Hi all, I have a line chart widget that I want to remove the markers from only one line on a multi-line line chart as such:I want the grey and red dots gone since these are just limits, but to leave the purple ones. I have found a way to remove all the dots and a way to change the size of all the dots but no way to only change some of them. Note: I have many dots on the limit lines instead of just the endpoints of the time range because when trying to use the zoom feature, the chart the lines disappear unless there is data within the zoom time range, so I found this to be the best solution if I can get the dots removed.

Hi all, I am trying to zoom into a line chart that has limit lines made: I want to be able to see these limit lines still if I zoom into the image, but they disappear even if I keep them in the zoom range:Any tips on how to get this line to stay even after zooming?

Im having trouble making the mashupcontainer the same size as the container im placing it, tried to solve with css but no luck, anyone know how to make so mashupcontainer has the same size as container?

Hi all, I am experiencing some weird behavior with querying property history from the influx DB in thingworx. I am querying several properties at the same time within a time range, some of these are numeric and some are boolean. For the numeric ones I am getting good correct data, but for some of the boolean values the query shows no history and has it as blank. However, the booleans when queried individually show property history and have been flipping between true and false consistently.  I am not sure why this is occurring exactly since the properties have good history but it doesn't show when querying several properties. (I am doing one bigger query because I have a lot of properties that need to be queried in my service). Any feedback is appreciated!

Hello I would like to increase the time of status message that comes on thingworx. Currently it stays for little time and i want to increase that . Is there a way to do it? Thingworx version is 9.4 Thanks

Dear Community,    An urgent query .I am having a very strange issue. I have one user and its also in the visibility organization and in the user group which has right to propertyRead and Service inoke but still i am unable to get the fileRepository  in the mashup widget and not able to upload the picture. As you guys can see in the picture below:-   The access report on the repository is as below:- which show clearly that user can access it     as you guys can see below when i login with admin user on platform then it shows me repository in the widget ..and when i logged in with the above user then this widget does not show me repository and i am also unable to upload the picture.     In mashup widget     IMPORTANT (SERVER where this user is WORKING) there is only different in services GetNamedProperties service is there also...    

Hello , I am looking for the location where i can locate the license trust of thingworx .I am able to delete the folder ptc_p but as i can remember there were other files that need to be removed. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Hello community,I have very strange issue when i import the project on for eg another server the users which are already there and get also imported on this project do not able to login with their passwords. Then i set the passwords again and everything works then for eg again after some time when i do import project with users the users passwords got disable and again i have to do this process.I think i should not import users which are already present on the server..  

Hi Kepware friends!I need to create two calculated tags in Kepware based on another configured tag: ArrayLength:Compute the length of the String Array Tag as an int ArrayToString:Concatenate an array tag into a delimited string. Like ValueArr0 ^ ValueArr1 ^ ValueArr2 ...... I guess the UDD is the solution, but I don't know how to do it. Kind regards O

Not a huge deal but after using the device discovery it would be nice to select 50 or 60 of the few hundred devices and have KEPServerEX do the tag generation on each vs going into the properties of each and then using the create tags option over and over.

Hello All,    This is my datagrid widget on the mashup and i do sorting by clicking this arrow on the Date of the Report parameter because i want it to show from latest till end but bydefault is shows me oldest till new. is there any way that i can set it from latest to old so that whenever i come to mashup it show me like that.thanks!   

Thingworx Version: 9.5.2I'm going to try to be as precise as possible here, so bear with me. In a Mashup that is exclusively used as a popup window showing our page's software history & changelog on two separate tabs respectively, we've encountered an issue where the data of the changelog isn't loading unless you specifically open the Mashup on the tab the text is supposed to be loaded in - meaning if you load the Mashup on the first tab, then switch to the tab with the changelog, it isn't visible. The data is still there (you can see Mashups created within the collection in the debug view), but it just doesn't show - resizing the browser window also makes it show, but that's unfeasible for practical use. The Changelog itself is made of two parts, a list and a container with that shows the changelog itself, which is just a collection with mashups that only contain formatted labels. (I've found no better way to do changelogs since we still have no replacement for the HTML

Hi folks, I am not able to to execute a simple select query where the service type is "Query". Even with Insert query as command it is not working out as well. The database is PostgresSQL and the DB thing is connected as well. But on execute of the select query it is giving,  error as: "Unable to Invoke Service test on PostgresDB_Thing : Execute Query failed. Please check Database logs for more details." It seems there is some permission required on the database, I have checked the owner group in postgres SQL table, where "txadmin" user is selected. Still not able to figure out where am I going wrong to provide permission. Please provide some suggestions here. I have attached the database log error below:

Hello all,     I have changed my thingworx version and import the project from Thingworx 9.1 to 9.3 but my widget datepicker here not giving me time. It only sends the date to qualitytimestamp datatype input service parameter. I have no idea why the same thing was giving me datetime on old version of thingworx and not anymore here. can anyone please let me know about it. Hello My thingworx installer is failing at the last step while waiting to connect thingworx and whenever it fails the folder structure is rolled back. I am trying to locate the errors but as soon as installer stop it delete all the folders .Is there any specific location i can look for installer logs? Thanks

In our project, we have planned to add lots of devices and also plan to add all the associated tags which would mean adding the tags 1 by 1. I was going through the automatic tag generation option but even after I click on 'Create tags' in 'Tag Generation' option, nothing happens. How do I enable this?

Hi, I want to migrate a server. I have 3 servers in the same domain 1 server for WinCC SCADA I'll call AServer B is the standby Server now and is connected to WinCC Server A with OPC DA. and now I want to migrate Kepserver from B to C. I tried connecting Server C with Server A WinCC (OPCServer.WinCC.1) while Server B was still connected to Server A. the entire setup is the same as server B.and, from server C, I can scan all tags from server A WinCCbut it takes 1-2 minutes for this pop-up appear. when I try to open quick client, the quality is always bad, and sometimes "out of service"and there is a message said "Failed to establish callback......" Is there a possibility that the WinCC Server from server A can only connect to 1 Kepserver with OPC DA? 

In the projects property editor you can add a description and a title but they are not shown in the project tree.
