HelloIm not able to activa my trial version anymore.The message, when i login is the following:"You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type"I have tried to unistall an reinstall it many times now.Is it posiible for you to help me?

I have MathCAD PTC 7.0.0.0 (already installed)I have a license file  (already generated) How do I connect MathCAD to that license file? Other software that I use usually has some type of built in license management - so, in those scenarios, you open the application and then point that application to that license file. Please respond

Hi Experts, I am a beginner to use Mathcad.and I have a question about the flow chart.Please see the below figure, I can do the below figure by using Matlab, but I am confused about how to use Mathcad to do the same thing, can someone give an example of how to do it, thanks. 

I have a 4 row vector (A) and a 2 row vector (B) and I want to multiply the 1st two row elements of (A) each by the first element of (B) and the 3rd & 4th row elements of (A) each by the 2nd row element of (B). I want to do this element by element to give me a 4 row vector at the end. It's made more complicated by the fact the numbers of rows in both vectors can change although (A) will always have twice the number of rows as (B). I thought of trying to match the number of rows in (B) to (A) so I can simply multiply the two but not sure how to go about this.  Any help appreciated.

I've paid for my license - but, I cannot retrieve the license.  The link in the renewal email is bad (no license when clicking link).  Then, I was sent a 43 page PDF document on how to set up your license - I followed those instructions - but those instructions are incorrect.  No license.    I'm in contact with Subscription Manager and the Credit & Collections Administrator - via email.  I hope they will be proactive in helping me - but, at the same time I'm not expecting that level of service from PTC.   I've also created a ticket of some kind - although, I'm not sure if the ticket actually got created or not - I'm just not sure. All other software that I purchase will provide a direct link to a license file, activation, or a license file will be sent directly to me in an email - and, typically, it takes about 5 minutes of your time.  In stark contrast is PTC's hyper convoluted and dysfunctional license scheme. &nbsp

 Can PTC MathCAD create the symbol that I've highlighted in the attached photo?  (the vertical bar with the variable set to some specific value)

Hi,I am a little confused about the matrix (m,n,f).I don't very understand what's the role of f in this function. I try to use this function to do some tests, but I still don't understand why I will get these results.I don't define the i, j but the Matcahd can do the calculation.Can someone use an easy example to explain this function to me, it is hard for me to understand it.  

While still getting used to Prime 7  I stumbled across an article that was a detailed listing of all the differences between the Legacy Symbolics Engine and the New Symbolics Engine.  It detailed format differences, equation and variable ordering changes, computational changes, etc., and was many pages long.  I didn't save it and now cannot find it again.  Does anyone have a reference or link to that?

Hi All,I have been on a very long journey getting old MathCAD 15 files in our filestore converted into MathCAD prime format. I thought that the journey had finished a long time ago but discovered more files recently. As MathCAD 15 was centrally licensed from a server and this server has now gone, I was hoping the community / PTC would help get me a temporary license for 15 to allow the converter to work.. We are fully licensed (only two) for MathCAD prime and I find the converter requirement to have the old and the new products licensed a really painful experience.  Thanks for the help in advance. Ben

As of now it is possible to solve Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE) symbolically in Mathcad, as long as: -the ODE is linear (does not involve powers or products of the sought function or its derivatives), and -the coefficients of the derivatives are constant (do not depend on the independent variable). This means you can solve: The result is: Check out the attachments for further information.   The solver "LODEsolve" (reference file for insertion in your sheet) and an example usage file "LM_20200923_LODEsolve" are attached. If you're using: - Mathcad 11, use LODEsolve.mcd (it will NOT work in Mathcad 15) and check out example file LM_20200923_LODEsolve.mcd. - Mathcad 15 use LODEsolve.xmcd  and check out example file LM_20200923_LODEsolve.xmcd. I recently installed Mathcad 8.0 and asked for a 30 day trial license, but it came out the message "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type", even though I've never requested it

I am an existing user of Mathcad 14 and have used Mathcad for over 15 years. I bought a new laptop using Windows 11 and installed the program. When attempting to license the program for which I have the product code on the original envelope I'm unable to do so. The response is: "The trial program you are requesting is no longer available. Please visit...ptc.com to explore our latest versions." This is false I'm not requesting a trial program I already have a non-trial program. I tried to access my existing PTC account and wound up creating a new Basic account in an attempt to get help. I'm an 83-year-old retiree and need help to enable Mathcad 14. Any assistance in solving this problem would be most appreciated.

I am getting an invalid host license error. I re-ran MathCAD License Setup wizard but it did not solve the issue. I opened my license file and see that it lists a CPU code. This has worked on this computer for years. I went to the cmd prompt and typed ipconfig /all. The physical address of the same computer that has been running MathCAD does not match what is in the license file. I don't understand why the physical address is different now as I made no changes to my computer other than upgrading windows. I can't run MathCAD 15 until this is resolved. Can you help? Thanks.

I want to integrate old version MathCAD to my Web API. How can I do it? Maybe you know how to use P/Invoke in this case. Also I try to use DDE, but I dont understand, what is item in MathCad (in excel it is cell, for example).

I'm using MathCAD Prime 8.0.I want to highlight the results when the results reach some limit.For example, the calculated result is in white normally, and when it reaches the limit it's in red to give an alarm. 😃

I properly purchased Prime 7.0 last February.  But I can't get any support, submit a bug report, or upgrade to Prime 8, because the first thing I must do is enter the Product Code.  I enter it - it's right here in my purchase documents along with my SON, SCN, etc.   But... I immediately get the message that itis not a valid Product Code.  I get nowhere, cannot even get through to the listed phone number.   Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
