Windchill

I am trying to collect all open Windchill tasks for each user so I can link power bi and make some tables. I found that I can use https://<host>/Windchill/servlet/odata/ChangeMgmt/ChangeTasks to get my tasks but I want my tasks plus everyone else's so I can neatly show the data of the open tasks. Has any come across a solution for this?

I have a tab that shows serial numbers and want to change the view such that it only shows the latest revision of each serial. For example, if I have serial 001 Rev A and then rev that part to Rev B, the list will show both 001 Rev A and Rev B, when I just want it to show Rev B. Is there any tips on how to achieve this?

Does anyone here know how I give a user access to add/remove users to Groups in PDMLink without being an Org Admin or Administrator in Windchill PDMLink ?  I am also intrested in giving a user access to run reports in the Security Audit Reporting without being an Org Admin or Administrator in Windchill PDMLink ? I've been told by PTC "Not part of Windchill PDMLink functionality". Windchill 11.1 M020-CPS16   

Windchill Risk and Reliability, Version 11.1Reliability Block Diagrams, RBD Table view.See Below: Two diagrams exist at the primary "Block Diagram" folder level, in the "RBD Table" view, cannot be deleted. There are no blocks in the diagram. They showed up when I inserted a new diagram by right clicking on the Primary Block Diagram folder, then selecting Insert - Normally this inserts a new diagram within the Block Diagram folder; not at the same level.. I am unable to delete, move, etc. They can be renamed and used as regular diagrams.Has anyone experienced this? What did you do?Right click on either diagram:

I have followed this "Custom Table Views (Step 1) (ptc.com)" article given by PTC. I put the value in affected disposition table after submitting it the attribute is not getting persist. And I have attached the screen shot below of before submitting the CN and after submitting the CN. Please provide a solution.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0   Hello.   One specific user item was able to be revised up to version A.27 without any problems until recently.   However, a check-in error occurred a week ago. The first error message was 'CAD part: XXX is not unique', so I informed them by changing the name to a new part in the workspace.   The additional error message that occurred after the name change is '(Item Name): The operation cannot be completed because an association cannot be created with a part to which the user does not have access rights. You must gain access to the part or it will be deleted from the database.'   After searching the technical documentation, I found the item in Actions > Edit Access > Allow Full Control.   Please check if the solution is to just change it to Allow.   In addition, I would appreciate it if you could tell me what caused the sudden occurrence after 26 revisions without problems

We have a multi view part with Owner association to the .drw.In the first view, the related objects shows the same drw version 4 timesOn the later view, only once.next downstream view:Any idea why it's doing this?We just happen to have four revisions, is that a coincidence?

Is there any tool / dashboard available that helps getting deeper insights more or less automatically? If this value is not empy it should not publish any content only the pvz.

By using advanced search, not getting latest version of objects when trying to search.Results are inconsistent, contain non latest version as well.  The advanced search may show non-latest versions when certain filters are applied, although the preference "latest version Search" is set to Yes.Please do some enhancement for it.

Before I became the Systems Admin for Windchill it was connected to an Active Directory without a filter and started creating junk accounts. I am not sure why or how, but we're no longer using that Domain so that is no longer happening. This is causing issues with the disconnected users search (it crashes) and some I can't find even using wildcards. I know they're still in there because I can run a command on the SQL Database to find them, but the search doesn't find them. How can I remove these users who do not show up in the Disconnected Users Search? I have some that are clearly meeting rooms in our AD and Windchill created an account for them such as this {wt.org.WTUser:29111431}UKNEW_Room_04. This is how it actually shows up in the SQL Database in the WTUser table. Also why is the disconnected users search so clunky? The SQL command pulls over 1600 in a second. I realize it will be slower through the UI, but it's so slow it breaks. I know I can increase the amount but it

Working on customization task, need to call Part Master object type so for that i need WTPartMaster API.see attached screenshot for the reference.

I have one user who just restarted Creo and after logging into Windchill, opens the workspace but there is no Tools menu for him to sync the filename that was renamed in commonspace. He had it this morning, but it just disappeared and the restart of Creo did not bring it back. I had him remove the file from his workspace and then open the assembly so the system would bring in the file from commonspace with the right name. We are on Windchill 12.0.2.12 and Creo 9.0.7.0. We only switched to Creo 9.0.7.0 last week and this is the first someone has mentioned this happening. Has anyone else seen this odd behavior?
