Mathcad

This problem came up as a part of a recent linear algebra assignment.  In this case, we only use matrix multiplication and transpose, yet at the same time express a nontrivial control flow. There are 5^4=625 matrices to check, so performance is not a concern; I am focusing on ease of use. For reference, here is the answer to this problem: I have tried to write a Mathcad Program for this purpose. But the problem is that, neither it is returning the whole array of matrices, nor the one output that it gives is correct. It is returning A instead of P. The image of the Mathcad Program is: Please, if anyone can help me in returning an array of matrices that satisfy the given condition, I would be obliged.

Hello everyone, Sorry if it has ever been answered before. I have tried to find the solution but I have not been able to solve it. I would like to plot an equation (in prime 4.0) with a shape similar to an ellipse.   In the end I should get different shapes for different lambda values. Thank you! Sergio.

Hello!Sorry for my englishI just found this "problem" I think that first "mas" was sorted by first column. But "Mathcad 14" doesn't think so... And we get "mas1"... But again "Mathcad" doesn't think that "mas1" is sorted... and so on...This little thing brought me a lot of problems...Can you tell me, is it error of "Mathcad 14"? Or it works as it should? And what should I do?..Thank!Sergey

I am using Mathcad Prime 6.0 6.0.0.0I'm trying to learn the capabilities of using the excel component with Mathcad. Is it possible to start with an excel component to obtain certain output variables, read that into Mathcad, and then return value(s) back into the same component in excel to continue some calculation process. i.e. Get "A" and "B" values from the excel component, manipulate the values of A & B to obtain values for a "C" variable. And then read/output the "C" value into the same excel component? Here are the errors that I faced when I try to create the loop functionality described above I get the "Variable undefined" for the "C" value I'm trying to send back to excel.

Since 3 days already I can't launch the 30 day trial version - it just returns the same fail message 'invalid host'.

Hello everyone.I have extensive tables with data with which I must do repetitive operations, I have managed to make the calculations automatically in mathcad and obtain a table with the results. What I can't do is sort the final table to sum one of the result columns.I attach the file in Mathcad Prime with the table of results that I obtained and with the ordered table that I need to obtain. Puzzle only to fun. Question graphs are made by using Mathcad programing. For exsample of Level 4.   For the exsample of Level 10. And this is the problem I find in WWW. Level 7.

First of all I would like to wish you all a successful, prosperous but especially healthy 2021. I also would like to thank all power users on this forum for all their helpful advice given during the last year. I have a large file that contains two types of measurements. The difference between both measurements is the length of their header (10 rows versus 11 rows). I would like to define the index of the files containing 11 rows what would allow me to easily remove the ones I do not need. I am using MC15 but till now I was not able to achieve my goal. I am even not sure whether this is possible. If it is not possible are there other ways to achieve what I want? For illustration purposes I have added a small file that hopefully will clarify the matter. All input is highly appreciated!

New to Mathcad, I'm trying to understand and provide a long hand example of how mathcad can optimise equations with proof so that I can show the calculations and then move onto solve block at some point.  However, the last steps to rearrange the equation by setting it to "0" and solving has stumped me, in order to obtain the critical points!.  The attached file shows where I've got to.  Can anyone advise how I might expand this and achieve my aim ? Hello,   How can i make the displayed values in the resulting matrix show all the input values, and also show all the resulting calculation to show all the results. if you look at the number of input rows for load is more than calculated value for Load( matrix on right). it shows few dots. I have uploaded mathcad15 sheet. Even the following caluclations in the same sheet have the same issue. I could expand them to show all values.   Thanks, Sam  

Controversial I know, but the free version of Prime is surprisingly good. Hated the idea of moving from 15 but had to with a new job.   How I organise my worksheets is significantly different but I can do almost all the programming I used to do in 15 in Prime Express - don't do anything too complicated - and I think the end results are usually cleaner.   Attached are a few examples I was surprised I could do with Prime Express (V5).
