Mathcad Installation

I have two Mathcad licenses. I activated them in the PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 application, but it keeps asking for activation. We need to know which version of Mathcad our license is activated with.Also, we can't download software from the portal; it says access denied.You can contact us at soporte@geoconsult.cl

Dear all, I've seen that for the users of Prime 9 with a valid license, the Prime 11 upgrade is available. I'd like instead to have both versions (to be used not at the same time obviously!). Is it possible? If yes with what procedure? Thanks Best Regards

Attempted to load Mathcad 14 on a Windows 11 PC using the disc purchased from PTC. Near the end of installation, received the error code below. I was able to install this program on the same machine two years ago with no problems.Error1904.Module C:\Program Files(x86)\Mathcad\Mathcad 14\mcformsr.ocx failed toregister. HRESULT -2147220473. Every time I attempt to activate my PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 I run into the following error in the "Acquire License" tab: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type."

I want to move my Mathcad Prime 3.0 license from one machine to another. I have the Service Contract Number (SCN), but not the product code required to proceed. Can I retrieve the product code from the SCN? 

I am unable to install Mathcad Prime 11 on my Windows 11 PC. When I attempt the install, I get the following error message even though I already have .NET Framework 4.8.9 installed (apparently it is now part of Windows 11 and cannot be uninstalled):  Anyone have a fix/workaround for this? 

I have a version of Mathcad 5.0 which I downloaded in 2019.I would like to install and run on a new computer.Can you advise if this is possible?

After a computer crash, I tried to install Mathcad 14 (I have the license file and DVD) from the DVD on a spare computer running Windows 11 Home. The installation aborted with a message stating that not all files could be installed. What do I need to do to ensure a successful installation?

I have installed Matchcad 11.0.0.0 in my PC. I want to activate the purchased license.  When I want to get the mailed license, the system ask me to get product code for Mathcad 11.0.0.0.  Where can I get the code?Thanks Tim

I am trying to install Mathcad Prime trial. My problem is that I am ont receiving a installation email after submitting my information on your website. I have checked my spam folder and it is not there either.

My Mathcad 15 license is no longer functions for last several days (offers to open License Wizard every time when starting. Despite pointing to correct license file, it does not work on next attempt to start). The same license file worked normally for years. The same license file works fine for Prime 5. cpuid.exe returns a HostID matching the license file. I downloaded a new license file, also not working. Nothing else changed on computer as far as I know. It does not appear I can get PTC support as a legacy user. Any ideas anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

I installed product with a license. In your instruction I just shall import the zip with licenses but mathcad want to have a product code.Shall unpack zip and make a .lic file by only use text from START: License File for HOST---#END OF THE LICENSE PACK FOR REQUESTBut I have two one im... and one im...Standard.

I applied for and received a license file because I was on my fourth PC, and the license only allows for 3 installations. I erroneously included the wrong disk volume ID. The correct disk volume ID is C272-D1C7 (for reference, the incorrect disk volume ID I provided earlier was 2A39-8A1A). I would very much appreciate it if I could receive a corrected license file for the correct disk volume ID. (Oh, and very sorry for the problem I have caused!) Thanks!

Is there a way to change the license server for an existing Mathcad Prime installation without using the GUI within Mathcad? I haven't found anything besides changing the XML file for silent installs, but that's only for before it is installed. I'm able to achieve this for PTC Creo by changing a line in the parametric.psf file and would like to do something similar for Mathcad. Using various versions of Mathcad- 9, 10 and 11.
