After Install. I obtained License file online.Install the license, it shows i am all setup ready to run.Mathcad Version 14 M020When i run Mathcad, the says the license i have requested contains an errorInvalid Host.It returns PTC_HostID=1870:7F0D i ENTERED A "-" NOT an ":" (i ENTERED 1870-7F0D)FlexLicensing error 9.57

I activate Mathcad Prime 10, using a License Key supplied by my employer (Wageningen University) where I work as lecturer, but after few days this key doesn't work anymore. When i try to use it again I receive the notification that I achieved the maximum number of licenses.The ICT supplied me other license keys, but the result is always the same: few days and I go back to the express version. Hello Everyone,I am trying to create a deployment in Intune for MathCAD prime 11 that uses the xml configuration files as a reference, but so far, I have been unsuccessful.I was wondering if anyone has success with deploying MathCAD prime via Microsoft Intune? If so, may I ask, what command line did you use? or possibly PowerShell script if that is what you use?

License activation issue, it seems like the Hardware ID of our user has changed, when I request a license now, with all correct info, I get the .dat file but when I import it, nothing happens and it stays unlicensed. Im guessing it's the ID of the device which is wrong. how can this be fixed

I have been using Mathcad Express for a while. However, my laptop with Mathcad Express had some issues. So, I purchased a new laptop and tried to install Mathcad Express on my new laptop. We have installed the 30-day trial version of Mathcad. However, when attempting to convert an XMCD file, the conversion option is disabled (greyed out). Because of this, we are unable to proceed with the file conversion. We are not sure why this feature is unavailable in the trial version and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

No files to download when in the software download/installation section

when selecting the correct mathcad download i log in enter my details and product code, this then brings me to a page saying that there are no products entiltled to updates, this screen does not follow the step by step guide i was sent and i cannot download the software, i tried scheduling a meeting at 8am this moring and the person never turned up for the meeting.
