Why i can not instal trial? I can not get my trial license

can't get a trail license. There is no program selection in the Acquire License window. The window is empty.

I can't issue the license to my new machine. I have gone through the setup several times and my installation of MathCad 14 errors out when trying to get the license issued

I have been on the phone and on-line, starting yesterday and continuing today (many hours) trying to download MathCad-15 and Prime-4 that I ordered in 2018:Customer #: 600349Service Contract #: 7A2115399Sales Order #: 3501001Yesterday, based on this information I received 2 license files, one ending in "_standard.txt" which is for my new computer. I clicked on the attached website for downloading the software and your system didn't allow me to go to that site or any site in the e-mail with the license files. Yesterday, someone had me download the trial version of Prime; however, there was no means of how to utilize a license file. Which of my license files is used for MathCad-15 and which one is used with Prime-4 (which I had previously)? Today, someone gave me a link to download MathCad-15; however, after I downloaded the free version of MathCad-15, I was unable to read the "read me first" or the installation-help files (seemed to be a conflict between Google-Chrome (which I always ut

I have a license problem. When I tried to install the program for the first time, I had a problem connecting to the server, later it showed me that I used all the licenses. I need Mathcad for university.

I would like to update mathcad 6 to mathcad 7 but I'm not able to find where to download the windows installation file.

How can I highlight a region? This was very easy in Mathcad 15 where you just right click and select highlight, but now I can't see how to do it in Prime and I've searched through all the forums and there is nothing about highlighting a region in there. I just want to highlight input so the user of the worksheet clearly know what regions are to be modified.

So i was trying to run a mathcad and the proggram asked me to chose the license i chose the 30 trial mode and when i am logging in with this account i got the error about Section=responseheader detail= CR must follow LF

I am on a new computer and I need to download Mathcad 6.0.0 and transfer my license to it. Unfortunately I am unable to find the installer for Mathcad 6.0.0, is there any place I can find it?

Hi, I recently updated my windows from 7 to 10. I also updated my mathcad 15 from M010 to M050 since I found out that it is more compatible with windows 10.   After updating, I checked one of my previous mathcad file, i found out that it wont display the text that are entered on it. I've try reinstalling the matchad 15 M050, or using matchad 15 M010, but it looks like its the windows that has the problem. Are there workarounds for this?
