I've implemented a Custom User Picker Utility, and displaying it on an attribute called 'PR Owner' on Problem Report. When I initially create a PR and search for a user using the find icon and pick a user, or edit an existing one and pick a user, it is working as expected.But, when I open the PR in a Edit Mode, and save/finish without making any changes to the previously selected user in that attribute, the values vanishes, it is not being persisted upon save. Once the save is completed, the PR Owner attribute value is empty. Any suggestions/ideas on how to persist the value?

Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: I need to find examples of very large assemblies. Either quantities of different parts or size of models, but I don't know how to go about doing that using search.Description: I am attempting to find very large models in our windchill database in order to do testing of load times and other matters, however, I am not sure about how to go about searching for these models to test.There doesn't seem to be a search criteria for which I can filter out the largest or most complex models.  Is there a way to search for quantity of references? or Size of model?

I am looking to report out lifecycle history event timestamps against Part Requests. I've done this with other objects but in this case, Part Request is iterated so those events are occurring against difference object iterations.  The QML from CS420621 is a method I've used before where you linked to the object history and filter by state. To get them into columns, I believe I needed to create multiple calls to lifecycle history: Now, in some cases the Part Request might not have an phase for that state, so I would expect nulls and having to use outer joins. Despite my best efforts, Query Builder seems to opt to just filter those out (only showing ones that had all states).   To deal with the multiple iterations, I added criteria to link on the master id: What should be hundreds of rows, drops to a few dozen. We run loads of different CAD packages with our Windchill System but are having problems with just one of them - CATIA. Since our recent upgrade to WC 12.0.2 and WGM version 12.1.2.0 our CATIA (particularly V5-6R2017) users working on large assemblies are suffering continual freezing/lockups of the WGM and CATIA. Which stops them working until it unfreezes - ranging from 3 to 30 minutes with no warning. The WGM and CATIA usually come back (not always) but this intermittent, can affect just small bracket parts as well as large assys.  The CAD users say the behaviour has changed since WGM 12.1 as now CATIA freezes when the WGM freezes - whereas they could continue to work in CATIA at WC11.0 whilst the WGM was doing a background refresh. We are not sure what the WGM &CATIA is doing to cause the freezing - it occurs on the regular half hour Workspace Refresh (sometimes these will complete in a second with no issue, then next time it will freeze for 5 minutes with the same mod

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.0CMMC requires FIPS 120-2 certification. I need to figure out if it is FIPS compliant. Is there commands to run to produce a report. I believe we are at 12.0.2 version.

I am experiencing a critical issue with generating Manufacturing Objects in Windchill 12 using the MBoM Loader. This process worked correctly in Windchill 10 but is now failing in Windchill 12.Process : I use a custom XML file (GEN.xml) to create manufacturing objects via command line and MBoMGenLoader.Command used : ( windchill wt.load.LoadFromFile -d path/GEN.xml )Issue: The XML file imports successfully with no errors reported in either the Method Server or Background Method Server, but the manufacturing object is neither created nor visible in the Windchill interface.The handler method specified in the XML (handler.createMBoMGen) is not being executed at all.DTD file :GEN.xml :Why is the handler (handler.createMBoMGen) not being executed during the XML load process ?I appreciate your prompt response.

 I have a code like this, and I ran it in its current state, and it worked. After that, I changed the ID value in this part ("wt.epm.EPMDocument:114592789") and assigned another EPMDocument ID. Of course, I also changed the file name and file path. When I ran it again, it still tried to send the request using the first information I used. In the console, it gave a warning saying something like "this has already been added" or similar. I tried a few more IDs, but each time it attempted to process using the first information I sent. Is this problem due to Eclipse, or is there an issue in the code?
