I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M130Hello, I need the link to download PTC Creo Parametric 3.0 Datecode: M130 for Windows 10 64Bit
I am using Creo Parametric - Release 7.0 (connected) 7.0 7.0.2.0Hiwe have a lot of large PID in microsoft visio, and we would like to get this information over to the piping module. Is there an easy way to do this? AS far as I understand we can use spec driven piping, which means it reads XML file, however after endless searching I cannot find a single XML sample file or the API of how this XML file should look like. We would like to get names and pipe sizes over for a start. Later we would also ideally like to get the the order(how they are connected) over as well. Any help on this matter will be appreciated.
I am using Creo Parametric - Release 4.0 (connected) 4.0 M130it is possible to implement Creo Parametric on a DELL VX Rail System ?
How to do it? Create custom UDF (User-Defined Feature) in old version (Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire) and use it in new version (Creo Parametric) - it is easy ...and here you can find the UDF's: sweep_add-inn-faces_mm.gph sweep_add-inn-faces_inch.gph (view in My Videos)
Hi, is there an option to allow non Admins to use ptcflush/lmremove only on a Windows based FLEXlm server? but not lmdown or so? adminOnly yes, enables all these features, afaik. br Bernhard
The issue is mapkeys run in Creo 7+ are causing flashing windows to appear and this is new relative to running the same mapkeys in Creo 4 where no windows are appearing. If you have seen this same behavior, please reply here so I can comply with PTC support request to prove that other users replicate the issue. See the video for an example of the flashing windows. PTC support has asked me to inquire here about an open issue with mapkeys in Creo 7+ causing flashing windows to appear. The request from PTC support is shown below. Could you check in user community, if other users are also facing this issue? This will help us to go back to R&D and say that this is affecting all such mapkeys and in a large number for most of the users and so can be pushed for a fix. They have clearly mentioned that if this happens for all such mapkeys and in large numbers, they may look into it however looks like I didn’t find any other such issues reported. Article deta
Hi allis it possible to link parameters to a notebook or excel in assemblies? For example i would like to control the angles in this system of linkages (see picture) by changing values in a table.
ModelCHECK (MC) is returning an error that I don't know how to get rid of. In the user_words we have the lines: DE-ENERGIZEDDE-ENERGIZEDE-ENERGIZES Yet, Creo is returning DE as a spelling error. Does anyone know how to not return an error when it is part of an acceptable hyphenated word?
I just wanted to post a a little helper file for creating internal and external threads based on the Unified Thread Standard (UTS) which covers both English and Metric. I must give high kudos' to Wikipedia. I borrowed their images and tables for the attached Creo 2.0 full version parametric file. You will also find a linked link in the site if you turn on annotation. See the relations to drive the pitch and diameter you are interested in. The file is set up for English but you can change it to metric units, if that is your primary usage. Most everything that can be driven by relations has been. Only 3 variables are needed... and TPI (thread per inch) is set to zero if you want to define the pitch directly for metric threads. See the "IF" statement in Relations. I did have some troubles along the way. I split up the helical sweep because it -did- fail if I did it in one go although it did not overlap anywhere. This was
I have a very simple assembly of 4 flat sheets stacked on top of each other. The tree shows them in the correct order (bottom first -> top last). The BOM balloons however put the 2nd sheet as #1, the bottom sheet as #2, and 3&4 are correct. The BOM table correspondingly lists the 2nd layer as first in the table, then the bottom layer, then 3 and 4. Is there a way to reorder the balloons and table? Thanks in advance... I'm new to ProE.
dear expert is there any option in creo machining to get smooth machining?? regards Fisa
I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) 3.0 M140We recently changed workstation and needing new license for that MAC address, thanks.
creo 7.0 manufacturing info report missing please check to attach a pic. there is no report module in the start new menu
I use flexible modeling frequently for my work lately using the offset geometry or edit radius commands have been causing my program to not respond and ultimately end up crashing with this error message. I've been wasting lots of time due to these crashes and some insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks
Hi,I am using Creo Parametric 4.0 M140Sometimes, but not repeatable, when trying to connect with vba to an existing (and the only one) Creo-Instance I get this pfcEcxeptions-Error:-2147352567->pfcExceptions::XToolkitAppVersionMismatchMy Code is following:Dim asyncConnection As IpfcAsyncConnectionDim cAC As CCpfcAsyncConnectionDim session As IpfcBaseSessionDim Windows As IpfcWindowSet cAC = New CCpfcAsyncConnectionSet asyncConnection = cAC.Connect(Null, Null, Null, Null) <- in this line my code stopsSet session = asyncConnection.sessionSince I'm a VBA-Beginner and this Code is from a colleague which is not longer in our firma, I am thankful for all help and information on this!
Hi, all Is there a way how to configure something like "local search path"? I mean the search path valid for current working directory. I need to set search paths when I change working directory. Is it possible? e.g. to have file with paths in working directories and creo use these files when search for models. (not common file like search.pro, but different for each dir.) I don't use windchill. thanks, Michal.
Currently the motion envelope is only velocity based. User will have to set the velocity at which each actuator operate and their sequence based on time and the motion envelope is generated based on the given motion the designer desires. But my requirement is to get the complete possible motion envelope of a linkage. Say there are 3 actuators, having stroke 100 - 1000 mm and the step values are in increments of 100 mm.So there will be 10 possible positions (100,200,300,400....1000) for each actuators. The total possible combinations considering all 3 actuators will be 10 X 10 X 10 = 1000 combinations.I need a motion envelope of the linkage considering all these 1000 locations. Is there any workaround to get this motion envelope using Creo Mechanism ?

I am running into a bit of an issue. I want to change the name of the material to "purch" for my purchased components but keep the material properties. Essentially what I want to accomplish is in my assembly drawing BOM it will be clear which items are purchased and which are manufactured. When I go to PTC_Material_Name and try to change it, I get an error saying "invalid value
Recently I try to study the function ProAsmcompCreateCopy by C language, and always gotten the return of -26. After checking the menu, -26 means PRO_TK_NOT_VALID Required license not found. so would like to know does it need other special license for this function? thanks.
I've traced an image in Creo sketch, with the intention to extrude - remove the profile into the base part. The problem is, I believe, that some of the spline sketch entities are too small and it's causing a regeneration error when I try to extrude - solid. I can extrude - surface, but that isn't what I need here. Larger scaled versions of this same sketch are able to extrude, which is why I'm assuming it has to do with the sketch entity size. I've already set my model properties - accuracy to as low as the system will allow. Does anyone know of a work around or way to modify a sketch to get this to work? Thanks!
I've been asked to update our license server from FlexLM 11.14 to FlexLM 11.16. We currently use Creo 4 and will continue as such. Is there a simple way to update the license server without breaking everything? Will my current license.dat file be compatible with the new version? How do I even go about getting the new version so I can install it?
Hello How do I duplicate cavities and inserts by also inserting my own parameters? For components that are assembled, how do I add all my parameters and relation?
