I am starting to convert calculations from MC15 to MCP (only version 2 at the moment).One of the (many) problems that I have encountered is transferring data currently stored in an array & would like to re-format this as a table (attached is an example that I have started).is there any way to programmatically do the transfer?Once the table is created, how easy is it to edit?I have tried copy & paste by row but it didn't seem to work for me. Am I missing a trick some where?It could be a help if I want to re-order the data , Absolute nightmare is each element has to be copied separately.Many thanksAndy

Hi, everyone, I am trying to use Duhamel Integral to calculate a continuous bar axial vibration response, Below is my process:I only used the eta1(t) part and the first phi*eta1(t) (add from i=0 to 0)But it takes 5mins for Mathcad to finish the calculation of this simple case.  Is there a way to improve the calculation efficiency?Before this, I also tried to create a matrix with 100 points for u1, and plot the matrix, but the time for the final calculation is also very long. Given this is only a simple case, adding from 0 to 0, I am afraid that it takes forever to finish the accumulation of more phi*eta.I propose that the problem of this low efficiency is with the Duhamel integral, Is there a way to improve it?Thank you very much!Best Regard Shawn

I am struggling with a heat equation which has very complec heat generation term.In the attachment, T is temperature, x,y,x are axes perpendicular to each other, t is time, and other parameters are assumed to be known.Here, what I want to ask is1) Is this PDE solvable with Mathcad (w.r.t case 1 and case 2)or do I have to other softwares like c++, matlab2) If so, is there anybody who is willing to teach me the code?I would appreciate it if anybody give me an answer.Thank you.

Though the latest ACI 318 code controls crack issues with spacing requirements instead of calculating crack width, it may be still important for water-containing structures.The attached are references to calculate a crack width in accordance with ACI 224.1R and Eurocode 2. Hello all I am new to using MathCad and am running into an issue. I have a bunch of data points (x,y,z) that I need plotted on a 3D scatter plot. When I try to plot them say I have 3 points so nine entries it will place all 9 numbers instead of placing 3 points at the coordinates (x,y,z). Thanks for the help!

The original document was created in a Mathcad 2001 version. Symbolic calculations in the document do not have. Why the different results of calculations in Mathcad 11 and Mathcad 15 ( M040)? But it is strange that the results in Mathcad 11 and in Mathcad Prime 3.1 are the same .

Hi Folks,I'm getting an error in what should be a very simple ODE solution.  The error says that I have too many initial conditions, but a second order problem requires two initial conditions.I'm probably making some bush league mistake, but I just don't see it. Hello everyone!There is some expert who knows how to do?In a worksheet, some math styles were defined. The same mathstyles are used in another worksheet, but in different positions in the dropdown menu where they are defined. For example: the mathstyle attributed to user 1, in the first worksheet, it corresponds to user 6 in another worksheet. Having to use the first worksheet as a reference in the second worksheet, there is a method to create a match without having to reformat the second worksheet in which is used the reference?Thanks!F. I'm trying to make an instrumentation amplifier with a 10v/v gain. My friend asked me for help, and I'm a little embarrassed to say that I couldn't help her out, but her question piqued my curiosity.From what I knew, gain was decided by the following equation:(Vout)/(V2-V1)=(1+(2*R1/Rgain))(R3/R2)But every time she tested it, she got some strange result. Am I wrong about 10v/v meaning that Vout=10(V2-V1)? How can I make this work? Any help would be appreciated.Here's a link to what we're working with.

I have a worksheet where I want to create a score on basis of a certain RPM. However, the number of RPM can differ depending on the duration of the experiment. In the worksheet I only have 4 different RPM but it can go as high as 8. Is it possible to write a program that automatically, based upon the number of different RPM, would give a number starting with 0 for the lowest RPM and increase the score by 1 for each increase in RPM?

I encountered a problem regarding Mathcad Excel Components.As a background, in the office, we use Mathcad 15 M030 and the latest MS Excel.At home, I am using Mathcad 15 M030 also, but MS Excel 2013.It seems that the Excel components I make and use at the office cannot be made operable at home. What could possibly be the problem?I am attaching the worksheet and a snapshot of what it appears at home. It says "Insufficient memory to perform operation" when I try to open the Excel component.Am I missing something? Could you please tell me if it looks okay on your side and how I could possibly address this?Thank you very much!

The help file for WRITEBIN states:WRITEBIN("file", "type", endian, [M]) writes an array of scalars to the binary data file named file. Am I correct in concluding that an array of strings cannot be written to a binary file? How would I write string data to a binary file? How could I read string data from a binary file?

I just update Win 10 to the latest windows update and find that with the display set to 125% the launch of Mathcad 15 has issues.  The toolbars when expanded to be used as tables do not move as expected.  If I want to relocate say the Greek toolbar display to the right of my project the window is skewed to the the desired location.  This started right after the new 'push' from Microsoft for Win 10 Pro.  I tried updating the video dravier for the laptop, which updated, but did not cure the problem (latest driver was dated in August 2015). Any ideas for a solution???

Instead of adding all the numbers to get 14 I need the facit to come out as a Matrix like: 1*1=12*2=43*3=9Is that possible ??Thanks

Hello everyone!Years ago (about 2000) I wrote a routine, Visual C ++ environment, which, given a real number with the base unit of measure, it returned the same number with the correct multiple or submultiple of the unit. For example: 1542000 Hz input, output 1.542MHz. It exists in mathcad something that does the same thing without having to write the correct  multiple or submultiple? or need most likely to redo a suitable program?Thanks for your attentionBest regardsF.
