If i change some data in application and send it through connector it need to be reflected in kepware.2. Are you using a workaround?Kepware3. Hello everyone, We have different mashups for different features. When a feature is selected, the corresponding mashup name should be updated in the URL and browser tab. Is this possible in ThingWorx, or do we need to develop a custom extension? Previously, we could achieve the browser tab title update using the Master Mashup Title, but in ThingWorx 9.x, the title is no longer bindable. Are there any alternative workarounds? Thank you in Advance!

when i Open Application log in monitoring am getting an error called "Internal server error".I have mentioned the correct code in tomcat->java option.Then as well am getting that error. -Duser.timezone=UTC-Dserver -Dd64-XX:+UseG1GC-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

Novice Thingworx developer here. We have some existing Navigate apps developed by a 3rd party and I am trying to understand them so I can create new ones. My background and experience is in relational databases. Some of the data that is managed in these apps is managed in a data table. I can see the records in the data_table. These record counts range from a few hundred to a few thousand entries. A related app has data records that total up to tens to hundreds of thousand records. Those are stored in their own SQL Server table. The developer wrote a SQLDatabaseConnection Thing  and a DataShape to manage that interface. Is there a common rule when you go one way vs another? 

Hello,   As you can see in the picture below i sort the results and it give me perfectly fine but when i login into mashup with the user whose is not administrator and part of the usergroup then it does not show this as sorted. the user has right on this datatable. there is no error in network tab also for service but still i do not get the results sorted...  

Hi Want to deploy TWX in HA on RedHat 9I have an NFS share for /ThingworxStorage/, accessible form 2x TWX servers. In TWX Help Center 9.6 the following statement:/ThingworxStorage/extensions folder must not be shared in the HA environment. Any recommendations on how to achieve this?I'm unable to find a setting in platform-settings.json to specify a new location for this folder "/ThingworxStorage/extensions"  Thank you.

Hello All, I have couple of questions regarding the High Availability in Thingworx, this topic is new for me:1. Is Kepware server required or using Thingworx Connection Server it will work?2. Is Thingworx Connection Server need additional license, or it will work freely if I have Thingworx platform license?3. As in HA, we need multiple Thingworx instances, do same license work or separate license is required for all the instances? Also, please let me know if any I should consider as pricing point of view. 

Facing Tag Data updation issue in kepware server. it is taking more then 60 min to update Tag data, As well as some tag data is not updating. all data is coming at PLC level at real time and in commant prompt, i am receiving response within 1 milli sec. 

Currently we are using responsive containers in thingworx composer design.   When clicked on second dropdown, its options are overlapping with first down     Expectation is to get options just below its own dropdown. Please help us to achieve this.

If any idea about it, please let me know. My main concern is client's Kepware 'server_runtime.exe' service consuming 1.84 GB memory with 99%CPU utilization. Kepware is having around 36000 Tags which are connected to the 2 OPC UA client. OS details:  Moreover, I referred the following document CS281787.

Is there a way to temporarily force a value in KEPServerEX for tags readding their value from a real field device? Seems the only way is to recreate all the tags in a new project in a sim driver.

Hello, community. I’m experiencing an issue while transferring a KepserverEx 5.3 license on an offline computer. When I try to 'Transfer a Product Activation' using the License Utility, I receive the following error: 'Virtual Machine Detected: Transfers Disabled.'  Has anyone encountered this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!  

i'm completely new to this but i have connected a machine to kepware and i read its PLC data. Now i want to get this through Thingworx , any guidance on how to do this ? thanks 

Hello everyone, I’m currently working on a ThingWorx 8.5.14 project and need to develop a custom extension/widget. However, I cannot find the ThingWorx Extension SDK for version 8.5 in any of the usual download locations or on the PTC eSupport site. If anyone still has the ThingWorx Extension SDK (8.5) available or knows where I could download it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, we use Thingworx 9.5.1 With SSO login and that works good , all parameters for reverse proxy we implemented like in the CS : CS327279 - "Incoming SAML message is invalid" "Endpoint with message binding <Binding> and URL <URL> wasn't found in local metadata" is logged in the SecurityLog when authenticating to ThingWorx Platform with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled    Now we upgraded in our DTA to 9.6.1 , with LDAP all works fine, when we test with SSO then the application returns the HOME URL in HTTP://Thingworx/Runtime/index.html?mashup=MSU.Mainmashup=MSU.Main and lands in a Loop to go to a https url,  Where 9.5.1 returns the URL Relative like this  //Thingworx/Runtime/index.html?mashup=MSU.Main. Does anyone has an idea?

Hi, I am having a strange issue here that I don't know how to investigate, I created thingshape then a template that has this thingshape, then I created 7 things driven from this template.inside the thingshape i have a subscription that calls a service within the same thing shape, lets call it service 1 , this service 1 do some calculation and then calls service 2 and service 3 ,the issue is: service 1 and 2 works fine on all the 7 things with no issues, but service it is rarely works for all the 7 things, most of the time works for one or two things only,I tried to check the script log errors but nothing there, and when i run this service manually inside the thing it works fine with no issues.I don't know what should i share else but the issue is not related to whatever the code written in any of the services (from my testing).thanks

I  have  Thingworx Kepawre Server 6 and i want to read PLC data. First thing i added a channel in kepware (device information, communication protocol: Ethernet TCP/IP , S7 300..) then added tags. When i launch OPC Quick Client, i seed "bad" in Qaulity column. When i ping the PLC ip it responds. What is the thing i'm missing here ?  Thanks 

Hello, I have some problem with use of driver for siemens PLC on KepServerEx v6.The server is unable to load the driver with this log message:"Unable to load driver DLL 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Kepware\KEPServerEX 6\drivers\siemens_s7_plus_ethernet.dll'."There is already a topic on the PTC support page but it's not enough precise for me (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS370652).I uninstalled then installed the driver but it's always NG. The dll file is of course in the good directory.Has anyone ever had the problem?  OS: windows 7 SP1KepServerEx: v6.13.250.0siemens_s7_plus_ethernet.dll: v6.13.250.0 Thanks  

I'm using version 9.3.9When I set the Selected Option Text size to greater than 22px, the displayed text is cut off on the top and bottom in runtime:However, in composer, the dropdown box and font will grow appropriately:the same happens in the theme preview mashup.  As I increast the Option Text font size above 22px, the Select... HintText in the Dropdown List gets cropped also.I have tried adjusting every font size in the style theme and even tried the style property overrides for the dropdown widget, but can't find the correct setting to use. Thanks,Steve 

Hi all, I am trying to merge two queryPropertyHistories from 2 different things together and am struggling to figure it out. I have two queries from two different things which wouldn't have a set data shape or property values (user selected). The end goal is to combine two queries and output them into a line chart widget.  For example, these two images I would want combined into a single infotable used for a line chart. So basically just add the second infotable to the end of the first infotable then chart it (data doesn't need to be perfectly clean in table form). The property names are never the same as it is user input for the queries. Any recommendations on how to merge these?
