Hi, In creo is there a way to fill the hole? see the attachment.Thanks!

What I have is a bushing from a customer with slots and holes in it. the holes and slots are dimensioned in the "unfolded" detail view of the bushing. I was wondering (being new to Creo) if there was a way to model the flat view and then "wrap" it"?Thanks In advance.Scott

I gave the default speed and feed for each tool and when I call the tools for operations like Roughing,finishing etc.. the default value doesn't get updated.Give me some suggestions how I solve the issue.

Hallo zusammen,ich habe folgendes Problem:Ich habe eine Maschine (Laser mit Scanneroptik), die vom Grundaufbau der Software her nur 2D Dateien verarbeiten kann, sprich DXF.ich würde allerdings auch gerne 2,5D Bearbeitungen realisieren können. Hierzu erzeuge ich mir aus einem 3D Creo Modell durch den Schnitt einer Ebene mit der Volumengeometrie Bezugskurven. Durch Mustern erzeuge ich somit quasi ein Schichtmodell meines ursprünglichen 3D Körpers. Wenn ich die Volumengeometrie nun ausblende, bleiben nur noch die Kurven zurück, welche ich dann als IGES speichere. Jetzt fehlt mir noch der letzte Schritt --> die 3D iges oder Bezugskurven mir Schicht für Schicht als seperate 2D IGES oder DXF ausgeben zu lassen, damit ich es in der Lasersoftware wieder importieren kann. Die software importiert zwar auch Iges aber nur 2D, sobald eine Höheninformation hinterlegt ist, funktioniert das nicht mehr. Mir wären auch am liebsten, die einzelnen Bezugskurven als seperate DXF zu bekommen. Hat da jeman

In the revolve attached here i have revolved first the shape & after that i have created holes.but the problem is that when i am trying to edit revolve shape i.e. i am giving 320 rotation with symmetric option it gives error.If any buddy can solve it plz help me out!thanks

Abel, I have sort of run into the same problem. Any "decent" computer will runCreo Parametric 2. The problem that I ran into was finding a computer thatwould run Windchill. They don't sell those at Best Buy. The requirements for Creo Parametric 2 should have been spelled out in yoursoftware package. I don't know if you are looking before you make thesoftware purchase, or not. PTC (or the VAR) will have the specs on what youneed to drive Creo. I would go there before I go anywhere else. Hello,I've just downloaded the student edition of Creo 3.0 which is working, but when i try to open a file created with creo 2.0 it says "file was created with an educational version of creo parametric and is not compatible with the version of PTC Creo Parametric you are runnig"Any help would be massively appreciated, I'm not even sure where to start with this one!Thanks,Will

Hey Everybody,In sketcher mode, everytime I click on an item in the toolbar, the dialog box pops up over the toolbar. So I almost always have to move/drag the dialog box just to the left in order to select something else in the toolbar. This thread (below) about the cache recovery tool makes me curious about where PTC keeps their cache recovery tool available for download. I've tried searching the Knowledge Base and it provides a link to the PTC User file. Is there a library for user created resources such as this?
