I restored my computer and now I can't download Mathcad from your website. What can I do? I still have a valid version that I have paid for.

I have a problem with matrix calculation, the answer of my assigned variable nkr do not want to display as a vector, what could be the problem. I should expect an answer like nkri=(39,882; 39,882; 58,804; 81,879;106,51;106,51; 106,51;137,79; 137,79). but instead I have nkri=2441,522. What was the problem with my input? Thank you for your help in solving this problem.

Hi, i need this operator in mathcad (ll)   ll  Represents a logical OR operation that employs short-circuiting behavior. That is, expr2 is not evaluated if expr1 is logical 1 (true). Each expression must evaluate to a scalar logical result.                  

Hello Everybody,   I have a fairly complicated equation set to compute speed up factors vs divergence of fluid dynamics. I got it working in excel but the graph there won't let me adjust the X axis scale, so it is pretty useless to use to read off values for test designs. I brewed up a Mathcad document to solve this problem and yield me a nice accurate graph of the data that I can adjust the ranges of; except I keep getting a plotting failed error when trying to get it to plot.   Attached is the document; I know I am a bit rusty with Mathcad, but I don't see why this is failing to plot. It has the range of data points to calculate all the values.. Any help to quickly resolve this is greatly appreciated!

Hi, I'm trying to solve a 16 equation, 16 unknowns simultaneous equation but keep getting 'no solution found'. I am recreating a worked solution that i've seen (albeit in a newer version of mathcad) although i don't have the original file, only a screenshot of the code.   I can't seem to get this to work, any advice is appreciated. Thanks

I have two complex number variables. The results of the sum of the inverse of the two complex variables are good but when I simplified it to product over sum, the result are not the same. Is there something wrong with my syntax on the product over sum? See attached "complex product over sum.mcdx". Thanks.

Continuing from Part 3B. Part 3C is the solved examples and solved problems for the RLC Higher Order Circuits. Relevant notes in Parts 3A and 3B. Note: Number of solved examples and problems are high. They try to cover as much areas of the RLC higher order circuits. Any errors the student/engineer should be able to correct with little or some effort. Contents: Section 1 solved examples and problems correspond to Part 3A and 3B notes. Section 2 solved example are the same for the transfer functions in RLC circuits though these are from a Controls textbook. Section 3 problem is a discussion question the solution provided is more toward looking at the solution from multiple perspectives.   At present for students in Electric Circuits 1 course there is adequate material provided here for the first semester course. Usually some of the material here runs into the early 2nd semester course.   There is plan for a Part 4 this will be in coming months, 3 at least, covering the rem

When I try to install the license I get Access to the path ........... is denied.I have tried putting it in several different drives.Help!

The program was uninstalled and when I wanted to work I noticed that it no longer exists in the list of programs.I can't install learning Mathcad either

First time poster, casual user of MathCAD Prime 6.0, and have a question regarding setting up an equation that has multiple variable inputs (X = 1....100, 10; Y = 2...12, 2; Z.....) and present a table of the input versus output results for the given inputs.     The equation is pretty simple but I'm struggling to figure out 1) what I am missing to make it work and 2) to display a table that would show those inputs versus the output.  Its probably something simple but it's eluding me.      

Im relatively new to mathcad and I'm trying to plot the stress in a curved beam as a function of the distnace r from the center of rotation. I get this message:  Value must be a scalar or a matrix. I thought i made x a range variable.

Seriously!?!?!?!   You can't highlight a variable in a symbolic equation and just solve for it? It is ridiculous that it is easier to rearrange the equation by hand and solve without the help of Mathcad!!!   What is the point?   15 versions of a wonderful working software package and you just threw it out. I hope it makes you lots of money because you obviously don't care about long term customers.   SMath looks better and better.    Of course, all of this said, knowing that no one at PTC cares one little bit!

Hi, I´m translating some matlab code into a Mathcad, I need to overwrite indices in vectors   Matlab does it like this: f_site 23x1 Vector idx 13x1 Vector wich has the indices i need to overwrite. f_site(idx)=...   In Mathcad I cant do it like this   Thank u

Hi, I´m translating some matlab codes to mathcad  and I have had problems with the function Find. Matab: Vs30= Value Vlin= Vector 23x1 idx = find(Vs30 < V_lin);   In Mathcad it says that idx is undefined.     It should return a vector 23x1   Please help me, Thank u !
