Hello,   I'm having problem with my pretty simple model.  I've trying to set servo motors so my assembly would move between snapshots. I'm able to move only my lower saft but when i enable second servo motor to upper saft it fails to define them. What I'm doing wrong?    I've pin connections to my frame which is fixed and all the other connections are sylinder and also when bearing connection. I really can't figure this out.   Thank you!

My computer blue screens/restarts when I open any part. Creo functions normally until I try to open a part. Here is the error:"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. This is when the problem started. I have since then recived a new computer (same specs) with Windows 8.0 on it, but I am still geting the same error.Can anybody help with this?

this error always shows when i try to open up creo 4 student edition if i try to close error the creo automatically close . pls tell me how to solve it  

This is the message i get as i try to run parametric, Licence request failed for feature Requesting CreoPMA_student3...can anyone help me out as i really need this software.   Thanks.

Hello. I am using Creo 3.0 Student Version. But I have some problems to simulate thermal mode and structure mode.First, when I attempt to run the Creo simulate, I face on the message "License error".Second, my laboratory has some creo 3.0 education license. So, I sometimes use that to simulate thermal mode and structure mode. But, I meet with a difficulty with this message "The model is insufficiently constrained for the analysis. Please review the element connections, properties, and constraints in highlighted entities. If this is a modal analysis, then you may be able to obtain a solution by requesting additional modes.".How can I solve problems?Thanks in advance to your help.

Hi,can I use a Mathcad Prime 4.0 license for Mathcad Prime 3.1?Because if I work with Mathcad Prime 4.0, my projects wouldn´t work with our computer in school.And if i follow the link, which I got from the school, i only can order a student version for Mathcad 4.0.Thank you,Stefan 

If I have an academic licence for Mathcad Prime 3 is it possible to upgrade to Mathcad Prime 4 or do I have to buy a new licence for prime 4 fresh?

My PC died on me about 2 months ago and now I need to use creo again. Problem is I can't access the harddrive that I installed creo 2.0 on.So how do I redownload it? I still have the email with the license.dat file but nothing else.Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to hide the explicit operation?I'm new to using MathCad and, while it's convenient to be able to solve an equation explicitly before getting a final answer it's really annoying to have the word explicit along with every variable in the equation written out across the entire page. Is there a way to hide this? Or a more efficient way to accomplish the same thing?Thanks,

how to obtain creo student ID number?1. is it a user manual kit of some kind?2. can only a student id number be obtained? i.e. without paying for any kit

I'm having issues when saving a part file to a dfx file. Alot of extra lines will show up in the file, and cause issues when trying to send it to a machine to cut the parts. Is there something I am doing wrong, that would cause these lines to show in the dxf file? Matt

Hi, I jsut saw the Creo 4.0 M010 is released, i was trying to install with license number, but none of the number work(either says not for this verion when i start Parametric, or no such feature, or jusr say error when i enter the number). The university serial number is also not working. the setup-schools returns a frozen window while retrieving (I prefer the installation with serial number since there is no school TAB). Is there any solution? I checked the license file i received from email, it actually says for version 34.0, that should indicate Creo 3.0 M110, if i use the newest university serial number, the file i got is for version 33.0.Really love 4.0, everything is amazing! Best ever and smartest CAD software I've ever seen, finally dont need to go to keyshot and assign material, much easier to locate model in tree when i click on it in window. Labling tolerance in 3D is just a game changer!

Hallo,I want to install Creo 3.0. After using the license-code from the pdf and entering my username and password, I got an error. (Username and password both correct!!!)I tried to skip the part with the license, but then I will be asked for the license when I opened creo and I can´t use creo.Please help!‌

hello,Hello everyone,For some reason when I go to enter the license code it always fails.  I even tried using the relicense instructions and it still fails.  When I went to open Creo it gave me an error which I have taken a snapshot of and attached.  This is the current code that I am using- BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL. I've just successfully installed Creo 4.0 but I haven't received a 4.0 product code. I've tried the only product code I've found, that was in a pdf entitled "PTC Creo 3.0 – University Student Standard – Quick Installation Guide", but this is for Creo 3.0, and obviously, it didn't work.A few minutes ago I've received an e-mail from - saying "Thank you for your interest in the PTC Creo 2.0 Student Edition. Attached is a backup copy of the license file that was downloaded during the initial installation of Creo 2.0", and curiously, the file attached is for Creo 3.0.So, where can I get a compatible License File or Product Code for Creo 4.0 M010, which I've just downloaded and installed?
