HI,  I am trying to implement live cctv stream in twx mashup using video player or webframe widget. But my cctv media server is restricted and that server functions internally and twx is deployed on aws. And our clients will be using the web browsers at various locations in different countries. My idea is like whitelisting Twx server ip on my media server so twx can access feeds, we can provide it as URL's so I can use it in widgets.   My doubt is whitelisting twx is enough for this implementation ?? , I don't know about the actual widget functionality .. whether twx will call those links or it will be called from clients ip ?    suggest best implementation idea's 🙂 Thanks in advance !! 

Even if we created a mashup template, how to assign it to every mashup?? What is the use of mashup template entity?

I was unable to install ThingWorx Foundation 9.2.0. It crushed and give no clue why it cannot finished install. The entire folder will be deleted even before I press Accept button. Dear community,   I tried to use the PDF Extension as this functionality is exactly what my key user is asking for. Unfortunately it is not working well for me, please refer to the attached files:- TimeReport_20210127_4.pdf is the output of the CreatePDF function- TimeReport_20210127.png is an actual screenshot   As you can see the box is printing well but the chart and the grid are missing. Hi,I'm going to upgrade TWX (better "Manual In Place Upgrade for Windows") from 9.0 to 9.1.Currently we have PostgreSQL + Influx.Comparing the Release Matrix, 9.0 vs 9.1, I've got: 9.0: 9.1:   Is it a mandatory precondition the migration of both databases, PostgreSQL and Influx, when switching from version 9.0 to 9.1? When Ever Kepware is getting the data from the DB/SQL Server, the tags are getting created by the name "table7_channel1_device1_property_name", I don't want table7 in the tag names. I can't rename the 470 tags by manually modifying each and every tag.What is the best solution?Thanks,Shashi Preetham.

Hello When I run the "$ cmake -G "Visual Studio 15 2012" .. in the ubuntu terminal, I got an error of "CMake Error: Could no create named generator Visual Stuido". We have an IIoT application built on Thingworx and Kepserver monitoring hundreds of machines in a manufacturing setting and corresponding Kepserver Ping Drivers to monitor their power on states. We're currently running Thingworx 8.5.6-b110 and KEPServerEX 6.10 and we are encountering issues with properties of Industrial Things that extend the PTC.Factory.DeviceThingTemplate stopping communication with their bound tags in Kepserver, despite the Thing reporting being connected.   Typical solutions have been to execute the RestartThing service on the affected Things. Occasionally, rebinding a single property fixes all of them when RestartThing does not work.   Has anyone else encountered this behavior? Any troubleshooting steps or tips we should be taking?   One other thing to note, when we restart Thingworx, all of the Industrial Things start in a disconnected state. How to extract all the widgets in file format?

Hi,  I'm using the Analytics server Things to create services that train an analytics model and utilize predictive scoring. Currently, I have 3 variables (motor1 speed, motor2 speed, and distance) and want to be able to predict motor speeds for both motors 1 and 2 given a specific distance input. I am currently only able to use the services to create a predictive model with one 'goal field', and therefore 1 output. Is there any way to predict more than one variable through the analytics services?  Thanks!

I am repeatedly getting this error in application log while importing project. And the import is getting failed. It is pointing " [1,018] " for media, users, modeltags as well. How to rectify this?   1. Hey, I have attached a screenshot below in which I have created a mashup with 2 text fields namely "Name" and "Age".  I want to record the data entered by the users and export the recorded data in form of CSV file when the user clicks on the data export widget. Hi I am taken over the project which was developed by someone else. I didn't get KT and tech documentation to get high level knowledge about it. When I am going through the mashups.. lots of mashup parameters from collection widget is passing to many of the mashups. I am not able to follow the flow of mashups. Any technique or method is there to identify the flow of mashup parameters. I want to figure out which mashup parameter value passing to which mashup(name of mashup).? How to figure out this?

I am trying to place a menu flyout in the bottom right corner of my mashup's master template.  However, I am unable to set the location of the flyout so it does not hang off the screen as shown in the picture attached.  Through Chrome Developer tools I am able to manually modify the position as desired (attached), however when I create custom CSS targeting the flyouts class, the custom css is not applied but the selector is shown in dev tools.  Just empty with none of the styling applied.    Anyways, does anyone have an idea of a way to position a menu flyout or have a different solution to arrive at my desired result?

I have installed the zip file for the widget Progress Gauge and also imported in the local host. But in the widget panel in the mashup, the widget is not available. How can I resolve this?

Hi I'm want just to graph random data value from kepware to a chart in a mashup but I can not achieve this goal. I can do it with a gauge or LED display but not with a Chart. Some idea? Have i to save the data before in a data storage or something?

Hi I'm trying to upload the csv data to thingworx by using csv parser but I'm getting the error for datetime as it cannot convert string to datetime. It is assuming the date column of csv as string. please help me to what is exact format for datetime to be put in csv in order to import csv data in thingworx.
