Hi experts, Can anyone know how to solve this problem?it seems the equation is too complicated, so the system can't solve it.any other methods that can solve this issue?

I am trying to install MathCad Prime 8.I downloaded the file from the Mail I got but when I open the downloaded File something gets extracted to about 62% and then the file just closes and nothing happens. I don't know what the error is and I also can't find anything to solve it.I really need some help!

I have a license and every time I enter the license I get this error "The license request failed.Requesting MathcadPrime". I would like to know what should be done to correct this issue.

Cannot get a trial license. Says the server appears to be busy.

I have downloaded the 30 day trial / Express installation program, from the link PTC sent.I am trying to install on:Dell Inspiron laptop with i7 processor, 64 bit, running Windows 11 64 bit. Hard drive is encrypted with Bitlocker. Usually runs Norton. There is > 10 GB free disk space. Windows Defender is not set to block any software. NET. Framework 4.8 or higher is already installed.There have been no previous versions of Mathcad / Prime on the laptop.A straightforward attempt at installation failed. No other software has every failed to install from my standard setup, including with Norton, Defender and Bitlocker running.Since then I have tried:1. Switching off Norton.2. Suspending Bitlocker.3. Testing with the Windows compatibility tester - it recommends changing setting to Windows 8, but it makes no difference if I do not change the compatibility settings, change to Windows 8, or go all the way back to Windows 7.4. Mathcad Prime 7 symbolic solve block fails to use a solved variable as argument to built-in function. It's common to need solve for one or more variables and then express some function of one or more variables.  E.g., two angles are solved symbolically then the sine of the sum of the two angles is sought. MC Prime gives silly result with, apparently, any built-in function.  This is the case whether a solve variable is equated to a symbolic or a constant. I attach an illustration using the simplest thing I can imagine:  a solve variable is equated to something (a symbolic value or a constant), then a variable is equated to a function of the first solve variable. I offer four simple solves, each solving for an explicitly written function of the stated value and also a solve for the function of the first solve variable as the argument.  Is this inherent in MC Prime - that it can't use solve variables in a function?

Hi everyoneMathcad Prime 8's page breaks apparently don't work properly with multi-page areas. I have two areas where the first area is two pages long. If I add a page break after the first area, the third area appears correctly on page 3. However, if I collapse the first area, the third area still appears on page 3, but should have appeared on page 2. The work-around appears to be to add an element (e.g. a text region with a space) after the first area and before the page break - then collapsing/expanding areas don't mess up the page break. Has anyone seen this before?
