Hi,   I've made the attached plot but I have 2 issues. 1. although it's plotting the 3 lines of X vector doesn't plot the 4th , that is the x=2 so that I have a rectangle. 2. although it's hiding the axis expressions the space is still captured for the plot  and I have to leave free all this space which doesn't look good at all.   Can anyone help please.   Thanks,

I'm struggling to understand why there are two different ways to make XY plots in Prime 7 - one under the Math tab and another under the Plots tab.  What problem does this solve?   More specifically, I'm having two problems:   1 - When I insert a plot using the Plots tab, I can't find a way to put a grid on the plot.  This is an incredibly basic thing, so I have to be missing something.   2 - When I insert a plot component using the Math tab, I can edit the plot properties.  However, I can't figure out how to save the edited version so that it updates the plots on my sheet.  It seems to only let me save it as a figure file.  I have to be missing something simple, but I can't find it.   Thanks to the community for your help as I try to figure out Prime.   Mark     

Hi, I build a DLL function and run well in visual studio debug and got the result as i want. But mathcad load into this dll and try to run this dll twice with different parameter. As below pictures, first, i load this dll twice with different parameter (INP_g_pow_acc) & (INP_g_pow_acc1), but got same result (this result is correspond to INP_g_pow_acc) second, i exchange the parameter (INP_g_pow_acc & INP_g_pow_acc1), also got same result (this result is correspond to INP_g_pow_acc1) Seem mathcad just load this dll once, how can mathcad run dll twice with different parameter?? Hello, Please see the attached Mathcad 15 file. I am doing incremental solution formulation to trace a nonlinear curve.  the only step that i am not sure about is how to plot the  incremental solution (blue curve). I appreciate any assistance!    Thanks, Sam

Hi, I am very new to mathcad and was wondering if anyone would be able to figure out why after using Prime 7's in-built xmcd converter, the output of the solve block in the attached files is very different - but only for the first row of the output rather than the whole thing (highlighted below) Thanks in advance.

Hi,   I'm trying to find a variable and I've tried three ways of doing this. Please see attached. I used an If statement and then put it in a program. Unfortunately, I can't see what is the difference among these 3 but I get different results. My preferred option is the program but I can't find why it is wrong..   Could you please check:)   thanks,

On the FlexNet server, I am getting License Expired messages every 10 minutes in the log file, but my licenses are not expired! Why is MathCAD doing this?

Hello all, I have defined a function in Mathcad (prime v6.0) to calculate elastic modulus of concrete with two parameters density (gama-c) and compressive strength (fc) as shown in the following photo. As you can also see from the photo, the function gives a different value and units to that if we evaluate the expression directly.

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0Prime3 could solve below two parallel equation (Placed in Vector form). Symbolic calculation worked as below.[120 = x * (1*10^6)^y] [30 = x * (1*10^3)^y] -->Solve,x,y,float -->[7.5 0.20068666]If I do the same in Prime7, It resulted "No solution was found". Solving block works as expected. Is there a way to solve this in Symbolic calculation in Prime7?

Hi Experts,   Below are my office Mathcad (with legal license) and OS (with legal license) information.     I searched "control(s)" in community, but I can not find final solution. Some posts were posted about 10 or even about 20 years ago...   The problems are that: 1. when I open the quicksheet "Controls and Automation" (Ibelieve you can find the quicksheet in mathcad folder, anyway i save as and upload it), the button does not work. see below screenshot   2. Another problem is that when I Insert -> control -> Push button (or other controls or Web control...), nothing apears. Also, Insert -> Data -> Table, nothing apears.      But my own home computer(Win 10 OS). Mathcad (Mathcad15, need check details) works well without above kind of problems. So for the compatibility, I need avoid to use controls. This is very inconvenience and make sheet to be lower leavel... I try to find solution for years from internet and F1 help. Bu

I am looking for a function in MathCAD Prime that will give me the atomic or molecular weights of elements or molecules. There is a function in Excel called mw() where you add the name of an atom or molecule in quotes and it gives you the weight per mole. For example =mw("Li2CO3") produces 73.89138.   As a chemical engineer this would be a very useful function in MathCAD and frankly I'm surprized it isn't in the base functionality.   Can anyone suggest how one might try to implement this functionality?   Thank you in advance!   Mike McNamara, P.E.
