When installing Creo8 Student Version, after I input the code according to the offical pdf and input my account information(email and password), I check OK,but after few second, the installer closed   SurfaceBook3 Win11 x64

Hello, downloading Creo 8 for students, I can't install it on my PC. Disabled the firewall and antiviruses, without result, can there be any other options during installation?

everytime i try to open creo parametric or simulate it keeps saying there is a problem with the shortcut and asks me to locate the file every time, and when i click fix it, it does not do so.

Hello, I have a project that involves the need to find the porosity values of two different lattice structures (1 randomized, 1 patterned). I've had no luck finding these values from the software. Is there a way to obtain these values from a stochastic and uniform square lattice structure without having the need to calculate the porosity?     

Hi,   I am trying to install the trial for Creo 8 Simulate on my Student edition, as I want to run CFD. When I click the trial link, I am brought to a page, and I log in with my correct email address and remaining details. When I do so, I am prompted to a new screen, and click fetch license, but I keep receiving the error - "user information cannot be validated". How can I solve this issue?   Kind Regards.

When I am trying to activate a license for Creo 8.0 (a license code that was given to my by Academic Support),  I keep getting an error message "authentication failed." I noticed in manage my account in the education tab that Creo is listed as not authorized.  Can anybody help me with this? I have an educational account.

Hello everyone, i'm an italian teacher, new in the ptc Community. I have a problem with my Creo 6.0 Academic License renewal, expired 5 days ago, on may, 21. When i fill the renewall request window, the message"CLIENTE NON VERIFICATO" (in English "COSTUMER NOT VERIFIED") appears, and the program closes. My account and password are ok. I have already checked similar topics in the community, but noone solved the problem. Please find the screenshot of the message as an attachment. Could anyone please help me? Thank you very much

My students can no longer access their CAD files, due to a license renewal needed on Creo 4.0. I've tried the setup, adding in a license, with it saying "Success", but when they click into Creo Parametric, it comes up with a "PTC License Renewal" Login. After trying to log in, red text is shown below saying "Customer not verified". Ive hit a brick wall...

Hello. the educational license provides a non restricted number of licenses where all feature are available (also TOOLKIT/ObjectToolkitCpp) .but  Creo Parametric TOOLKIT/Object TOOLKIT C++ applications COULD NOT be unlocked with an educational version license.can educational version license uses Creo Parametric TOOLKIT/Object TOOLKIT C++ applications?

Hello guys, when creating threaded holes, Creo always adds an annotation to them (see attachment). These are annoying since I never use them and they mess up my screen when working with e. g. GTOL annotations. Is there a config option or a layer tree rule to turn them off or hide them? (I know I can turn off all annotations by toggling the annotation button, but that is not what I want to do as there are some annotations I actually need).   Greetings

Upon first installing Creo 6 I missed the Licensing step. *A code was provided to me*. I started the install of the program and the computer froze and crashed half way through. (Firewall was not deactivated for this step). I tried to resume the install but after I proceeded past the licensing step, the application would close and nothing happened after.    I then deleted the files that I saw were installed and deleted the zip files to start over. I installed the licensing using the code provided. Once I hit next to proceed to installing, the setup program will repeatedly close after hitting next. The firewall was deactivated during this attempt.  If its anti-virus software, I'm using McAfee. How do I completely disable the app?   PS: I did not use setup-school, I used setup.exe. The zip file was extracted before the setup was started.    Thanks. 

I purchased a student version of Creo on -1-17-21 order #103046868113. The order confirmation says I ordered Creo 4.0 University Student Edition Premium - One Year Term License. I down loaded it and it installed as Creo 7.0.2.0 and give an error message of License failed, License file does not support this version. I can only install what you gave me 7.0.2.0 with a license for 4.0. I have made Two phone calls and this is second attempt to log a case. Today is 1-20-21. Need someone to call me at 713.992.1348

I downloaded creo 6.0 and had a student license given to me. It was successful in the install process but now when I try to open anything installed I get the error of "license request failed for feature." Does anyone know how to fix this error?

I had registered in the PTC Education forum using my email ID and haven't recieved any license file or emails from PTC. If it's possible to resolve the issue, it would be really helpful.   Thanks !

What is the workload and how much time will I have to finish the academic course?

Hello, How do I save a large assembly that has been suppressed? I have a large assemble that takes a long time to load. I will like to work on a single section of the whole assembly so I suppressed irrelevant components/ parts. I save it assembly afterwards and found all the components saved individually all over my desktop. I am new to creo and would appreciate your help.

Is it possible to work collaboratively on a model to help a student when they get stuck. Currently we work from a shared network drive. But with the possibility of more remote learning it would be helpful if this was possible. 

I have followed the steps properly and after getting the success messege after entering the code, I am not able to open the software. It pops up "the entered student code is not valid". I can't even use it now. Any leads would be helpful.

Hi! After installed Creo 7.0 Student version, when i start the programme I got this message:   "The following services failed to initialize: - Learning Connector - Creo System Monitor - Exit Logger - Creo Embdedded Browser   What can I to do? 

I've spent the past 1.5 hours trying to get the installation of this software to go through.  All the icons are on my desktop and I was told the licensing was successfully installed however when I go to open creo parametric I get a licensing name message and the program shuts down on it's own and exits back to my desktop.   It says "License request failed for feature.  Invalid feature name [feature name]"   I've tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it again and I am still running into the same error.   I'm not sure what else to do from here to remedy this issue. 

I recently installed  CREO   (student  version) on my laptop, upon installing an error came up  relating to a quality agent, i  deleted and reinstalled  everything twice but its not working and now wont even let me delete the files to try to install a fourth time. i cant even access any support because it says i have to upgrade my account to do so. ant help?
