dale    

Hi all, In the image below, I would like to project the sketch onto the revolve. I would like to project onto all of its surfaces at one time, if possible. Please note that the sketch overlaps between different surfaces. Preferably, I'd like to do this such that I could even extrude/offset the sketch from the surface.Anybody have any suggestions? I am making some Exploded Views (using two computers side by side. I have 6 CREO licenses at any time in this year). At one computer I can make the exploded views, at the other computer I can't move any part in Explode mode. How to make the parts free to move? Where is the "lock" switch? Why need to have this "disable/lock" function in Explode mode? (I guess I can answer my 3rd question as: for security reason to prevent unauthorized edition. Thanks.Have a wonderful day.

Kind of new to the Spring element in CREO Simulate. Is it possible to simply the 5 spring disc washers (see below illustration) with only one spring element? I have simply the rod as a series of beam elements. Thanks for any hints.

I have already read thorough CS328931 and troubleshot graphics card. Other users in my organization have similar hardware but don't encounter the same problem.

I have a part that is going to have a series of corner relief options as sketches (OPTION1, OPTION2 in image below) to be used in an extrude feature (CORNER_RELIEF) that is patterned.  Is there a way to use a Family Table to pass the name of the sketch (OPTION#) to a single extrude feature to create all the part variations?  I'm trying to avoid have to create the same extrude pattern in each instance referencing a different sketch.  

Is there a way to put a diagonal line though a table cell to denote its not used in a drawing? Similar to how you would do it with excel.

Hi.I've just discovered Keyshot plugin capabilities and I want to further investigate it. I can see that Keyshot is a standalone application to which you can bring in exported assemblies/animations and render them in a cool way. There's also a plugin for Creo. Each has its cost. Now, there's a Render Studio available in Creo 7 "powered by Keyshot". Is it an equal product to Keyshot plugin embedded in Creo or is it a dumbed down version or something else?

I have simple question... --- Does any of you have experience with printing from Creo Parametric to KONICA MINOLTA KIP 7580 MFP ? Specification available in https://kipnews.kip.com/_Public/KIP75Series/KIP75SeriesSpecs.pdf --- Description of my problem when printing via MS Printer Manager: during printing Creo Parametric returns error "C:\TEMP\my_pentable.pnt : Syntax error on line 13" ... even if the pen table is error free paper output is not correct ... line widths does not correspond with pen table Thanks in advance for any piece information concerning printing on KONICA MINOLTA devices.

Hi,   I'm trying to update the selection of colors that appear in "My Appearances", and nothing I've done so far seems to work. I've added in the line "pro_colormap_path" into the config and set its path to the folder containing the appearance.dmt file I wish to use, saved config and restarted Creo but this didn't work. I've changed the "global_appearance_file" path to the folder containing the appearance.dmt file, didn't work. I've replaced the appearance.dmt file in the programs common files\graphic-library\appearances folder in case it was pulling from here, didn't work. I have the file named exactly "appearance.dmt" as I read this could be an issue but still nothing.   If anyone has anything else that I could try, please let me know.
