I have ptcsdatepicker version 9.3.8 with Date Range enabled, when the control is loading in a mashup, i want to have the start time as "00:00:00" and end time as "23:59:59" as default. But I dont see a property available to set a default value. Can you please assist with it? (sharing a code snippet is much appreciable).     

Hello, I have noticed some strange behavior in our collection widgets on the 9.1 version platform. We have a collection widget that contains a collection widget which in turns shows a mashup.This mashup contains a label and a button which will show different things depending on the service data.The issue I am facing is that if I scroll the outer collection widget horizontally. The data in the inner collection widget "moves" to different collection parts:You can see here that the dates have moved from 1300S to 1200S.At times the circle also moves to different collection parts. Has anyone had similar issues? I haven't been able to test this on 9.3 yet, but will try to do so in the near future. Thanks,Jens  

Automatically export to PDF/Excel report. Not able to generate PDF reports like SSRS and other reporting tool.Also, unable to export pie chart /bar graph or analytics dashboards to pdf neither excel/csv.Many life science -GMP compliance use cases where PDF report is must, not allowed CSV or any editable format. Request you to consider this point for development.

Good day community, I have an issue on my mashup.On the Line Chart widget you have the option 'ShowDataLoading'. If this box is unchecked then:In ThingWorx 9.4.0 when the data refreshes the chart flashes, which disrupts the view of the chart.However, In ThingWorx 9.3 when the data refreshes that chart is not interrupted and the new data is just added in, this is definitely preferred over the screen flashing in 9.4.Can this be changed back to how it use to be displayed in 9.3?I am not sure if this issue occurs on other chart types. There were changes in 9.4 to the loading icon and error indicator, maybe this change effected the do not show data loading option. It appears as if the loading icon has a white background, and this background is still shown even when the loading page is not meant to be shown. Best Regards. 

Hello, I have the following error (JavaException: com.thingworx.common.exceptions.InvalidRequestException: Language preferences can be changed only by the user or an administrator ) when trying to change the language of a user. The service is in a thing for which all users have visibility but only the System user has permissions to run it. How can I solve it? 

Hi Community Experts,I have a requirement to integrate Thingworx application with AVEVA ERM 17.1 to fetch manufacturing job related details. With client we got information that currently it exchanges data via file transfer (for eg csv/xml) to other systems. Now we have proposed for thingworx solution. Just wondering if anyone has worked on such integration before and is there any better way to read/write data to our thingworx application.Any leads would be really helpful. Best Regards,Sid

I have a problem with the fact that I cannot maintain the order of Data Shape properties in the service.For exampleDate Shape:IDPartNamePartNumberChildEqIDSomeNameWhen I check what the list of properties returned by the service as an infotable in All Data looks like, I see this:ChildEQIDIDPartNamePartNumberSomeNameHow to keep the service result in exactly the same order as in DataShapeI need this order to generate an excel report  

I have a Thing Template of type Scheduler, where I have a Subscription. I have written a some scripts inside that Subscription, which is working fine. But when I try to call a Thing Service that Subscription is not getting executed.Kindly share a sample code snippet. Thank you  

I am trying to connect to a remote OPCDA Server using Kepserverex. But when i try to import tags i can browse the tags but there will be an error coming."Failed to establish callback for device. Even if after that i import the tags the tag quality will be bad and tag value will not update. In the same system i am accesing the remote opcda server using other opcda client but it is working. Can anybody Help? 

Hi,We need to integrate ThingWorx with a company web application.The application receive json as an input than it returning response with a base64 content inside the body.Using postman for testing we can see the body in the response.Our issue is we could not find a way to see the body in the response using ThingWorx service using  ContentLoaderFunctions services like PostJSON.Anyone know how can we read the body response of a post request using ThingWorx? BR,Tomer.    

After upgrading from 9.3.8 to 9.4.0, the MenuSelectedStyle is not working, making it difficult for a user to know which page they are currently viewing. I have investigated in the Dev Tools, I cannot find the class that controls the Menu Selected Style, which is present in version 9.3.8. Is this a bug in 9.4.0 that other users have experienced?  We can implement a custom CSS workaround, for the time being, but it then requires rework. Is there another more accessible work around or will the issue get fixed in a new patch soon?

Dears,     I set up remote property on thingworx, but quality of tag is inconsistent on thingworx and kepware.    quality of the remote property on thingworx is GOOD as the the screenshoot   but I checeked this tag on QC which is provided by kepware. The tag quality is UNKONWN, and _system._Error of this tag is also true.         I am so confused with this inconsistancy, could anyone tell me which quality is correct?

I'm trying to allow access to a File Repository for a specific user. I already visibility for the repository and persistance provider. I also added run-time permission of GetFileListing. I haven't been able to figure what other permission(s) I may need to include to get Things (technical term) to work as intended. I've tried the adding the user to "All" run-time permissions, but that didn't work. Does anybody know what I need?

Hello all, I try to cross compile C SDK thingworx on R700 impinj RFID reader (linux arm).My host en is ubuntu x86 architecture.Impinj Reader provide the tool chain to compile sources, but i don't know exactly how to configure it to compile thingworx sources tooIs there a document how to cross compile C SDK with a provided tool chain librairy ?I join the compile guide of reader and the error message.Thank you for your help
