Hello Team, We recently migrated our current Mathcad license server. Due to the configuration changes associated with the migration, the existing license is no longer working. Could you please support us in issuing a new license file? Also, please let me know if I need to raise any request or provide any additional information for the same.

Currently exported sheet metal flat pattern DXF contain a layer CSYS with XY arrows. This layer is not needed and could confuse the laser cutter system. But there’s no option to remove the layer?I’ve tried mapping it to BLANK or “”, but it’s still included.

I have created a Subscription for change Notice but not emails triggers in windchill 12.0

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.4 Hello, i am working in modelization of types and attributes in Windchill objects. I want to modelize the creation of new attributes using Local/Standard Attributes. Our implementation process is : - Create a Softtype as a subtype of standard type - Run AddColumn utility - Create Local/Standard Attributes through Type And Attribute Manager Once the development done, we put in code configuration : exported types (XML format), *TypeInfo.java, *TypeInfo.classInfo.ser, SQL File (Alter Table add column). When the Standard/Local attribute is created, the available column is allocated, but the issue is that when we deploy in differents environments, it seems to have a gap in the mapping between the Business attribute and the column in DataBase. For Example : - Env 1 : attr1 mapped to PTC_STR_1TYPEINFO and attr2 mapped to PTC_STR_2TYPEINFO - Env 2 : attr1 mapped to PTC_STR_2TYPEINFO and attr2 mapped to PTC_STR

Data Monitor are run on saved Query builder reports.OOTB it give option the format to be generated for email, such as xml, HTML, csv, etc. These formats are similar to query builder reports, simple rows and columns. Is there a way the generated HTML can be customized to suit your format/layout.Any references would be appriciated.

I'm getting an error when running tasks in CREO: ERROR CODE:3 (SUBCODE7). I've already contacted NVIDIA; we've updated the driver, rolled back to older versions, and tweaked the graphics card settings, but the error keeps coming back. The card is a Quadro P400.

Using CREO 13. I always design in mm, all my files are set up like that. When I export a sheet metal flat pattern however (via the new direct export feature in CREO 13), the resulting DXF is inches (and the part is huge).I noticed the DXF contains the following string:$INSUNITS 701  0The “1” is the file setting to inches. Should not be like that.I don’t know where it comes from.I have my config.pro set up as following:pro_unit_length unit_mmdxf_out_scale_views yesdxf_out_drawing_scale yesI also noticed I have a dxf_template.drw. When I open it I notice drawing_units is set to “inch *”, but when I change it it immediately goes back to “inch” when I recheck, so I can’t set it. Not even sure if that file has any relevance. Also checked some iso.dtl file, which is has drawing_units set to MMI’m out of options right now. Any ideas?

While checking in the CAD part, my requirement is that any CAD part whose name starts with "XYZ" should have the Source attribute value set to "Buy". rest all should have value make which is defalut value

At times we need to send links to multiple Windchill objects to a user, currently this involves opening each object and copying the URL, or emailing them individually. It would be very useful if there was a menu option to allow the links to be copied from the search results, or from the folder view, so that they can be pasted into an email.

windchill 13.0.2 Hi All,We have a requirement to perform a one-time export of WTDocuments along with their primary and secondary content for all revisions.Currently, our utility takes an input date and identifies the closest/relevant WTDocument revision based on that date, then downloads the primary and secondary content associated with that revision. For the new one-time export approach, we are considering exporting:All WTDocuments All revisions of each WTDocument Primary content for each revision Secondary content/attachments for each revisionHowever, since each WTDocument can have multiple revisions and associated content, exporting the content for all revisions could result in a very large volume of data. What is the recommended approach in Windchill for handling this type of bulk export? Is there any standard or recommended API, utility, or approach for efficiently exporting primary and secondary content across all revisions of WTDocuments? Also, are there any recommended strategies t

Hello. We are planning to trust an updated Ignition OPC-UA client certificate using the OPC UA Configuration Manager in KEPServerEX.We have put together the following procedure based on the official manual (OPC UA Configuration Manager Help v1.044), but have two questions we would like to confirm.Planned Procedure:Open the “Trusted Clients” tab and confirm that the new Ignition client certificate (Ignition OPC-UA Client) is listed. Verify that the SHA-1 Fingerprint of the listed certificate matches the updated value recorded on the Ignition side. Select the new client certificate, click “Trust”, then click “Close”. Right-click the KEPServerEX icon and select “Reinitialize”. Do not delete the old client certificate until the entire work is complete.Questions:① After clicking “Trust” on the updated certificate, is it necessary to perform a Reinitialize? The official manual shows a note at the bottom of the Trusted Clients screen stating “Server Runtime reinitialization is required to utili

Hi all,We are supporting a site where Kepware Server 6.15 (drivers V6.15.132.0, Modbus TCP) sends data to ThingWorx 10.2 over the Native Interface. We need some help with the points below. What is happening- The customer says Kepware closes by itself about every 3-4 days. Whoever sees it first opens the application again.- While it is closed, no data from any device reaches ThingWorx. Store and Forward does not help here, as it runs inside Kepware.- The longest case in the Event Log was on 10 Oct: runtime exit at 3:00:22 AM and next start at 9:04:15 AM (about 6 hours).- In the log we see 7 runtime exits. Six of them restarted within 1 to 3.5 minutes. What the Event Log shows- Each exit is preceded by "Administrator configuration session ended".- Then: "Runtime performing exit processing."- On the day of the 6-hour gap, the reopen attempt logged: "Account '<account>' does not have permission to run this application." and then "Timeout waiting for server runtime to start."- The custo

I recently went through the steps to create Alias Attributes to display CN Numbers and CN Names and this worked very well for parts and EPM Docs.  When I did the exact same steps to show this information for Reference Documents, the values are only displayed for the Admin account that actually created the Alias Attributes.  Other users and other Admins do not see the values.I have checked Attribute Visibility, given full control of the reference document to a test user, looked for any deny permissions, examined profiles, and looked for layouts all to no avail. Any ideas why it went so smoothly for two Types and not the third?Windchill Version: 13

HelloI have the educational license of CREO12.4.0.0 joyfully running for 12 months, and now the license has expired. I downloaded the winzip file of creo12.4.0.0, and ran the install_license_server_exe file, in the hope that I only have to renew the license, and not reinstall the whole software. However, in the process, I stumble upon this message:Access Denied - Insufficient PrivilegesYour web account does not hold the following required privileges to access the application:License Management Reporting for read-only access. License Management Licensing for configuration and license file generation access.… and now I’m stuck. Can you fix this. Thanks in advance Lukas

I’m using the new flat pattern dxf export feature in CREO 13 and so far it is working very good. However to further automate my workflow, I would love to include the thickness and possibly the material in the filename. In the export dialog, I tried setting the file name to:&model_name_&smt_thicknessbut that gives an illegal characters error. Is there any way to do this? Additionally it would be convenient to export any parameter as text like you can export width and length currently.

I am using Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Release 20.4 and Datecode20.4.3.0 CEDM session does not recover license if started in Zscaler and switch network to an enterprise on site wifi. It is Zscaler related, because in the past we had other VPN and it was allowed to start in VPN and switch to company wifi. In both cases there is connectiviy to the license server, just doesn´t recover the session. The session must be closed and reopen. Here are the errors that I faced Typical error when a license is granted and then temporarily lost connectivity to license server: "the license server connection to these hosts is broken xxxxxx" + "the following licenses have been withdrawn and are currently unavailable".
