Mathcad

Rather than send the actual spreadsheet with all the raw data I have attached a pdf which shows  some of the data.  From the matrix Z I have extracted the data that exceeds my reference value, so I have a matrix NewLo which shows all the anodic values (i.e. the ones that exceed my reference value).   The extracted data is not contiguous, since  the values are not always anodic.   What I am trying to do is to determine the longest continuous period for which the values are anodic.  This is Tmax and that value is used in an acceptance criterion formula.  My logic is that if the row numbers are contiguous then start counting (i.e. from 305-308 = 4 seconds, or 523 - 525 = 3 seconds etc)   I am hoping that someone will be able to point me in the right direction.   Thank you.   Thanks.

A system equation doesn't work, it dislaying the error: no solution found. I think that this is a placement or pages issue as even the function numbering is not working ( when setting namebers for each paragraphe title, it not exceed 3)   Please find attached the worksheet The equation system is on page 34 The same equation works in page 11

Is there any more information about Rockwell $1B investment in PTC available here? I don't expect this to has big impact on the future of Mathcad (it can't get worse and I guess it won't improve)  but I wonder if the reasons  for PTC obviously needing this investment are also the reason for other things going wrong, like the snail-like "development" of Prime or the direction in which this forum developed. HAI ALL   IF ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO DELETE ANY ROWS OR COLUMN CONTAIN ( NEGATIVE , IMAGINARY VALUES  AS SHOWN IN ATTACHED FIGURE , I WANT TO DELETE YELLOW ROWS 

I just installed Mathcad prime 5.0 trial version on my windows 7 machine, and the install went okay, but right at the end I see this message: I tried un installing and re-installing, and got the same thing. My machine is an x64 machine... it is an older Dell. When I run it, the splash screen comes up... then goes away. When I look in the task manager, it is running as a task, but It never opens the main screen. Any thoughts?

A very simple task to find min of each column of a matrix but something strange happening.

YASB Yet Another Symbolics Bug   I don't expect PTC to fix this bug in the near or far future but just out of curiosity - does anybody has an explanation or idea whats going wrong internally in the symbolics here (other than "its a bug").   I did not take the time to convert to Prime but I expect the same error there, too. MC15 worksheet attached.

Hi,    I would like to get the expression of a function after differentiation with respect to a variable. Somehow Mathcad does not recognize the variable and tells that the variable is undefined. it leads to make it impossible to find the derivative.         numerically, the calculation is correct. It is just this symbolic feature that are having problem.   I appreciate any suggestion.

Hello,   I perform Monte Carlo simulations. As a result, I get a histogram of the frequencies. After that, I change the number of events, but the associated histogram is not automatically scaled. Can I program this?

Helloas in the Monte Carlo simulation in the help (step 7), the columns with the variable i are separated into vectors.How can I just get the positive or negative values?Example: From this column I only want the positive or negative values.   I use Mathcad Prime 4.0  

Dear ptc-community,   I currently have a problem re-installing mathcad Prime.   When using the installer-file (pim_installmgr_mathcad) I can only get to the third page, where I usualy dicide which part of the software to be installed (I attached a screenshot). Now this page is empty, so I can not finish the installation.   Does anyonne know a solution? Or could it just be an issue with the ptc-server and I only have to try it another time?   my OS is Windows 7 professional x64.

Add titles and legends to 2D plot, to add context to data. Add a second Y axis to plot that includes all formatting options available for the first Y axis.
