If I have 10 lines and each line has many different equipment, how can I create thing templates for each equipment using the UI of manufacturing apps? I understand these things created via the UI already have a thing template. Is the only option I have a thing shape?

Hi,I'm able to display alarm list on the grid widget. I bind GetPhysicalAssets to the the grid widget. I follow the method use in the Custom Asset Viewer tutorial. Selected rows will display the alarm only from the assets chosen.However, I'm trying to use the TreeGridAdvanced to do the same but couldn't get the selected rows to show only the alarms from selected row assets.Below is the screenshots for the attempt for TreeGridAdvanced

Hi Varathan,Thank you for your response. Let's pick quality for example: Quality = Good Count / Total Count From the MFG App, it taps the tags from the KepserverEX (KEX) to input as good count and total count. My question is what kind of signal are we expecting for this? Are we expected a step function signal, 0101101 or something else? If yes, how do the MFG App decide to sum them or read them as point in time. This is important because most signal from KEX only output 0 or 1 and hence I want to know how it is being converted to Good count.For run time, again, how does MFG App calculate run time and is there a way for user to reset or to have more control on the run time?Thank you.Hidayat

Has anyone seen any toolsets for working with these new Industrial Things, specifically talking about creating and configuring bound properties without just clicking through the process in "New Composer"?Essentially, IIRC, the properties on an Industrial Thing come through a Industrial Gateway Thing, but in the end, if you look at the XML, the Industrial Thing itself just ends up with remote properties with some new aspects related to its Industrial Gateway and scan rate etc. I was expecting SetRemotePropertyBinding() to have additional inputs for these new aspects, or maybe a similar service with a different name... found nothing. Even better, is there support for these new Things from within the Java Extension SDK?Any help would be appreciated, thanks!Alex

Hello.I tried "Import Thingworx manu. Apps as ThingWorx Extension" which is another installation method. After completing the import, running "Manage" opened [Installed Extension Packages].Configure Java for Tomcat was completed.To verify that I can accessHttps: // localhost: 8080 / Thingworx / FormLogin / Welcome.By accessing the above  "The named organization Welcome does not exist" is displayed, Access could not be made.I confirmed "Organuzation" on the Thingworx composer, but "Welcome" does not exist.To find out why it is not possible to access, what should be examined?Also, where does "Welcome" exist?Regards,takashi

I have installed the MFG  APP according to the steps of video, and kepware says the connection to thingworx is okay, but the control server is not connected, the server status is off, refer to the following figure.

How do you get a renewed license for TWX Mfg Apps that have been installed as extensions on a TWX 8 instance?

Thingworx Manufacturing apps Dev Kit includes only some of the Thingworx Utilities extensions. For example, Thingworx Utilities Work Flow is not shipped with Dev Kit. However, Thingworx Utilities extensions can be imported as extension. Make sure to secure the proper licensing  if you choose this approach.Thanks,Varathan

Hi thereI have imported the extension in my ThingWorx 8.0.1.Configure Kepserver with the info presented, but when I try to access the app mashup I get the error:Could not load "PTC.Factory.KEPServerEX.ListServers". Reason: 403 - You don't have a valid license.
