Hello, I am currently developing an app that need to create links between WTDocuments through the Rest API for WIndchill 12.0_2_7. I already found this article about creating Describe links between Documents and Parts, which I've implemented successfully, but cannot find any information on creating Usage links between two Documents. Here is the article: Article - CS285572 - How to create WTPartDescribeLink / WTPartReferenceLink using Windchill REST Services in Windchill PDMLink (ptc.com)  Is there any documentation on how to implement this? Is it possible at all? Thanks!

Detail drawing was added with another drawing number in previous version. After that drawing is been broke out and created separate drawings with its own number. Now, when I associate CAD part, previous version of another drawing appears as calculated. I don't know how to remove this. As shown in image drawing 91 is unwanted. Current revision of 91 is "E" that don't include detail of 94. But Previous version of 91 (i.e. A) appears as calculated. 

I would like the description section to be able to paste images into the rich text content.  

Dear Members,               Greetings of the day!!    We have a task to public our Windchill URL to internet so that the remote users can also access the same when they are out of network.Can someone help us out with the resolution.Till now we have assigned one Static IP to the Windchill server but when we access Windchill through this the Apache asks for the credentials but after authentication the URL gets change to the Host name of the Windchill server ( e.g. http://host.mycompany.com:848/Windchill instead of 153.xx.xx.xxx/Windchill).Please suggest the solution if anyone of you have faced the same issue earlier.Your support will be appreciated.Thanks

Trying to setup reverse proxy with the requirement that internal users will  point to Internal Apache server ( https://test.pdmlink.group) and external users will point to Apache installed in Reverse Proxy server (https://reverse.pdmlink.group).After setting up as per the PTC article , when internal user access the application ( test.pdmlink.group) it redirects to reverse.pdmlink.group.And when external user access the application reverse.pdmlink.group , it shows error the requested URI not found in server. How to resolve this? Also when we implement reverse proxy , we cannot use old URL even for internal users?

Hello Community,   I´m looking for a way to find all the drawings, where specific symbol is placed, however when I search for the symbol itself in windchill, there is no refference in Where used nor Related objects.  Please, is there any way, to search for these drawings, where symbol is placed?  Thank you in advance for any feedback/idea.

Final task in my revaulting task. I have cache vault folder that is clear (no files) but I cannot delete it since it says there are "Cached Items" that report to it. I do see records in MORI that refer to this folder but those records have no connections back to ApplicationData, FVITEM or STREAMDATA (blobs).  https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS45201?source=search The article above provides a query to verify that the MORI records do not tie to ApplicationData These numbers agree with my other queries and show created timestamps during my revaulting efforts, Are these automatically cleaned out? Do I have to remove these records? Are these still referenced somewhere?    

Likely something trivial that I'm missing but:- Had a great running setup with adapter version 9.0- Installed and updated adapter to version 10.1 (pointed to existing installation for the worker .bat files)- if I kick off the worker.bat by my self everything works fine. But try as I might, the Worker Agent doesn't seem to trigger anything on the worker.  I checked services, all the .bat files and everything seems fine.   

Data deletion cannot be performed due to many Referential Integrity Violation Error. (If even one error occurs, it returns to the beginning of the previous process.)Please make it simple to delete data.

Hello I'm busy with an upgrade and daubting of also do a revault after this.After a small test we calculated that a revault takes at least a week with full CPU usage of the SQL server.If we want to do this with current behaviour we can't do normal work anymore.  (We are still busy finding performance so i leave them out.)What i / we thought is the following. Basically we don't care if the the revaulting takeas one day or one month as long as the work can go on.So the thougt was: Is it possible to run / schedule the revaulting process so that it only runs during night time / weekends. Is this possible: If Yes any tips are welcome. If no does it make sense to make a Windchill idea from this?

Hi there!Consider the following scenario: we have a Drawing at version 0.0 and an Assembly at version 0.2. When you create a promotion request for a drawing, a new representation of it is automatically created with using default property of EPM configuration specifications, usually it's either As Stored or Latest. So let's see pros and cons, which I noticed:If we select the "As Stored" option, we are faced with the problem that the drawing is no longer up-to-date because it uses previous iterations of the parts and assemblies, as well as their life cycle state, etc.In case of using the “latest”, if some part of the assembly has been changed, the assembly may be regenerated with errors and as a result the drawing will not be published. So, this left me perplexed, which option is the best?Does someone have any experience of using these different properties, their other pros and cons?Or maybe you know how to handle with both of these situations? Thanks in advance!

There is a part being used in multiple sub-assemblies. The table was showing around 150 parts when expanded to a certain level (3). When we try to export the report, it says an error that rowLimit property is set to 20000. Is it possible to export only those 150 parts to CSV or XLS.Export of all rows is working for XML, but it's not the desired format. Can someone help?

Hello, Does somebody has moved from the NuGet RESTSharp 106 to 107 or higher (110 in my case)? They have change a lot of things and I'm not able now to complete the stage 2, to upload the file on Windchill server. I've used Postman to create the different steps and it's working perfectly on Postman: I try to use the C# code provided by postman, but not able to reproduce the same in my program. When I start the stage 2, it seems that the request is well executed but nothing is send to the server: the content info in return is empty:{    "contentInfos":[]} Should have a retun like that:{    "contentInfos": [    {       "streamId": 76030,       "fileSize": 2,       "encodedInfo": "76035%3A2%3A150329%3A76035"    }]} Previously, with version 106 of the RestSharp, I've got no issue. Thank you for your feedback and help.
