Hi team, I would like to add a welcome voice message to one of the HoloLens projects. It should play once I place the model on the surface. How can I achieve this? @gvaughn @ThgAngelo @ddfsgsdfg 

Is there a way to use vufoira studio in nreal?If not, is there a possibility of being introduced?

In Vuforia studio mobile, if i click a 2D button change the 3D image then click a same button again then change another image, how can i do this, what can i do for this, i could not find any article related about this. kindly support me Thanks Rakesh kumar S     

Why do not the symbols appear in the animation in my application? , you do not see the screwdrivers or the arrows  (view in My Videos)

Hi Community We have noticed a bug in experiences published with vuforia 9.10. Hyperlinks and document links are not working any more. They still work in the experiences that where published longer ago. Does anyone else have the same problem? Best wishes Alex

Hello Community, I am writing this post after checking almost 10 times in Hololens View application, on experience which includes more than 4 models with animations. I am triggering the animation of the separate models (assembled in studio) with the help of 3D buttons, When i check it in Hololens, it opens up and even before placing the experience, the applications gets shut down, which is very frustrating. I tried testing it for more than 10 times now and getting closed each time. Does this mean we should not import more models in Hololens Experience?If yes, then i do not find Hololens experience to be reliable at all. Please put some light on this and let me know solution to this if any. Thanks in Advance. Regards,Dhaval Bendale.

I want to use a feature like stop and close its help to pause and close while we can change the sequence. Anyone can help?      

HI all, I am working on USECASE where customers wants to download the production Reports in vuforia view(Tablet) which are available on thingworx platform.I know about vuforia studio and thingworx integration which is already done. here we are pushing the data from vuforia view AR experience while doing assembly of machine. Good morning.I have two questions:1. Does PTC plan to create some software to view Vuforia Studio Experiences on AR glasses similar to Hololens 2? Or maybe support Vuforia View for other AR glasses (for example Magic Leap 2) ?2. If I will use Unity and Vuforia Engine library, I will be able to use .pvz files from Creo Illustrate in AR projects?

I have a Data Grid widget that does not appear to be working. I have a datatable from Thingworx with a service bound to a data grid widget but the data is not showing up. My thingworx connection is working and I am getting successful "service invoke complete". The service returns data in thingworx and in vuforia by other widgets/console log.  The only issue is the data grid widget.

Here, unfortunately, I can not reach the server of Vuforia Experience Service via a second laptop. When I try to ping the server through this link, it does not respond.http<s>://<hostname>:<2019>/ExperienceService/ping I can however access thingworx with the second laptop.http<s>://<hostname>:<8080>/thingworx I have already opened the ports in the firewall. From the computer on which I have installed both software, both servers can be accessed without any problems. The problem is that I can not access the Experience Service with the second laptop on which I wanted to install Vuforia View. Many greetings   

In the latest experience we're working on, there is one step in the Creo file that does not View properly. The problem comes in that it does not show this problem in Creo Illustrate or in Preview, only when you use a device. I'm beginning to think that this is a Vuforia View bug, which I'm not sure I can do anything about

I have a data grid which is bind through thingworx service. I want to add click events in different cells in data grid so that by clicking particular cell we will toggle through another cell.        

I am running into issues where after I publish a project once or twice, I run into a "uh oh publish failed" error that can only be avoided by creating a new version of my project either by save as or export/import. Is there a way to avoid having to do this every couple times I publish? Has anyone else run into this or is this just my computer? I have a new font that i want to set to rows text of my grid,"font-family": ["ZCOOL QingKe HuangYou", "cursive"] I tried the css and grid configuration, may be somewhere i am getting wrong. css is working for labels, but how shall i write css for grid rows font?Can anyone please try this and help me set this font to my Grid Row Text?Thanks in advance.    

Hello @RolandRaytchev  and other PTC officials, In a current project going on, I want the animation steps in one figure to be played as we will be keep on clicking play 3D button since i have attached the play binding to it. However when i check in Hololens i can see just first step playing.I am also planning to add two figues in a creo illustrate file (production and service) as when required to be called. But it seems Hololens acts strange for performing even small tasks which would otherwise be done effortlessly in mobile experience.Also transparency applied in illustrate does not work in Hololens. PLease help me with this.       

Hi Team,I was wondering if it's possible to create a water effect on my model, as shown in the picture below. Could you suggest a shader and guide me on how to implement it on my model?
