Do you know why the count number retrieved in Navigate's Service is different from the count number retrieved in WRS?When I created and ran the service in Navigate, I got odata.count: 35050.But the result of the search in WRS was 34179.When I logged the url accessed from Navigate and accessed it, it was 34179, so the numbers are different only on the Navigate screen.Why is this difference in count results?I am sorry if there are any errors in the text, as I am translating from Japanese.

It was way faster before we migrated from Windchill 11 to 12.I already enabled "excludedAttributesForClassicFindInTree" for all attributes, except roughly 10 attributes. Did the "xconfmanager -p" and restarted the Windchill-Server. No effect.The "normal" global search and the advanced search are totally fine and only take some seconds.We're using an Oracle DB and Windchill 12.0.2.5. 1. Currently we have over 250 product areas. Goal is to have the ACLS to match from area to area. Its been a bit of a maintenance issue.  I wanted to share with you my solution and see if you have something better. Excel is my hammer so its first in my bad of tricks. Combined with a direct connection to a Query Builder report, I can setup data retrievals and canned analysis in an Excel workbook to make easier alignment of ACLs or spot the differences. Over the years, they have tended to meander.  Here is the approach, I start with a report that pulls down ACLS data from all Product areas: I can create a connection that pulls down the data on refresh.  Through some use of keys and manipulation of the ACL data in columns to the right, I can get this summary. I copied all unique lines to another sheet, counted occurrences and marked if that ACL combination was good, bad or I was unsure. They, I can vlookup that ACL status back to the main sheet. I'm getting an error with the rehost utility for Windchill 12.0.0.0 on a Linux system. Oracle is on the same server and it is running. I can connect to Oracle via sqlplus <dbUser>/<dbPassword>. Windchill was installed as the root user and I'm running rehost.sh as root in a Windchill shell. But the rehost is failing with "java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection," and specifically "java.io.IOException: Connection refused, socket connect lapse 0 ms. <hostname_here>/0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 1521 0 3 true" with "target.db.hostname" in the rehost.properties file set to the hostname. I also tried setting target.db.hostname to 127.0.0.1. This is on a DEV server, so it is not configured with a domainname. Anybody have troubleshooting tips?

After following PTC article CS37197 "How to recover BLOBS space from StreamData table in Oracle for Windchill" and verifying the CAD files were no longer in the StreamData table, I re-ran the first query provided in that article. It returned a negative value for "Potentially Extra bytes" of -42346086. This is for a Windchill 12.0.0.0 system using Oracle 19c on Linux. Does anyone out there know if I need to do anything about this or not? Each Part having their own representation and when we click on some custom button, one .plmxml file will be download with the Location tag where the every JT file has been placed for the CAD object.meaning: Under 001.Asm, I have 002.prt, 003.prt and 004.prt. When I click on custom button, XML file will be download and when I Open my root asm JT file, the Image is absolutely opening fine in Creo side.
