CAD

Is it possible to keep on adding output of excel files with change in output to one single output file? For e.g. there is a input file which provides the data and evaluating the worksheet will give excel output. What I want to have is when the input is changes it overwrites the excel output but i ant to have the calculation written in next row of excel document like it used to do in Mathcad 15. I tried but could not achieve it. Can someone please share the sample worksheet with this behavior?  Austin 

I seem to have found a bug in Prime 4.0.  When specifying an array of 4767 elements it stops working.  But only if the program is defined as [a  b]:=, it works fine if it's a:=.  This picture explains it better than I can.  So, I have a work around, but my questions are: a.) It's a bug, right? b.) Any reason why it would do that?     Thanks,

We recently updated our drawing formats to show a date of issue, as well as the date of the revision. The problem I'm now running into is when the updated representation is created for Creo View, the date in the title block is showing the *entire* date, but the view in Creo shows the correct format. I've tried republishing several times, but keep getting the same result. This is what I'm seeing when a new representation is created in Windchill. This is what is shown in Creo, and what we're hoping to see in Creo View.

I have ran the mcregister exe as it requests but also receive an error within the log file that it generates.Here are the errors that I facedThe conversion cannot be started. I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.0.0I recent have a new laptop Dell Precision 7560 (graphic hardware NVIDIA T1200 Laptop GPU). experiencing Creo crashing during save or regeneration models about two weeks ago. The crashing be progressing day of day. At the beginning the crashing happened on different model from time to time. Since Oct 17th it started consistent crashing when tried to open the main assembly model. My Old laptop is Dell Precision 7510 (graphic hardware NVIDIA Quadro M1000M). I tested the same models on the old laptop. It's opened and running very well in Creo on my old laptop. So that means not the model with corrupted or other issue cause the crashing, But something else.

I am using Creo Simulate Live on an assembly.  I am trying to simulate bolted joints between the parts.  I think Creo is treating the joint as bonded because the stresses on the mating faces are constant, and I do not see any stess at the bolt holes.  How do I model a bolted joint?  I am using pinned connection between the mating parts.  I do not see an option in simulate live that tells me what kind of joint is assumed, and I do not see any option to change joint definition.
