Pro web.link   There is no console controller of the embeded browser of the creo parametric.   How can I debug my web.link scripts?

I want to add an additional leader to my drawing on the outside radius dimension to call out the internal radius with it.   How can I add the additional leader?  

I have a very large 14GB design.   I deal with sensors small things attached to structure so use a clearance filter to find it.   Once I found all the supporting mounting structure i deleted all the unused structure using the tools edit structure.  I have tried both delete viewables as well as advanced delete.There was no change.. I then deleted everything but 1 screw... Still a 14gb file... What gives I want to delete the actual items from the file not just a visible part number from the list. Please advise. 

Is it possible to have 2 Creo sessions running in parallel with the 1st session connected to Windchill and the 2nd one working in local? Creo Parametric 7.0.2.0 As soon as I connect one session, the other session is connected. It's exactly the same behaviour when I disconnect one of them from Windchill. 

I want to assign only the first 7 characters of parameter (string) to another parameter. How can I do that via relations?.Creo 9

I have connected the Pro/Library to our Windchill, where we have all our company library parts.But the standard library view shows only the part number all part attributes are missing. But it is nearly useless for the users because they cant see nearly nothing when searching for parts. Is there a way to bring more views (the windchill views) into library? 

Hello! when I tried to solve b value from sin(b) it says no solution because b is undefined. If I use 'Solve block' and assume a value (b=1 deg) then the result will be same as my assumption. Could anyone please give a hint?    

Hi, I have developed some mechanism in Creo4 by linking to the parameters and it was working fine.Now we have updated to Creo8 and when I try to update my expression it shows "entered value is invalid". Could you please support on this issue, thanks.

@ChrisG I did what all you said until the end in topic. There is no protk.dat file to reference under the "Configurations files read." Do I just create a .dat file like the original commenter did or how do I go about this?

I'm trying to follow the directions, from:https://www.mathworks.com/help/smlink/ref/linking-and-unlinking-simmechanics-link-software-with-proengineer.html So I can access the toolkit and simulate my assembly in Simulink, but I can't seem to find the protk.dat file the website mentions.  I looked in the configuration files that PTC Creo is running and the protk.dat file wasn't there either. I attached a screenshot below. How should I go about this?

We currently have some older .mcd MathCAD files.Our trial version will not open them.Is there a tool or product you have that could convert or update these to something we can use in the new software version? We are trying to find a way to gain access to these old files.Thanks,Jon

Hello,I'm running into an issue where my Mathcad 9 license returns an 'Invalid Host' error on a specific network. It just so happens to be my university's WiFi, which is problematic because I need to use Mathcad on my laptop at my university. Strangely enough, the license works whenever I'm not on the university's WiFi. I've attempted the following:ipconfig/allnet config rdrenabling/disabling my internet card through Device Managercompletely reinstalling Mathcad 9re-requesting my license and downloading it on the university's WiFirunning a VPNverifying that the HostID is the same on both the license and laptop.None of these methods were successful. My other colleagues do not have this problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to use Material Side: (side one, side two, both sides) to drive a parameter through pro-program or relations? 

I have an assembly with a note I would like to have displayed in a combination state. When in the model I have to click on the note in the model tree in order for them to appear. If I click on the "show annotations" button the notes appear but so does every note down the piece parts which is way too many and cluttered on the screen. Once I switch combination states and go back (despite hitting the update button) the notes are gone again. How can i get only the notes/annotations in the top level assembly to show? The show annotations dialog box has nothing in it to select or filter.

I have a piping model done in Creo 8 piping. The line has valves in it. They are inserted valves and are intelligent,  When we export a .pcf file to use in another piping software. The piping is cut where the valves are, so it knows the valves are there, but the valves do not appear in the other software. If I open the .pcf in notepad it shows the location Any help would be appreciated.   KM

Hi everyone, I am using Creo 9.0, and when trying to open one of the variations of my project created through nested families, the parameter I want to change gets changed but there is no way to regen the model.
