it won't let me finish the installation after acquiring the license

can't download the program version for 32-bit laptops. if it exists it can reset the program file or link to download the program

I have installed MathCAD 7.0.0.0 but each time I open the program the splash screen pops up (and I can see the program in Task Manager) then after a few seconds it closes (closes in task manager as well).

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0Hi,I need help to solve a problem with error in Combo-box. When I try to set up units K/W or m/s in dropdown input menubox after that block turns red. How could I to use such units as K/W or m/s such as input values? I guess that is problem in using input dropbox. I couldnt find any information about solving this problem in MathCad help.Here are the errors that I faced Blok turns red without error message.

The installer downloads my files but it can't install them. It points me to check the log files, but there are no log files.

Hi all,   I am trying to reinstall Mathcad prime 2.0 on my newly installed Windows pc; we have a license which is also linked to the PTC account; during activating the set up requires a product code? Where can I find this?   Thanks in advance!!  

I am having an issue with regards to the chart component. i tried to plot sin 100x and changed the x variable range to 0 to 0.1. What i'm seeing is some weird triangle wave. I believe this problem is caused by having too few plotting points for the sine wave. I already checked all the possible settings in the chart component but i can't seem to find a proper one. It works with the normal x-y plot. can't find the solution to the chart component.

My company provided Mathcad 13 with Prime 3.0.  MCD converter tab is inactive.  Does that mean I cannot use my older MCD files with this setup? 

When installing Mathcad 14 I get the 1904 error ".ocx failed to register errors. We have tried to run as full Administrator and get the same errors.

When trying to install 30 day trial edition I reach the "Account Information" box on the License Setup and when I click next I get a "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF"

Unable to properly install and register Mathcad. Abdul at the AcademicSupport email remote logged into my machine to try, but was blocked by a "Server Committed Protocol Violation" error. He routed the issue to another team, who directed me here.

I renewed my license for Mathcad Prime 6.0, and the new license I bought is not giving access to Prime due to an invalid host ID. The host ID for the license corresponds to my MAC address but the one displayed in the Mathcad options UI is different.

file does not open

I have a Mathcad Prime license, with Mathcad 15 software associated.I successfully moved Mathcad Prime to another PC, thanks to the fact that I got from PTC the new license and I have the source and installation software on a CD.On the other side, I couldn't install Mathcad 15, because in the past I downloaded it on the old PC from PTC web site, but now I cannot manage how to do this.Please, help me in installing Mathcad 15 on my new PC.Thank you.Sarah Bollanti

I can not open any file using Matcad Express. When I click on open and navigate to Matcad 15 files, I do not see them. Also, if I open a file using the XCMD convertor and add a Matcad 15 file to workstation to convert it, it doesn't work.

Hi,I received the installation link for PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0, but when I launched the installer no program is found to be installed.Has anyone ever had this issue ?

I obtain Mathcad 14.0 Datecode: M020 around 2016. I haven't used it in a long time. Recently it seems to be acting sort of strange. I tried to repair it from Windows 10 Programs & Features, but it could not find a repair file.Is there an update to my installation? If yes, where is it located?If no, can you suggest how I can try to repair it?Thanks
