hello community,   We dont have any username or password for our ms  sql company database, we use windows native authentication which uses Active Directory Domain to authenticate the user. How can i connect our microsoft SQL database ? I am unable to connect as i have nothing to write in database username and password. Please have a look on the picture below and let me know please how can i connect my sql database with thingworxs.....

I would like to grant a user the ability to see the Composer, which they can now but not the ability to make edits. Just they can view code, properties, services, relationships, etc. How can this be done?

Is there an API to get "Sourcing Configuration to Colorway" from PlexPLM?I can see it in allowed data types list with getFlexObjects API....    "Season Group(read only)",    "Size Definition",    "Sourcing Configuration",    "Sourcing Configuration to Colorway",    "Sourcing Configuration to Season",    "Specification",....But when trying to access actual data with getRecordsData API systems states that there is now type as "Sourcing Configuration to Colorway". I can access to for example "Sourcing Configuration". 

We use a Combo Chart in Thingworx 9.6. I sent the widget the minimum timestamp value.However, the widget uses a different minimum timestamp value, in general it seems to use an indefinite value of about 10 minutes. Does anyone have any solutions? BR Dimitri

Hi, We are trying to upgrade our ThingWorx platform from 9.3.2 to 9.6 versionI am having the following doubts:1) How to handle the Custom widget extensions? - Is any upgrade is required or do we have to import the extension files again after upgrade is completed?2) How to handle the DataBase (MSSQL) - do we have to take backup? Required or Not3) TimeZone? If we change Tomcat Timezone is enough or not?4) License file - This is clear that we don't need license file again while upgrading.5) All the existing entities will be present or the upgrade will impact?6) Is Jdk 11 version will support or not? I wanted to know what the options for high availability are in KepserverEX for IOT Gateway MQTT Client so that the data is always available even if one of the kepserver is down.

Hello Everyone, I'm trying to create a donut chart by using the Pie chart. My requirement is to display the label in the center of that donut chart. I tried looking for the solution in help center which leads me to a property call ShowDonutSliceLabel, which I'm not able to see in my pie chart property.  No, it's not the version gap I feel because I m using the ver 9.4 and refer the same ver doc. If anyone knows how to enable it pls let me know it would be a great help. Thanks in advance!

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.3 and DatecodeF000We have installed Thingworx Foundation 9.3.19 on a test server to validate the export and import process of existing projects from the previous version. However, we're facing issues with importing certain entities. Specifically, the number of entities successfully imported (e.g., Thing templates) does not match the total number initially exported. Hi, Is there any possibility that we can connect all servers to thingworx and get the statistics/alerts when the server is down/issue occurs. Or let me know if we can get the above with some other way. thank you

Is there a best practice recommendation on Deleting an Equipment from RTPPM? Disabling one only disables it from the equipment structure, but the equipments are visible in other configuration places (even though the models won't work anymore for those equipments, but it might be confusing if operator still sees it in the list of equipments for selection).Note : I am using TWX 9.5.1

 Redundancy master does not detect available OPC servers on the network(entire netwok), is it possible to add a server manually?All tested clients connected OK,  then maual add servers by name or IP. OPC servers - Windows 11 with Keepware 6.16OPC clients - Windows 2022 with Redundancy master2

Does Thingworx support MongoDB Java Drivers to connect to an external database like Mongodb or AWS DocumentDB? 

In know that starting in Kepserver 6.11 there is a max of 4000 OPC Groups allowed. I would like to know were in Kepserver I can "see" the current value of the number of OPC Groups. So far the only thing I have seen is an event message once we have hit the current limit. So if I have it set to 100 and we have 100 groups, when the 101 group is attempted we get the error. BUT - It sure would be nice to know the CURRENT value of the number of groups so the user can appropriately set their own limit, as well as monitor this number to determine if there is a bad acting client. Where in Kepserver can I see the current number of OPC (DA) Groups.

I am creating devices with the same IP and Slave ID and distributing the tags among them. When I create a device in the Kepserver application and modify its properties, the changes seem to be applied after saving. However, when I reopen the device, I see that the changes were not actually applied. However, if I copy a device with the desired properties and adjust it according to the device I tried to modify, everything works fine without any issues. Additionally, some devices like inv_02 and inv_05 constantly fall into "bad" status, losing their connection. How can we resolve this situation?

1. What problem are you trying to solve?I have an application and i can send data using HTTP connector. How to add that HTTP connector in kepware?. If i change some data in application and send it through connector it need to be reflected in kepware.2. Are you using a workaround?Kepware3. Hello everyone, We have different mashups for different features. When a feature is selected, the corresponding mashup name should be updated in the URL and browser tab. Is this possible in ThingWorx, or do we need to develop a custom extension? Previously, we could achieve the browser tab title update using the Master Mashup Title, but in ThingWorx 9.x, the title is no longer bindable. Are there any alternative workarounds? Thank you in Advance!

when i Open Application log in monitoring am getting an error called "Internal server error".I have mentioned the correct code in tomcat->java option.Then as well am getting that error. -Duser.timezone=UTC-Dserver -Dd64-XX:+UseG1GC-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

Novice Thingworx developer here. We have some existing Navigate apps developed by a 3rd party and I am trying to understand them so I can create new ones. My background and experience is in relational databases. Some of the data that is managed in these apps is managed in a data table. I can see the records in the data_table. These record counts range from a few hundred to a few thousand entries. A related app has data records that total up to tens to hundreds of thousand records. Those are stored in their own SQL Server table. The developer wrote a SQLDatabaseConnection Thing  and a DataShape to manage that interface. Is there a common rule when you go one way vs another? 

Hello,   As you can see in the picture below i sort the results and it give me perfectly fine but when i login into mashup with the user whose is not administrator and part of the usergroup then it does not show this as sorted. the user has right on this datatable. there is no error in network tab also for service but still i do not get the results sorted...  

Hi Want to deploy TWX in HA on RedHat 9I have an NFS share for /ThingworxStorage/, accessible form 2x TWX servers. In TWX Help Center 9.6 the following statement:/ThingworxStorage/extensions folder must not be shared in the HA environment. Any recommendations on how to achieve this?I'm unable to find a setting in platform-settings.json to specify a new location for this folder "/ThingworxStorage/extensions"  Thank you.
