Hello, I'm trying to change the background of a radio button on selection to look like the below snapshot I've tried using style properties but theirs not option to change the background under "selected" or "pressed and selected". Only under focus and base we have the option to change the background but I would like to change the background on the selection of the radio button.I've also tried custom CSS .myCustomClass .widget-content:selected{background: #92ef83} but it doesn't seem to work. Any work around to achieve this would be very helpful, thanks. 

My requirement is to call a url using GET method and it has body as JSON with two parameters.I tried with almost all contentloadersfunctions available but it is throwing error as Invalid API key.It is actually a No Auth call.Please help me how to achieve this.  Note: I tried using Postman and I am getting result json when tried GET request with input body as json

Hello, I am using MS SQL Server with Thingworx (AMU).I have a table, in which I have start time column, which data type is time(0). Once Start time shown on application, Thingworx is automatically converting UTC values to IST but there is approximately 58 min lagging and some other issues as well. Refer the attachment. I tried changing time-zone to UTC of my local system, then time in application is 29 min behind. Please let me know any work around for this.

When ever tomcat restart the TWX, it gives following error in Application Log:       Error draining persistence providers queues: java.lang.NullPointerException       After that TWX Shutdowns..Followed this Article . But issue still exist.@slangley @PaiChung Thanks,Shashi.

Hello, I am looking to get Graph.JS working within my Thingworx environment so I can have a bit more customization options with graph settings. I've reviewed documentation here saying this is how third party javascript should be embedded into a custom widget.Following a similar structure, I attempted to import 3rd party code via https://cdnjs.com/libraries/Chart.js by adding the following into my widget, that way I don't have to download the files. However, this seems not to work. Is it required to download the 3rd party files to get them into a 3rd party widget? If not, how do I use these hyperlink-style imports that might be commonly used, for example this Jquery link:<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.6.0/jquery.min.js"></script>  

If I want to implement digital twin to a customer, can I achieve it using Thingworx. Are there any products specifically used for digital twin in PTC?Can some examples and design be suggested to achieve Digital twin ?

Hello, I am attempting to create a new channel and I want to define the Beckhoff TwinCAT driver communications, but I do not see it in the list of driver options.  How can I obtain Beckhoff TwinCAT driver? Can it be applied to an existing version of KEPserverEX that does not have it, or does the KEPserverEX software require update to another version? I greatly appreciate the help here, thank you all so much in advanced!

I am working with thingworx 9.5.I want to use the insert into sql database command. I want to have the database I want to insert the data into as a variable input, but this doesn't seem to be possible. I made an example of how I am trying it but I keep receiving errors: insert into [[Table]] (logid,message,source,category,servicename,level,country) values ([[LogID]],[[Message]],[[Source]],[[Category]],[[ServiceName]],[[Level]],[[Country]]); When I change the [[Table]] parameter by the name of the db, all is fine.error returned is: Execute Update failed: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: syntax error at or near "$1" Position: 13 Does anyone have a workaround for this?Kind regards

I’m using the UpdatePropertyValue default service for this purpose.However, the service is not allowing me to update the values for the current time. Hi all, I am working on a use case using the kepware API to create kepware tags. Long story short, I want to create many tags with an empty/placeholder address and then can update the address at a later time as needed, but don't know what address will always be there regardless of machine that I can use. When I try to create a tag using the API with an address that doesn't exist it errors, which is why I am looking for a "universal address". I don't have much experience with PLC or address stuff so any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi,I''m trying to use DPM and Analytics, thingworx and extensions are 9.6.When opening the Area Settings under administration page, after selecting an area from the tree, nothing is loaded.The configuration data is the sample excel sheet provided on the import tool extension for DPM.I've done the configuration provided on the Help Center.Is there any additional configuration needed additional to those on the mentioned page of help center?The error logs and pictures attached.  

I have to automate the services from scheduler to generate 10 reports every week based on the hardcoded 10 inputs in service. Each report generates after fetching data from windchill and it service executes upto 5 minutes to generate one report. In this case the server should be available for 1 hour in backend for the generation of all reports.    What are the configuration steps needed to run services for continuous 1 hour.
