I am trying to install thingworx with azuresql. Tomcat tries to initiate Thingworx war file but fails and throws following error in ThingworxStorage/Application log file: [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.s.ThingWorxServer] [I: ] [U: SuperUser] [S: ] [P: ] [T: main] ModelPersistenceProviderPackage is null.   I have followed this link for setting up azuresql to thingworx https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx%2FHelp%2FComposer%2FDataStorage%2FPersistenceProviders%2Fazure_sql_single_instance_installation.html%23   I can see the database(model, schema) created in Azuresql database

Hi!   I'm looking for suggestions on how I can implement an Electronic signature feature that authenticates users against Active Directory.   I want to prompt an already signed in user for their AD username and password before they're allowed to update any existing setpoint values and store which user changed what value.    I've been reading the authentication extension guide but I'm not sure if this accomplishes what I'm after or if this is just another way for users to log in.  https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/create-authentication-extension/

Hi, I am planning to configure High availability for below components. 1. Thingworx version 8.5.1 2. Azure SQl 3. Thingworx Azure IoT Hub connector 3.0.1   I have done HA configuration to Thingworx 8.5 and Azure Postgre SQL and working high availability as expected. How to apply  HA configuration to Thingworx Azure IoT Hub connector? Currently I have installed Thingworx and IoT Hub connector service on same machine. Hi,   I am working on an interface solution between Thingworx and SAP, and have decided to communicate through csv file exchange using network shared folder. I have successfully done this with thingworx, installed on on-premises servers. But in current scenario we are using thingworx cloud instance(9.1).  1) I am not sure how to make SAP, access a File repository created in cloud instance in thingworx. 2) Or make the File repository created in thingworx, a network shared folder. 3) If there is any alternative, please suggest.     Regards, Sri1

Hello,  I have installed a local version of Thing Worx on my device. I want to set up mail notifications for alerts. But in the local version I can not find Mail Server. Therefore,  tried downloading the mail server extension. But I am getting the following error.  Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank You.      

I need refresh button in all the mashups. Instead of editing each mashup, is it possible to keep refresh button in master mashup itself??

I have a project I want to package and publish to solution central, when I click the package and publish button, I get some error messages: There are dependencies with some entities, whenever I click on any of them a message appears  How to search for those entities that seem to be removed but their dependency is still alive?

Hi,An issue with importing the Kepware tags whenever we import Kepware tag industrial thing is getting disconnected. After that manually binding tag, the industrial thing connected again. But there more than 1000 Kepware tags which are practically not possible to bind manually.Thingworx version 9.1   Thanks   

I am using Thingworx 9.0 and when I am creating a subscription on a thing, I can see there is a built-in event called "HistorianDataLogged". Can anyone please tell me how to use this event or how and when this event will be triggered? 

A user has been added to Administrators group and into an another group with different set of permissions.   Will this user be behaving as Administrator or as per created group?

Hello!   There is a problem with the filter widget. After binding it to the service I click "Configure Data Filter Fields", uncheck the boxes and change the fields names. But nothing changes in the mashup. The number and names of the fields remain the same as they were received from the service.

Need to check whether logged in user is in Administrators group or not using Thingworx service.   As I checked there is no specific service related to this or list of users in Administrators group can also help.   Please let me know if I can get this Info using any inbuilt thingworx services.

  When I try to build SCM-Extension-1-0-0-872  with C-SDK-2-2-12-1052 , its giving some compile error like below.
