hi! just downloaded creo 6.0 (student) and when I start the program an error messages appears (shown in the attached files). Any suggestions is much appreciated!  

Hello, i am a student using Creo 10 and geniustools 11. I followed a set of instructions but now i cannot create parts in creo. It gives me an error saying im apparently using a commercial version of creo despite having an academic/student license. Then it closes the application. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

We recently started to use Creo in my engineering course. As I went to download the software I got a little bit confused why there is no MacOs version of Creo available. I am aware that there are some workarounds for that e.g. using Parallels etc. but I read this might not be the way to go because Creo does not work that well on a Windows emulator and Parallels is also not free (and I am broke). Also, I read about installing a Windows partition with bootcamp, but this only works with an Intel chip and the newer Macs (mine included) have the M1/M2 chip installed. So this isn't an option either (for all of you lucky ones that do have the Intel chip: bootcamp seems to be the best option here).  Does somebody know if there will be a Creo MacOs version in the near future? Creo seems to be the industry standard and I honestly don't understand why there is no MacOs version available yet seeing that many designers like to work on Mac machines and especially the newer ones s

Hello. I've started using Creo 6.0 for my studies and school, however I quickly encountered a problem only I seem to have. I don't know if I'm simply doing a basic mistake or anything but when I want to change the dimension between the 2 opposite sides of an hexagon, the tool does nothing. I selected the 2 sides. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I also can't switch to creo 7.0 due to the license provided by the school being only for version 6.

my trail license has expired, but i forgot to change in to student edition license. How can i get in to student edition?

Hey everyone, I just signed up for the Student License, but unfortunately, the license file came without any information on how to proceed with it. I saved the file under Programme Data /PTC/Licensing, and added the license path in the setup wizard. But when I open Creo, only the free test version gets opened (which does not work either, because the embedded browser couldn't be initialized). I tried to use the product key of an old Creo version (4), but this does not work for Creo 12. Could anyone help out with the product key for the student license of Creo 12?Thank you very much!Best regards, Julian  

I am installing Creo University edition and I entered BK120908EDUNIVERSITYED under sales number order or product code. It didn't go through and displays ERROR in red.

Hello, i want to install creo 9 University edition for my studies. When I entered BK120908EDUNIVERSITYED under sales number order or product code. It didn't go through and displays ERROR in red.Same with the BK900908EDSTUDENTEDUNI code which some people of my university used. I alredy had creo and my licence expired so i needed to install it again and i have already done it with the second sales number. But this time, it says "error" to me. 

Hello,I am currently working with Creo Parametric (Educational Edition version 11) and encountered an issue regarding the default file-saving location. After creating a few models, I found that files were being saved to C:\Users\<username>\OneDrive\Documents instead of the folder I selected in This PC\Documents. To resolve this, I moved all the Creo files from OneDrive to a new folder located at C:\Users\<username> and updated my working directory settings in Creo accordingly.After doing so, I deleted the OneDrive folder from C:\Users\<username>. However, when I relaunched Creo, I received error messages (image uploaded), even though everything appears to be working properly—I can create new models and edit existing ones without issues.Could you provide guidance on how to fix this issue or if there's anything I missed in the process? Should I expect any future problems as a result of these error messages, or is this something I can safely ignore?Thank you for your tim

I am a student at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Robotics (FIIR) at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. I have a license from my school, it is valid but creo 12.4.0.0 does not recognize it, i have removed it once and reinstalled it. Please help me.    

When I try to run setup.exe to install the student edition of Creo 8.0 it asks me if it can make changes to my computer but then does nothing when I say yes.   hello!i tried downloading creo 12 from the url you provided, but it only has the option to choose a license file. I can't enter a code , its not like in the pdfim also doing this just to get a student license for creo 8.0 in the second screenshot is the files i got from the download 

Hi everyone,I've been having this problem for a month and I have absolutely no idea how to fix it. It happens very often that when I have a .prt file or other file opened in Creo, it starts an infinite loading process that ends with the program forcefully closing. If I reopen Creo without opening the file, nothing happens, but when I open a file, it appears with a vertical black bar on the right side of the screen, starting the infinite loading process again. The only way I can fix it is to restart my PC. I checked my PC's system requirements, and they should be sufficient (I have an Asus Pro). I tried disabling Windows' antivirus, but nothing.Thanks in advance.

Good morning, In previous years, the University Campus Pack program for universities included access to the LMS (Learning Management System), which is no longer available. Currently, PTC provides the PTC Learning Connector.My questions are:With an active University Program license, do we still have access to the academic learning and support material?If not, is it necessary to purchase it separately? Does anyone have a guide/hints/notes to deploy and license Creo 11 using Intune? I can deploy and license using MECM, but I haven't been able to license with Intune.
