Hi everyone, I'm having trouble importing updates into my Test Case Tracker in Codebeamer. The updates were made to the export I generated using the round-trip export with a custom template. This template was created by modifying the provided PTC template. However, I'm receiving an error message stating that "no updates are in the file." Below are the table from the template, an image of the updated table for reference, and the error message I'm getting. Has anyone experienced this issue before, or can anyone offer advice on how to resolve it? Whenever we are in the older version/iteration of the workitem, it is difficult for the end users to navigate to the latest version. And there is an option in Codebeamer called "Switch to head" but this does not tell the user anything. So, is there any option                 Can we rename this as "Go to Latest" which is similar to Windchill?  

Hello, Story of the Issue:While exporting dashboards to Word in Codebeamer ALM, I noticed that only some widget are successfully included in the document. Specifically, charts like Bar charts and Pie charts are not appearing in the exported word document. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference. Codebeamer version 2.1.0.2 is deployed on an Ubuntu 22+ Linux machine. For this issue I have followed the document provided by PTC Configuring PhantomJS for codeBeamer As per the solution mentioned in the PTC document I installed PhantomJS v2.1.1 on the server. However, based on my understanding and research, PhantomJS 2.1.1 is not compatible with OpenSSL 3.x, which comes bundled with Ubuntu 22+. I suspect that this OpenSSL incompatibility might be preventing proper rendering of the charts during export. Question:Would downgrading OpenSSL to version 1.x (which is compatible with PhantomJS 2.1.1) potentially resolve this issue without causing any disruption to t

Hey everyone, is there an option in codeBeamer to summarize the tasks from diffrent sources (different task trackers, potentially in different projects) in one Kanban depiction?My use case is to show all tasks of one person (or some selected person) in a team meeting (not project meeting). Usually everyone of us has some tasks spread in several projects...  Any suggestions? Please state which version you use. I create an item with a description (Screen1 and screen2):2. Export to office by selecting the template "TableOfFiguresTemplate3.docx" that I previously uploaded in the documents section (I attach screen3)3. From the word I exported I do update Figures but get the following message : "No figure index entry was found." (screen 4 and screen5)Has anyone experienced the same problem? Thank you all

Hi, I have installed the PTC RV&S Server and Client 13.3.0.0 on a virtual machine whose hostname has been changed now due to other reasons. My RV&S application installation has been affected due to that as it was configured with the previous hostname.  Please let me know in which all folders I can change the hostname of the virtual machine in installation directory of RV&S server and client application.

Hello,How to use the field value of type FVA (with possible return values integer 0 or 1) to use inside a 'logic' field with computation check? In short FVA field values could be 0 or 1 only and they need to be trnasformed to present boolean values true or false for logic field.Regards

Use Case: In my company we moved all our date from a really outdated IMS 11.2 to 13.2. In the past people used Enterprise Architect 13.0 for their architecture and connected to IMS via the MKS SCC Connector. Now we want to continue with that integration, but we fail to activate the MKS SCC Connector. Description: I have found a CS article that explains what to do in case the the connector is not registered: https://www.ptc.com/de/support/article/cs93130   We were seemingly able to activate the connector running the IMS 13.2 client in admin mode. That resolved the error of the IMS client telling us that it cannot enter registry keys. But EA still did not react. So we followed the further instruction to manually adapt the registry keys. One thing we stumbled over was, that the CS article tells us about two dlls: mkssiscc64.dll mkssiscc.dll (I assume the 32bit version) But the IMS 13.2 only comes with mkssiscc64.dll mkssiscc_compat.dll   We tried to put that compat.dll in t

Hi dear Community, in the wikitext field of my current tracker I have the references' list to the items of another tracker, like "[ISSUE:123456] Here is the name of referenced item 1, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, ""[ISSUE:654321] Here is the name of referenced item 2, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, "etc. I need to convert this references' list to the list of NAMES of referenced items from another tracker, so that in new computed field (also wikitext) I'll get the NAMES' list like: "Here is the name of referenced item 1, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, ""Here is the name of referenced item 2, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, "etc. Which computation function / formula should be used to make this conversion? We need an option to convert html snippets to wikitext.Use Case: We have a frontend running an html editor. After the user has completed the formatted text in the editor, we need to convert the content to wiki/markup to post it as an item via the API to codeBeamer. In past versions, we have used POST to <baseURL>/cb/wysiwyg/convertHTMLToWiki.spr as a Workaround to get our payload in a wiki/markup format. This worked up to including version 21.09 (EMMA). Since Husky (current SP we are running is 2.0.0.5), this Request returns 403 forbidden instead. Is there another way we could do this conversion, either via API Request (there is wiki2html, so why not the other way around?) or via a helping computation in the tracker config?

Hi, As shown in CodeBeamer documents, baselines can be created for a project or a tracker.  When we retrieve a tracker using Restful API, can we specify a baseline then? The document for Restful API shows nothing related to baseline. Did I miss something here please? Thanks,
