Mathcad

I got a new computer and am trying to install the 30-day trial of MathCad Prime 6.0. In the license manager, when I try to log in, I get the error "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF." I am unable to install the trial license. I found the page https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad/MathCAD-Prime-MC-15-License-error/td-p/638563 that told another user with the same issue to open a case. I tried doing that, and the webpage to open a case says that the only option available to me is to post to the community. Does anyone know what this error means and how to fix it?

Dear all1.When i substitute all variables results of y(i,x) matrix in matrix and hard to plot, How can plot y(i,x) ? 2.After I can not do 1 above I try to manual by stack but Results still  Matrix in matrix,Can we automatic stack the element of matrix y(i,x) (red circle in attachment) ?3.Or you can revise my technique to better and easy? thank you  

I have defined a function to find the slope of a circular plate with a hole as a function of the radius.  I want to find the minimum slope which occurs somewhere between the inside and outside radius.  I can only use the max() function if the results are in a matrix.  The defined function is not considered a matrix in Prime.  I was going to use the WRITEPRN function (and read the values back in) but when I do that, only the last value is printed in the PRN file.  Attached is the worksheet.  Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks in advance.

Hey all,   I've been using Mathcad Prime 5.0.0 for a project I was working on. I have saved the file then opened it again. When I tried printing it as a .pdf file, some error appeared and a Notepad window opened with:   %%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%% %%[Page: 1]%% %%[Page: 2]%% %%[Page: 3]%% %%[Page: 4]%% 60yahki not forund, using Courier. %%[Page: 5]%% 32ztacl not found, using Courier. %%[ Error: InvaliddFont; OffendingCommand: show ]%% Stack: () %%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored %%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ]%%   I can tell this was caused due to the converter looking for alternative fonts to use and failing, or something like that.   My computer litereally crashed afterwards. I cannot open the file anymore, it says it is unsupported. Checked the .log file and it seems useless. File has over 2.5Mb, but opening it in a text viewer it only shows null characters. A TON of them.   Also tried 'Stuart's Worksheet', b

Hello. I need this program for studying, and tech-support at the university dont know what to do, so if one of you can help, you will rightfully could call yourself  It-supporters 2.0 and also AWESOME!   I am trying to install mathcad prime 5 on my Huawei matebook D, which runs on Windows 10 Home. My screen recorder didnt catch the scren with the "give Mathcad permission to change ... on this computer". On this screen i obviously clicks yes.   The windows operationsystem build is 18362.476. I dont know if thats relevant at all. Its going on 64 bit as well.   Really hope you can help!

Hello all,   I have question about the symbolic evaluation in Prime 6.0.    I thought it was simple to solve it by using the symbolic function, but it does not work well as I expected.   Am I wrong? Not sure how to solve this problem attached. Please you specialist how to solve this complicated equation about a variable. hi,   i noticed a weird thing, possibly a bug, with classic mathcad. i found a trick reading through old posts. i'm using the trick now. however, i'm wondering if others have observed this.   if you try to plot force in units of lbf by switching the unit system to US, the program plots Force*gravity instead. if you take what mathcad plots and divide by g, then it will show force in units of lbf.   the trick i found on here was to just use the metric system and divide force by lbf. that works good. so i'll use this going forward. however, this seems like a bug when trying to use the built in US unit system. the program outputs any force variable in lbf. it just plots that variable in lbf * g instead of plotting lbf.   anthony
