I am using Creo Parametric Release 2.0 and DatecodeM020Creo 2 crashing while opening drawing files

The attached file is corrupted - Element content is incomplete according to the DTD/Schema, Line number 1134, Char Pos 21. Can some one offer suggestions on how to fix the file?  

Using Creo 7.0.5.0  I have an assembly that mostly consists of steel parts. However, as seen below there are two bronze bushings that I have given the bronze_ptc appearance. Despite that, the cut surfaces show as the "default" appearance when doing a section view (just a straight offset section from the Right plane).  I expect something like this (mockup):  I even changed the part material to BRONZE_CAST, but still the same result. Neither Regenerate or Repaint makes any difference. Any solution to this or is it a Creo limitation?

Have you have come across a situation where the sketcher is acting strangely? In this case, after trimming off a bunch of lines, the sketcher unexpectedly added in dimensions.  When I investigated this by using the "Modify Dimensions" tool to change the value of the dimension shown, the highlighted (vertical) line moves left to right.  And yet the sketcher keeps insisting that this line is tangent to the fixed-size arc at the bottom:

I was trying to create a basic code in Vb which allows me to connect to Creo Parametric. I followed the first steps so, I added PRO_COMM_MSG_EXE to System variables, I ran as administrator vb_api_register.bat and I added Creo Parametric VB API Type Library for Creo Parametric to my VB.NET project.When I try to compile my code, ToolkitCantModify execption appears. Here is my code so I would appreciate if someone could check it because I don´t know if I did something wrong. Many thanks!

Hello,We have large harness with about 250 wires. We designed it with using logical data from Creo Schematics.And we have problem with four wires. They are don't shown in model tree and simultaniously don't shown as unrouted.
