Hi, I just signed up to use your 30 day Cloud eval server. While the server was being provisioned, I accidently closed the browser. Now, when I login, all I get is the following as shown in the screenshot I have provided. I really have no idea how to start the Cloud Server and what else I should do. Thank you for your consideration  

Hello Everyone, I have a freshly setup Windows Server 2016 Machine. I installed the newest JDK (13.0.2).When running the installation Wizard, the installation ends with the message:"A Problem occurred during installation that may cause an unsuccessful installation foundation installation failed"   followed by the message:"There has been an errorThingworx Foundation trial for h2 installation failed. Please check the logs. The application will exit now"   Unfortunately I can not find any log files. I also can not try another installation since "There already is a Thingworx version installed". When trying to uninstall the current version, it can not find the uninstall file...   This is very frustrating, since I have a fresh machine and followed the instructions here:https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/foundation-windows-install-guide/foundation-windows-install-requirementsAnyone made similar experiences or nows how to handle that? Hello Everyone,   I have Thingworx freshyl installed on a Server. Now I would like to access the Composer from a different machine in the network (http://serverip:8080/Thingworx/Composer) What do I need to do? I have not installed the SSL option for thingworx.    When deactivating the firewall on the server for domain networks, I am able to get to the login Prompt from my PC.But it says, "the connection is not safe" and I can not login:   Any Idea how to access the composer withouth ssl in my network?   Best Regards, Dominik

Hi, I'm trying to write a program (with Java SDK) that monitors a folder and shoude fire an event in thingworx if a new file is in this folder. On TWX I have a thing based on RemoteThingWithFileTransfer. I also add a remote event to the thing: In my program I have a class that inherits from FileTransferVirtualThing. It is advised not to pass the appkey in URL. The alternate way is to pass it in header. How to do this? Does passing the appkey in headers is achevied by writing a script? Can somebody show me an example?

I'm trying to set up a connection to a MySQL database that I have. I've installed the JDBC Connector extension from the marketplace and that gave me the JdbcCreator and the JDBCExtentionCreator.   Following a PTC document it says to create a new thing and select MySqlServer as the thing template. However, I am unable to see a MySqlServer template.   Any ideas? Have I missed something?

According to PTC document for JDBC configuration (PTC.CSLM.RS.PostgresJDBCThing ) Thing should be used, but this Thing (PTC.CSLM.RS.PostgresJDBCThing )is not found my Thingworx . Some one guide me for this issue.

Hi, I have a main mashup that contains a collection widget with some cells. Each of this cell has a button that navigates me to a popup window if clicked (using navigation function). In this case, if the user click an 'Add' button in the popup window, this will add something in the corresponding cell of the collection widget. My problem is once I click the "Add" button the cell is not updating in the main mashup unless i click on reload button on top. So I was thinking is there any way that I can refresh the main mashup on the event of the popup window close?

TWX Trial 4.5. TWX Analytics 4.5. TWX Flow 4.5.   I am trying to test a simple Thingworx Flow - using GetProperties.   Is there anything particular that I need to do in order to test a Workflow?   If you look at the attached screenshot I start the Flow test but nothing happens. Can Flow simulate conditions or does the underlying logic have to be running (in this case an alert).    I used pm2 ls and everything is online. Is it the browser I am using? I ignored ssl errors as I am using Google Chrome.

For example, here's how I would normally call the service GetJobOrder:     let params = {UID: '7'}; const result = me.GetJobOrder(params);     However, I want to be able to execute a service if the service name is stored in a variable rather than explicitly typed out. For example, this is what I've tried:   let scriptName = 'GetJobOrder'; let params = {UID: '7'}; const result = me.svc[scriptName](params);     I wasn't able to get this to work as shown below:      I tried various ways to try to call the service but none were successful:      Does anyone know if this is possible? Say I have an InfoTable called searchResults.  I just realized that searchResults.length returns the same as searchResults.rows.length and I can access the row data in a loop using searchResults.rows[i].fieldname or just searchResults[i].fieldname.  What is the difference, if any, and has it always worked this way?  I'm using 8.5.1, not sure it works like this in other releases.  

When I open my mashup in chrome, it is not loaded correctly 40 % of the time, see the screenshots. I do not get any error in the logs. I'm using Thingworx 8.5. Does anybody know how to solve that problem?
