I have a problem about I changed the location of KEPSeverEX from PC-A to PC-B I transfer the licence and save lic file and active with new PC -B but I can't connect to my PLC and  it still show time limit  ( I can monitor some data )  how to solve this problem please suggest. Thank you in advance.

Dear Community,    So below in attachment is my datashape of my datatable and currently i am getting all the entries in one of my service. Is there anyway that with infotable capabilities i can get entries which are created in the last 30 days. As you can see i have one of the parameter qualityCheckTimestamp which records the datetime for the entry. Now i would like to use pre existing function of infotable to get the entries created in last 30 days and if its not possible then i would have to iterate through all the entries to get the desired entries which would might be slow process. so anyone have a clue about it? Thank you 🙂   

Hi all, I have a dropdown on my Mashup that gets display data from one of my properties which have an infotable as output and Datashape of GenericStringList. It used to work fine but one day it just stops working and I can't figure out why after troubleshooting for half a day. I'm not even exactly sure how to ask this question so if I seem ignorant that's only because I am. I assume that I'm having an issue understanding a fundamental concept of interacting with an OPC UA server.  I'm attempting to create an OPC UA client in Python to ultimately read values that originated from Modbus PLC registers. The targeted PLC is successfully connected to KepServerEX6 and values from registers are being pulled into KepServerEX Project>Channel>Device>Tags perfectly. The data (values from PLC registers) is being and has been successfully used from this KepServer by another application for several years so KepServer and connections to multiple PLCs (multiple brands) is working just fine. Python code completely aside, in a 3rd party OPC UA client application (UaExpert), I can connect to the OPC UA server, I can see a lot of things about the server/KepWare, (Root/Objects/Server, ServerCapabilities, ServerDiagnostics, etc) but the Objec

I am using KepServerEx (version 6.16) OPC DA client to access ABB MicroSCADA OPC server data.I am able to access OPC tags using the connection parameters. But when trying to read data using the OPC channel, i am getting the BAD vartype errorPictures (1-5) If I directly add OPC server to OPC client, and import tags to it from the same server, i am able to read all the values.Pictures (6-7) 

Hello ! Background :My application has several mashups that are loaded onto computer screens to display information. These computers start up automatically at the beginning of the day, then a script loads a mashup link. The link contains an Appkey, linked to a virtual user with rights to view the mashup. So these screens have no real user in front of them, they're just there to give information to people looking at the screen.Note that I have several different screens in different locations. Each screen works like this, using the same Appkey, linked to the same virtual user.   Problem:After a while (more than an hour), a login pop-up appears at the top of the mashup (see screenshot). The application continues to run in the background, but the pop-up is still there. I don't understand why the mashup requires a login, when it's still working and has an Appkey.   Solutions tried :I've tried changing the mashup session ID at regular intervals (every 5 minutes). Hello All,      I have a datagrid widget in which i am showing some entries as you can see in the picture below i can choose which parameter to show and which do not. when i select the parameters and save changes then it appears and shows me but then when i open the mashup next day again then its again gone and do not show me the parameters which i have selected to display on the mashup in datagrid. I want the parameters which i selected to show me always there until i do changes. anyone has an idea about it?

Needed to copy some properties from one Thing to other. To avoid manual work, created Service with AddPropertyDefinition (later wanted to add service to copy values). It creates no error when running first time, but properties are not generated. So, started script - and it answer "Property [name] already exists".Manual refreshing of Thing in web service does not help. In TWX 8.5, it was possible to enable sorting for all fields in advanced grid widget without enabling it for each field. In TWX 9.5, the new grid widget requires the sort functionality to be enabled individually for each field in grid configuration. Is there a way to make all fields sortable without enabling it individually for each field in grid configuration?

I am trying to configure Datalogger and keep running into issues in the configuration. I have created my DSN correctly and it successfully passed the connection test. But whenever I try to select the table name, the dropdown list does not show any of the tables in my database. I attached a screenshot of what shows up in the dropdown.

Hi, I'm Refsam Maulana, a technician who is working using the kepware applicationI have a question about kepware, related to OPC DA Client on a domain system. How to make computers that have different IP scopes, but in one domain to be read on the client's computer? Or is there a way to add servers manually instead of choosing from the Microsoft network?Me and my coworkers still haven't figured out how to read the servers on computers that have different ip scopes but in the same domain.    Hoping to get a solution 

Hi, I am using a date picker widget on a popup  on ThingWorx 9.5, for some reason when I select a data from the calendar, the pop-up closes automatically. Is it a known bug? and is there any work around? Thanks in advance.

Good morning, I have a problem connecting to some OPC UA Clients.Sometimes I get this warning:Warning OPC UA Client XYZ.B&R | Read request failed on device. | Status description = 'The operation timed out.', Status code = 0X800A0000.When it happens some tags are in 'Unknown' quality and until I force a synchronous write the status cannot return to "Good" status. I tried to change "Asynchronous Reqst Timeout", but increasing it immediately returns the value to the default of "1000". Let me know please.Thank you.Regards
