Hi, Facing the same issue with Creo Illustrate 11.0 Not able to predict the output in video. Please help asap. Thanks in advance. Regards, Aditya Gupta
HeyI have a license for MathCad 10 but I can't figure out where to download it, I can only put the license on my MathCad 9 or the MathCad 11 I recently downloaded, can you please help me with a download link to MathCad 10.Thanks.Best Regards,Benjamin
If I use the Include Worksheet function in Mathcad Prime 10, will the worksheet called within the Include Worksheet function path then open and fully run, when calculate is commanded for the primary worksheet? If I use the Include Worksheet function to call multiple worksheets throughout the primary worksheet, will each of the included worksheets be opened and fully run in sequence when the primary worksheet is calculated?
I would like to suggest an improvement in the Style module and have the Merge, Trim, Extend, Thicken Without a doubt, this would make things easier for users who use this feature.
Hello,I want to remove hidden lines in my half section (circled red in attached picture) but still have hidden lines activated in the remaning part of the view (circled blue in attached picture) - how can I make this happen? I'm currently on Creo 11Thankful for all the help I can get./ Andreas
How would I add this design to the curved surface of a cylinder? (Creo 8.0)
I have large assembly drawings that we show the sequence of assembly with various exploded views. We have the full BOM which is usually set to the master simple rep, this has all parts, hardware in the assembly. we also have many assembly steps which I have been making by an saved exploded view with corresponding simple rep (to hide everything not needed for that particular assembly step). Normally in the drawing I show the master rep for the view and use component display to turn off the unwanted parts. This allows me to create associated balloons to the BOM. What I want to do is find a way to create a BOM for each simple rep (exploded assembly step view) and have the item numbers the same as the full BOM (master rep). I don't know if this is possible by writing some sort of relation that looks at the part number in the master and then assigns that item number in the other BOM's of different rep's. I've done a bit of relations writing but this is outside my comfort zone. I can't help

Hey!Im trying to download mathcad express, but somehow I dont get email where download link should be. This is crucial bc I have an exam in few days about concrete desing and I have to use it to calculate stuff.Aaro Ilola
This feels like a silly question, but I have not been able to figure out how to find and replace text in Prime 9 from the help or other posts.
I'm upgrading from Creo 2 to Creo 8. We use Notes in the model to make string parameters from multiple parameters and have them on different lines. And do I really need to make and place a note in the model then erase it to have this function. As I'm working through it it seems like I do but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.
Hello everyone. I am opening CEDM models in Creo Parametric. When calculating the mass properties of a mixed assembly (composed of CEDM and Creo Parametric files) I noticed that the Modeling files have the mass at 0 (PRO_MP_MASS). Is there a way to calculate it? All this without modifying the original Modeling file. Thanks to all.Bye Marco
I have added IEAC (Exclude elements autogem control) to my fixed constraint areas. Autogem mesh also reflects the IEAC control. However, in the solver output file, i still see a warning" Excluded elements may be needed near constrain". Is this normal ?

Hi, Can we import CATIA v6 files in Creo illustrate directly? If so what is the version of illustrate? Kindly help. ThanksNaresh
I am using Creo 6.0 and often have issues with these 4 sided tangent boundary blends. The error says it fails to create tangency in the corner. Is there a reason for this? I understand the bounding curves have to be tangent to neighboring surfaces, and I even experimented with making the curves tangent to the whole neighboring surface and not just the neighboring surface parting line. I have tried 3 sided boundary blends but it often got tight in 1 corner and failed.
I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.5.0For hole making manufacturing sequences, for whatever reason ours defaults to all models instead of reference model. To be more clear, I'm referring to when you click on the Mill tab>Holemaking Cycles>Standard (or whatever floats your boat)>References>Details>Options...the dropdown here defaults to All Models, and I am wanting it to default to reference models, since i am setting my reference model. As you can imagine, when we go to make a new program based off of an existing one, and we remove a fixture component, it causes manufacturing sequences to fail because they are being tied to these random models instead of just to the reference model.I have searched config.pro options and the knowledge database and I'm finding nothing that can point me in the right direction on whether the default to this can be set when creating new sequences. If this does not already exist, can this be added as a config.pro option?
I am trying to run a Kinematic type analysis. I could not see the option to enable Termination Condition for the analysis in Kinematic type of analysis. How can I terminate the run after meeting a certain specified condition? Thanks!
I tried a couple of *.mcd and *.xmcd files. In one case a red "Keine Lizent" appeared, no other resonses. But no new file was created, neither in the original folder nor in any other folder. The issue was even described earlier. The found "solution" was finalised with the recommendation to contact the support. But it is not possible to open a support case (probabaly due to the trial version), although I have an old user account.
I have a family table with a bunch of holes that cannot be patterned because they are in a family table and due to other geometry constrains, the chamfer cant be associated with each hole. Is there a way at the end of the model tree to just chamfer all holes on a surface without specifically picking edge geometry?
Hello. I came upon an interesting case: singularity function defined in my particular case as < r - r_o >^0It is also said that if r < r_o then the whole function is equal to zero. Do we have any means of evaluating this function in Mathcad, such that, if I plug inn any values of "r" and "r_o" into the function, it will return to zero (of course if r < r_o)? Otherwise this function is always 1 (if r > r_o and if we ommit the case when r = r_o). Best regards,Sergey
Hi Guys, I would like to apply a chamfer to the highlighted edge. But every time I apply the chamfer it runs along the entire circumference. How do I apply it only to one edge.
In PTC article CS363748 are for the various Creo main versions TOOLKIT sample projects attached. However, only the Debug configuration is preconfigured for these. As our company is currently working with Creo 10.0, I have taken a closer look at the example project for this version. However, my statements also apply to the projects of the other versions. The Debug configuration can be compiled and linked, but in my opinion it is not correctly preset:The project setting "Configuration Properties > C/C++ > Runtime Libary" should be changed from "Multi-threaded DLL (/MD)" to "Multi-threaded Debug DLL (/MDd)", shouldn't it?Even if this change is made, the project can still be successfully compiled and linked. However, if you then add the line "#include <string>" to the other header files at the beginning of the program code, the DLL can no longer be created and the following error messages appear in the output console: Rebuild started...1>------ Rebuild All started:
I am using Creo 10.0.7.0.I have created a table in a Creo drawing where I want to enter values—particularly fractional values—in a specific format, as shown in the first image below. However, I haven’t been able to figure out how to achieve this formatting.I’ve tried adjusting the config.pro settings and other available options, but it's still not working. Currently, the values appear as shown in the second image. I hope you can see the difference in formatting between the two examples.
